We need to go on through the Spirit to the Son and even to the Father to enter into the intimate experience of our dear Father, and we need to realise that light shines from above, from heaven, for there’s one revelation and one vision through the one New Testament ministry.
Lord Jesus, we want to go on with You. Take us on in our experience and enjoyment of the Triune God so that we may also express You. Thank You for seeking us out as the Spirit and bringing us to the Son to believe into the Lord Jesus. Hallelujah, we are now in Christ, and through Him we have access in one Spirit unto the Father! We come to You, Father, in the Son and through the Spirit, to worship You, know You, and be one with You! Amen!
If we look at the life and work of Noah, we see that first, he found grace in the sight of Jehovah, and second, he walked with God and worked with God. He was a righteous man, and he found grace in the eyes of the Lord. We need to find grace in the Lord’s eyes today.
Day by day we need to come to the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace for timely help. Grace is found at the throne of grace in our spirit; whenever we turn to our spirit, we come to the throne of grace. Amen!
When we find grace, this grace bears our burdens and does everything in us on our behalf for our enjoyment. This grace enables us to walk with God, and by grace we also work with God, even as Noah did.
We need to work together with God, even one with God, for the building up of the ark; the ark is a type of the corporate Christ.
We have started working to build the ark when we believed, for we believed into the individual Christ who came to be our Redeemer and our Saviour.
He’s the reality of the ark; He came as the embodiment of God to hide us in Himself and pass through God’s judgment for us. We were not judged by God, but Christ was. He is our Redeemer and our Saviour.
Even more, He is our life, and He is working Himself into us to be our everything for the building of God’s dwelling place. For us to build the ark is for us to build up the church as the Body of Christ.
We build the church not with our good ideas, natural zeal, or skills and abilities; we build the church with the element of Christ’s riches as the building material.
The more Christ we enjoy, the more of the riches of Christ we have for God’s building.
Go on in our Experience of the Triune God to the Father through the Son by the Spirit

It is very significant that the ark built by Noah had three stories (Gen. 6:16); it did not have one or two but three. These three stories signify the Triune God according to our experience of Him.
We need to experience the Triune God. We know that the Triune God is the Father, the Son, and the Spirit, but who is the top story, the middle story, and the lower story?
We may infer that, since Christ the Son is in the middle, He may be signified by the middle story, but who signifies the top and the lower story? We need to look at this in the light of the entire Scriptures.
For example, in Luke 15 we have three parables: the shepherd recovering the lost sheep, the woman seeking and finding the lost coin, and the father receiving the prodigal son.
The shepherd is a type of the Son, Christ the Son coming as the Good Shepherd to lay down His life for His sheep and bring them into one flock for there to be one flock and one Shepherd (John 10).
The woman sweeping the house, lighting the lamp, and seeking the lost coin until she finds it signifies the Spirit, who lights the lamp of the word and searches in our inner being until we come to our senses and come to the Lord.
The father receiving the prodigal son signifies God the Father who loves us, waits for us, and eagerly receives us when we return to Him.
According to our experience, the Spirit first came to find us and bring us to the Son; the Spirit also inspired us to repent and believe in the Son. After we believed into the Son, we called, O, Father!
The Spirit brings us to the Son and the Son brings us to the Father. In other words, the Spirit, signified by the lower story, brings us to the Son (1 Pet. 1:2; John 16:8, 13-15), and the Son brings us higher in our experience to the Father (14:6; Eph. 2:18; 1 John 1:5; 4:8).
We need to continue on our journey into the Triune God in our Christian experience until we enter into God Himself and are fully one with God.
Many times in our Christian life, even though we are believers in Christ with God’s life in us, we still experience the searching and enlightening of the Spirit into our inner being for us to return to Christ the Son through repentance.
So many times, maybe too many times, we are far away from the Lord, so the Spirit shines on us through the word of God and searches into our inner being until He finds us to bring us back to the Lord.
When we are back to the Lord, when we return to Him with all our heart, we are joined to Him as one spirit (1 Cor. 6:17). We love being here, in the organic union with the Lord, enjoying all His riches.
The more we contact Him by calling on His name and pray-reading His word, the more we love the Lord, the more we’re infused with Him, and the more we are one with Him. He is one with us and we are one with Him.
But the Lord wants us to go even higher; He wants us to come to the Father in the Son by the Spirit. The Son leads us to the Father.
For example, the Gospel of John is a book on Christ the Son, and the first Epistle of John is a book on the Father. In his Gospel, John speaks of grace, but in his first Epistle, he speaks of love; love is higher than grace.
In the gospel of John we have the truth, but in his first Epistle we have light; God is light and Christ is the truth, and light is higher and deeper than the truth.
We need to go on from the Son to the Father. We need to advance in our experience of the Triune God to come to the Father in the Son by the Spirit.
The Spirit leads us to Christ, for He simply shows us the riches of Christ for us to enjoy and partake of.
Then, the Son leads us to the Father, for the Son extols the Father and does the will of the Father, and the Son wants to bring us into the Father.
May we go on with the Lord day by day by climbing from one story to another in the ark until we reach the depth of God’s being, the Father Himself!
May we allow the Son to bring us higher in our experience to the Father. He is the way to the Father, He is the reality for us to come into the Father, and He is the life enabling us to come to the Father.
May we come to the Father through Jesus the Son and give Him the glory, for great things He has done!
May we advance in our experience of the Triune God until we are in the Father, in love and in light, partaking of the very nature of God’s being!
Lord Jesus, we want to go on in our experience and enjoyment of Christ today. Amen, Lord, bring us on with You until we are in the Father! Thank You for coming to us as the Spirit to light the lamp of God’s word and search in our innermost being. We open to You. May You find us wherever we are and bring us to the Son so that we may enjoy the riches of the Son. Oh, how wonderful it is to come to the Lord again and again to enjoy His riches, life, and truth! Amen, Lord, may we go on with You day by day, little by little, until we come to the Father! Grant us the experiences we need for us to go higher in our experience and get into the Father! May we know God as love and as light, not only as grace and as truth. Amen, Lord, we praise You that we have access in one Spirit unto the Father through Christ! We come to You, Father. We want to know You, worship You, and love You by being brought to You by Christ the Son! Oh, glory to the Father! We worship You, Abba Father!
Light Comes from Above: in the Church there’s only One Revelation and One Vision through the one New Testament Ministry

The matter of the three stories in the ark is very significant.
If we had a house with three stories, we may allow many people in the lower level, but only our good friends may be allowed on the first level.
However, only those who are most intimate with us can be allowed to come to the top level, the top story, for it’s there that we have our room with our hidden treasures and mysteries.
We need to advance until we enter into the Father Himself through the Son and by the Spirit. In particular, at the top story there was one opening toward the heavens (Gen. 6:16). This was the skylight.
Light comes from above. Light doesn’t come from the north, south, east, or west, nor does it come from the left or the right. Light comes from above.
Whether we have light depends on what story we are on. If we are on the lower level, we do not have a lot of light, and if we’re on the middle story, there still is not that much light.
It is only when we are on the top level, the third story, that we can receive the divine life and are fully in the light.
This applies very much to our Christian life and church life. We have seen and met many good and fervent Christians, who were zealous for the Lord and did many things for God.
However, even though they were on fire for the Lord, they were not that much in the light. There was not much light with them.
But we have also met some dear brothers and sisters who, outwardly, may not be that zealous or fervent for the Lord, but when we spend time with them, light shines through them, for they live in the light.
We need to go deeper and experience the Father through the Son and by the Spirit, and we need to be under the Lord’s shining.
We need to go higher with the Lord in our Christian life until we are in the light and even walk in the light, having fellowship with one another (1 John 1:7).
The higher we are with the Lord in our experience of Him, the more light we have; the lower we are with Him, the less light we have.
In particular, the fact that there is one window on the third story of the ark toward the heavens, signifies that in the church, God’s building, there is only one revelation and one vision through the one New Testament ministry (Gen. 6:16; Acts 26:19; Prov. 29:18a; 1 Tim. 1:3-4; 2 Cor. 3:6-9; 4:1).
Today there seem to be so many ministries and missions and denominations, with many people speaking quite a few different things. But in God’s building there is only one window toward the sky; light comes from above.
For the building up of the church as the Body of Christ there is only one revelation and one vision through the one New Testament ministry.
The light doesn’t come from the north or the south, the east or the west, but from the heavens. We need to come to the Lord in His word and come to the ministry so that we may be under the Lord’s light.
We need to have the heavenly revelations. We should not have different visions and revelations; we have only one vision and one revelation, which is God’s unique vision, the vision of the age which has illumined us.
Through the New Testament ministry, the ministry of the age, we are shown the heart’s desire of God. The vision of God’s eternal economy needs to govern and control all our living, our acts, and our move.
We need to be under the ministry and allow the Lord to shine on us and in us to bring our whole being into the light.
May we see that light comes from above and may we be under a crystal clear sky, under the speaking of the ministry of the age to receive the Lord’s shining today.
May we reject the teachings that are different from the ministry of the New Testament (Gal. 1:6-9; Rom. 16:17; 1 Tim. 1:3) and may we remain in the unique teaching of God’s economy today.
Lord Jesus, bring our whole being into the light and keep us in the light. Amen, Lord, we want to walk in the light and be in the light, even as You are in the light. Save us from merely doing things outwardly for God or being zealous for the church; may we be in the light! Oh, may we allow You to shine on us, expose any darkness, deal with any sin, and bring our whole being with all its activities and things into Your light. Lord Jesus, bring us higher with You until we are in the full sunlight, under Your bright shining! May we be under Your shining when we come to Your word and remain under the ministry of the New Testament! Hallelujah, there is only one revelation and one vision through the one New Testament ministry today in the church as God’s building! Amen, Lord, may a clear, controlling vision of God’s economy direct our heart and govern our daily living. We want to remain under the clear sky to see You face to face, live one spirit with You, and have our whole being in the light! Amen!
