This article is exposing man’s fallen concept on the church through Satan’s evil intentions, scheme, and operation – and seeing in the Word of God what the true nature/reality of the church is: the Body of Christ!
Unfortunately, due to man’s fall there has been a lot of confusion among people concerning what exactly the Church is, so for centuries the vast majority of humanity have had this wrong concept of the Church.
Some may say the Church is similar to an organisation, whilst some may think it is a social group and so forth, but the overall concept of humanity is that the Church is a brick building with possibly a big cross on it. No! This is an evil lie from the father of liars who is Satan.
The Church is neither any of these thoughts that have been injected into man from the very beginning of Adam’s fall. The Church is not a sect, nor is it a society or club that you sign up to join, nor is it a group. There is only one true definition to what the Church actually is, and that can be found in the Bible! Here is what 1 Corinthians 12:12 says,
For even as the body is one and has many members, yet all the members of the body, being many, are one body, so also is the Christ.
The footnote 2 opens this verse up more:
Referring to the corporate Christ, composed of Christ Himself as the Head and the church as his Body with all the believers as members. All the believers of Christ are organically united with Him and constituted with His life and element and have thus become His Body, an organism, to express Him. Hence, He is not only the Head but also the Body. As our physical body has many members yet is one, so is this Christ.
So here we see that the Church is not a physical name on the front of a building, but rather it is a spiritual reality and that it is the Body of Christ. This Body is made up of many members and these many members are the expression of the Head who is uniquely Christ.
In the whole universe Christ alone owns the headship and there is no other Head apart from him. In order to really understand this whole article, it is essential that we grasp this fact, along with the other crucial facts that we would be coming to later on in this passage.
The church is not like you see it in the so-called Christianity today where there is a Head Pastor, with deputy heads, an assistant head, executive heads and all the other heads you can think of. These are all titles that they have bestowed on themselves, but it is surely not from above.
God made only one head and not two. How significant the wisdom of God is! Just picture for a second yourself with two heads. That would be very worrying won’t it? It would be quite odd for God to rise up two heads.
The Church would lose its true meaning and one head would probably be valued more than the other. But because God is the wisest of all, in His sovereign arrangement through Jesus’ incarnation, human living, crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension God gave Jesus to be Head over all things to the Church (Eph. 1:22-23).
The Lord Jesus Christ is the embodiment of the Triune God and the Church is the embodiment of the Lord Jesus. To those who are not familiar with this term ‘Triune’ it is simply the Divine Trinity: God the Father, Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
This needs to be very clear to us: God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit are not individuals, separate from one another. They are not independent from one another, neither are they isolated from each other. The three are uniquely ONE (three in one) and work together as ONE.
Wherever God is present, be assured that the Holy Spirit and Christ are also present. Where Christ is present, God and the Holy Spirit are also present. Where the Holy Spirit is present, God and Christ are also present.

The Church is a living Organism composed of the Life of Christ, lived out of all her members. Which have been placed in this Body by God Himself.
That is absolutely true.
