What is the direction of the Lord’s move today? In every age God is moving, and there’s a direction to His move. In our age, the direction of the Lord’s move is firstly to build up the Body of Christ for God to have a complete corporate expression in the universe!
For this, we as the many members of the Body of Christ need to live in the reality of the Body by denying ourselves, being identified with Christ in His death, and living by the power of His resurrection, so that it would be Christ living in us as a corporate group of people.
The reality of the Body of Christ
We may know the term, The Body of Christ, and we may see something of what the Body of Christ is. But are we in the highest peak in God’s economy, the reality of the Body of Christ?
We may see a vision of the Body of Christ, but is there the reality of the Body being built up in the local church?
The reality of the Body is not something organizational, and it is not a system – it is something organic which Christ needs to gain among us for Him to have a full expression in the church.
Today God is doing this only one thing: He is building Himself into us (Col. 3:11) as the life-giving Spirit to be the essence, the element, and the reality of the church as the organic Body of Christ (Eph. 4:4).
Such a Body of Christ is the organism of the processed Triune God (see John 15:1, 5, 8) who is continually dispensing Himself in His Divine Trinity (2 Cor. 13:14) into us to saturate us as the Body of Christ and make us His full expression in the universe.
WOW! By remaining in such a process daily, the Lord has a way to gain the reality of the Body of Christ among us…
The corporate God-man living today
The reality of the Body of Christ is actually the corporate God-man living today, the corporate Christ-magnifying living in the church today.
We need to realize that it is not enough to be those who are according to God’s heart (as David was in the Old Testament) or to be those who are partly right and good in God’s eyes.
Today in the last days, at the end of the church age, we need to be the overcomers who are conformed to Christ’s death by the power of His resurrection. We need to be those daily dying to ourselves, to our natural man, and living to God in resurrection.
This should be our reality today in the church life – living Christ, magnifying Christ, and moving and acting with Christ by the bountiful supply of the Spirit!
It is not enough to be “a good Christian”, or “someone who regularly reads the Bible” – we need to be those who do everything in and according to the Spirit mingled with our spirit. We must be those living, acting, moving, and having our being according to the spirit!
This is the way to be prepared and made ready to be the winners in the racecourse of the divine life that we may fully enjoy Christ as the God-given good land to us in the church age and be gloriously rewarded with Christ in full in the coming kingdom age!
Lord, gain the corporate God-man living today in all the churches on the earth. We give ourselves to You, dear Lord, to be the overcomers in the church age today. Save us from being complacent – may we not rest or “give slumber to our eyelids” until You gain the reality of the Body of Christ today in the church!

Thank you for the inspiring words. Wish that everybody could see this!
Amen, brother, amen…. well, as much as we see concerning this, we SPEAK. We just need to be faithful to speak the truth – like brother Nee said, and the truth will uplift our being and our living! May the Lord bring us all into this reality!
