Learning to be Renewed in the Spirit of the Mind for Christ to Increase in Us

August 19, 2016 by aGodMan 3 Comments

When the life-giving Spirit, who is mingled with our regenerated spirit, spreads into our mind, this mingled spirit becomes the spirit of our mind; it is by this mingled spirit that our mind is renewed (Eph. 4:23). To be renewed in the spirit of our mind is inward and intrinsic; this renewing revolutionizes our logic, philosophy, thought, concept, and psychology (Rom. 12:2). Witness Lee

The practical way for us to experience Christ increasing in us and we decreasing is by having a renewed mind and a submissive will; the more we’re renewed in the spirit of the mind and subdued in our will, the more Christ will grow in us and we will decrease. This is our need today. No […]

Only God is NEW; God Wrought into us Makes us NEW until We’re Becoming NEW Jerusalem

Revelation 21:2 And I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. [Recovery Version]

Why is the holy city in Rev. 22:1 called, the New Jerusalem? Why is it not called “the eternal Jerusalem” or “the Jerusalem of God”? There is an intrinsic significance to the name of “new Jerusalem” and we need to see it and enter into its reality today. The intrinsic significance of the name “new […]

The Greatest Hindrance to the One New Man and How can We be Renewed in Our Mind

January 11, 2014 by aGodMan Leave a Comment

The Greatest Hindrance to the One New Man and How can We be Renewed in Our Mind. Rom. 12:2 And do not be fashioned according to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of the mind that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and well pleasing and perfect.

The greatest hindrance to the one new man which God desires to obtain on the earth is the unrenewed mind. Actually, the greatest hindrance to the practical existence of the new man is my mind – when it is unrenewed, not saturated with the element of God. Throughout our life we build up a certain […]

We Need to be Renewed in the Spirit of Our Mind for the Body and the One New Man

God’s desire and intention in creating man is to have a full-grown corporate man who is filled with His life and accomplishes His purpose to express Him with His image and represent Him with His dominion (see Gen. 1:26). The first man Adam fell, but God Himself became a man to bring in a new […]

Being Renewed in the Spirit of Our Mind and Living a Forgiving Life for the Body

Being Renewed in the Spirit of Our Mind and Living a Forgiving Life for the Body

How can we live a life for the building up of the Body of Christ? In Ephesians 4:17-32 we have many hints, some more outward and practical while others intrinsic and enjoyable, on how we can practically live a life for the carrying out of the work of the ministry, which is the building up […]

we need to be renewed in our mind to truly express Christ (2011 winter school of truth)

January 13, 2012 by Christian Student 1 Comment

This winter school of truth I enjoyed the Organic Salvation of God, especially the matter of renewing. Being renewed requires us not to be fashioned according to this age, but to be transformed by the renewing of our mind – see Rom. 12:2a. To be renewed in our mind is to get the old concepts of the world out of our mind and have our mind made new again by the teaching of the Word of God and the enlightening of the Holy Spirit. When we pray-read His words, day by day the Holy spirit will change us and guide us. Our view will be different and our whole being will be renewed. The Lord Jesus restores my soul; He guides me on the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake

September 21, 2011 by aGodMan 3 Comments

It is so wonderful to see the Lord’s organic shepherding in His ascension as the pneumatic Christ in Psalm 23! Yesterday we saw that Christ is our good Shepherd and we lack nothing; He leads us to waters of rest and to green pastures to lie down and enjoy Him… Today we are enjoying His […]
