If we see the flow, if we see God’s desire, if we see the Lord’s recovery, and if we taste of the sweet church life, yet we are not absolute for the Lord and for the Lord’s recovery, there’s a danger that we would be a swamp and a marsh. “Our stand concerning the church must be absolute. If you stand in a denomination, you should stand absolutely….If you stand on the ground of the church, you must stand absolutely. You should be either cold or hot, but you should not be lukewarm” (life-study of Ezekiel). [continue reading online]
everything shall live where the river flows; we need to be absolute for the Lord and His recovery
the Lord’s measuring increases the flow of life: we are restricted and the life is flowing!
It seems that the more the Lord shines on us and measures us, the more inconvenient it is for us to do the things everyone else considers normal to do, and we are restricted by the divine life within us from many things. What we get is an increased supply, an increasing level in the river of grace. How much we need to be enlightened and measured by the Lord! [continue reading online]
the more we allow the Lord to measure, judge, test, and possess us, the deeper the flow becomes
Lord, may there be enough water in my being that one can swim in! When the flow increases to such an extent, there is no more human effort to go on in the flow – we are directed and guided by the flow of the river wherever it goes. No more human effort, human strength, or human struggle – we are carried along with the flow! [continue reading online]
God’s move is in man today, and the flow of life out of the house of God is for God’s glory
Athanasius said concerning Christ, He was made man that we might be made God, and he also said, The Word was made flesh… that we, partaking of His Spirit, might me deified. This is how God moves on earth – God moves in man and through man, doing nothing apart from man. God moves in man to deify man, making man the same as God in life and nature but not in the Godhead. Hallelujah, we are in this process of being deified as we allow God to move in us! [continue reading online]
we are becoming the tree of life by being grafted into God and by living a grafted life!
We are not becoming “THE TREE OF LIFE” just as we are not becoming God in His Godhead, but by being grafted into Christ and as branches in the vine, we are part of the tree of life! When we are grafted into Christ, His divine life fills our human life, mingles with our human life, and spontaneously enriches, uplifts, and transforms our human life. In His economy God dispenses His divine life and element into us to mingle Himself with us and make us the same as He is. Now we are branches of the tree of life – and wherever we are, the tree of life is reaching out to others to minister life to them! [continue reading online]
eating the tree of life and being organically one with Christ as branches abiding in the vine
Even if our life would be perfect, God would not have wanted it – God wants to mingle His divine life with our human life, He wants to be joined and mingled with man to be man’s life and everything! The life we live today as Christians is a mingled life by continually minding our mingled spirit (Rom. 8:6). [continue reading online]
we can come forward with boldness to God as the tree of life through the blood of Jesus Christ
Even though man fell and became corrupted to the core, God as life still found a way to bring man back to Himself. Through the redemption of Christ on the cross, God opened a new and living way for man to come back to God. Christ’s redemption satisfied all the requirements of God’s righteousness, holiness, and glory – now the way is open for man to come forward to God! We can now come forward with boldness to the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace for timely help (Heb. 10:20). [continue reading online]
