We need to rise up and say: “Lord, step on me!” This is our opportunity! We should go, bear fruit and speak about the Lord. What are we waiting for? We’re here to express God! Jesus wants our consecration so we have to be determined and exercise our spirit. The church needs our function. Every day we have a new beginning, each sunrise brings new opportunities and new possibilities. Sometimes we just need little turn to our spirit. We are different than the people in the world – we have a better life because Christ is our life! We have to trust God because at every step the Midianites want to attack us – they’re waiting all the time and everywhere to destroy what God made in us, and to destroy the place which Lord gained in us. [sharing by a sister from Poland from her impression in the 2011 Winter School of Truth]
It is time to rise up and say, Lord Jesus, Step On Me! Use me! (2011 winter school of truth)
we are becoming the tree of life by being grafted into God and by living a grafted life!
We are not becoming “THE TREE OF LIFE” just as we are not becoming God in His Godhead, but by being grafted into Christ and as branches in the vine, we are part of the tree of life! When we are grafted into Christ, His divine life fills our human life, mingles with our human life, and spontaneously enriches, uplifts, and transforms our human life. In His economy God dispenses His divine life and element into us to mingle Himself with us and make us the same as He is. Now we are branches of the tree of life – and wherever we are, the tree of life is reaching out to others to minister life to them! [continue reading online]
Being a Christian Student on the campus – Practically applying the Life-Giving Spirit to Our Lives
When I sit down to write a paper or to study for an exam, the temptation to procrastinate can be relentlessly strong. Sometimes, I sit down in the library and an hour or so later I find that I’ve read twenty news articles and completed absolutely no work. This is what Ephesians 5:16 means by redeeming the time, for the days are evil. It is good to open our beings to the Lord in every decision, no matter how petty they seem…
appreciating the Lord Jesus in His wonderful death and resurrection as seen in Psalms 16:9-11
Psalms 16 is a short psalm but reveals so much about the Lord Jesus in His human living, His death, His resurrection, and His ascension – even without mentioning these words. This One, the Lord Jesus Christ, is the Beloved of the Father, the Firstborn Son of God, the One who fulfills God’s heart’s desire […]
You have made Him a little lower than angels and have crowned Him with glory and honor
The Lord Jesus was made a little lower than the angels in His incarnation – in the sense of being in the flesh. Positionally, He was still the Son of God, but in the flesh, He was made a little lower than the angels. This implies His incarnation. In His incarnation, God became a man […]
the Spirit applies to us all that God in Christ has attained, obtained, and accomplished!
These days we’re enjoying The Central Line of the Bible – the central revelation in the Holy Scriptures. Yes, we need to pay attention to every word in the Bible and say Amen!, but on the other hand we need to emphasize the central matters in the Word of God! One of the most crucial […]
In His resurrection Christ became the life-giving Spirit – now the Lord Jesus is the Spirit!
This is such a crucial truth seen everywhere in the Bible! In His resurrection Christ as the last Adam became the life-giving Spirit (1 Cor. 15:45)! God became a man in the person of Jesus Christ, lived a perfect human life on earth (in which He expressed God, even though He was persecuted, criticized, and was […]
