We Experience the Spirit of Jesus to live a Proper Human Life and Endure Sufferings

December 25, 2018 by aGodMan Leave a Comment

Acts 16:7 And when they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, yet the Spirit of Jesus did not allow them.

As those who are learning to cooperate with the Lord for His spreading on earth, we need to experience the Spirit of Jesus, the Spirit of the incarnated Savior who passed through human living and suffering of death. Such a Spirit both supplied and led the apostles in their cooperation with the Lord for His […]

Experiencing the Transformed Human Nature, Standing in Faith, and Being Balanced

October 25, 2016 by aGodMan 6 Comments

We must always be checked, tested, and confirmed by others that we may have the balance; otherwise, we will be peculiar and will go to an extreme. Witness Lee

The tabernacle in Exodus is full of spiritual significance and implication, and today we want to see more concerning the transformed human nature and how to be firm and unshakable, standing in the Body, being willing to be balanced by others. First of all, when we look at the tabernacle we see quite a lot […]

Eating Christ as the Meal Offering in His Word to Live out His Human Living Today

June 30, 2016 by aGodMan 2 Comments

If we eat Christ as the meal offering, we will become what we eat and live by what we eat; by exercising our spirit to touch the Spirit consolidated in the Word, we eat the human life and living of Jesus, we are constituted with Jesus, and the human living of Jesus becomes our human living. Witness Lee

The humanity that we as believers in Christ should have in serving God is the humanity of Christ, which is not merely a perfect humanity but a humanity mingled with divinity; the proper humanity we need in serving God is divinity mingled with humanity for the expressing of the divine attributes in the human virtues. […]

Being Safeguarded in our Humanity through Loving the Lord and His Appearing

June 29, 2016 by aGodMan 1 Comment

We have to look to the Lord to keep us unchanged and to preserve us all the way to the end; if we love the Lord’s appearing, we will be kept in the realm of having Christ as our humanity, and when He returns, we shall surely be rewarded. Witness Lee

As believers in Christ, we are human beings loving the Lord, having His life in our spirit, and living a life to the Lord and no longer to ourselves. However, we are still human beings, and we have a certain humanity – which in some cases may not be that high and uplifted. As we love […]

Christ should be our Humanity, and we need to be Found in Christ in our Daily Living

June 28, 2016 by aGodMan 1 Comment

Phil. 4:8 Finally, brothers, what things are true, what things are dignified, what things are righteous, what things are pure, what things are lovely, what things are well spoken of, if there is any virtue and if any praise, take account of these things.

In serving the Lord we need to have a proper humanity by being found in Christ; the standard of our humanity should not merely be morality and ethics but Christ Himself, the God-man, who lived a life of the highest standard of morality and ethics by expressing God’s attributes through His aromatic human virtues. The […]

a trainee’s testimony – the grace enjoyed by us meets the high standard of the training!

December 22, 2011 by Christian Student 2 Comments

In the training I found out that a really high standard of living is required, and sometimes it seemed that I cannot do it… but especially in this environment of impossibility the Lord’s grace was applied! After experiencing such a supply of the Lord to reach such a high standard, the Lord started to be closer to me day by day. Oh it is really true that life grows by regulation! If there would not be these wonderful and necessary regulations for a proper humanity, there would not be as much profit as it is now! [continue reading this sharing online]
