In the book of Daniel we see that we need to redeem the time to enjoy Christ as the supreme preciousness of God for us to be constituted with Him to be men of preciousness, even preciousness itself, as His personal treasure; we need to see a vision of the excellent Christ to be encouraged, stabilised, and consoled, even to be infused with Him to become precious like Him.
Lord Jesus, we want to see a vision of Christ today. Unveil us to see You. Remove any veil from our eyes for us to see the supremely precious Christ. Oh, what a wonderful Christ we have! Unveil Yourself to us. Show us who You are. Oh Lord, we repent, we abhor ourselves, and we open to You to be infused with You! Infuse us with Yourself as the supremely precious One! Amen!
As we prayerfully consider and review the living and work of Noah, Daniel, and Job to see how we can have a living and work according to the vision of the age to change the age, we need to open to the Lord and come to the ministry of the age to see something.
There is something in God’s heart concerning the living and work of these three persons, something that has to do with His divine dispensing, His divine economy, and the kind of people He needs today to change this age.
We need to be like Noah, those who find grace in the eyes of the Lord. Day by day we need to come to the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace. Grace is found in our spirit, for it is there that the throne of God is set up.
As we enjoy the Lord as grace, He does everything in us and through us, and even our labour and work for the Lord will be the issue of the grace we enjoy and experience.
As we enjoy the Lord as grace, we will simply build up the church as the Body of Christ, the corporate Christ, with the element of the riches of Christ wrought into us and enjoyed by us.
We will desire to go deeper and higher with the Lord, knowing not only the work of the Spirit to bring us to the Lord or the work of Christ in us to save us and constitute Himself into us but even more, knowing the Father.
Just as the ark built by Noah had three stories, and it was on the top story that the light was shining, so we today need to get into the heart of God, even to know the Father Himself through the Son and by the Spirit, so that we may be under one revelation and one vision and one New Testament ministry.
Amen, it is so good to be under the clear sky, under the heavenly vision! Amen!
A Vision of the Excellent Christ in His Priesthood and in His Kingship for our Appreciation and Encouragement

As we read the book of Daniel to see what kind of living and work he had to change the age he was in, from the age of captivity to the age of the return to rebuild the temple, we see that we must redeem the time to enjoy Christ as the supreme preciousness of God.
Daniel shows us that we believers in Christ must redeem the time to enjoy Christ as the supreme preciousness of God for us to be constituted with Him to be men of preciousness, even preciousness itself, as His personal treasure (Dan. 9:23; 10:11, 19; 1 Pet. 2:7; Exo. 19:4-6).
Christ is the supremely precious One, and He has appeared to Daniel many times. Before God showed Daniel the great distress, He revealed to him the excellent man described in Daniel 10:4-9.
If we read this portion, we are amazed at the details of this Man unveiled to Daniel; this man is Christ Himself, the excellent One.
The excellent Christ appeared to Daniel in His supreme preciousness as a man for his appreciation, consolation, encouragement, expectation, and stabilisation.
Daniel was a man of preciousness, a precious man before God, and he was very intimate with God; therefore, God showed him a vision of the excellent Christ. Daniel redeemed the time to enjoy Christ as the supreme preciousness of God.
It is possible that Daniel didn’t know that this man was the Messiah, but he must have understood that this One was the Lord as a man; the person Daniel saw was not just Jehovah but Jehovah becoming a man. The details of this Man are very significant and precious.
The excellent Christ appeared in His priesthood, as signified by the linen robe in which He was dressed, which was the Old Testament priestly garment.
In typology, linen signifies humanity; Christ is the High Priest. He doesn’t wear armour for fighting but is dressed in a linen robe, a priestly garment, so that He may take care of us, His chosen people (Dan. 10:5).
Christ is God’s centrality and universality, and He is the Priest taking care of the children of Israel in captivity (in the time of Daniel), and He is also taking care of us, in His humanity, in all our captivity.
Also, the man unveiled to Daniel in chapter 10 appeared to him in His kingship, as signified by the golden girdle, for ruling over all the peoples.
A man wears a girdle for strengthening; Christ’s kingship is signified by the gold. His priesthood is human, and His kingship is divine.
He is both the Priest and the King, and when we have a vision of the preciousness of Christ, we are infused with Him, we appreciate Him, we are consoled, we’re encouraged, and we are stabilised.
The Christ in Daniel 10 appeared to His precious one in His preciousness and dignity, as signified by His body being like beryl.
The Hebrew word for beryl could refer to a bluish-green or yellow precious stone, signifying that Christ in His embodiment is divine (yellow), full of life (green), and heavenly (blue).
What a Christ! He is full of life, He is divine, and He is heavenly!
As seen in verse 6, Christ appeared in His brightness for shining over the people, as signified by His face being like the appearance of lightning, and in His enlightening sight for searching and judging, as signified by His eyes being like torches of fire. What a Christ!
On the one hand, He is our priest and king, taking care of us and ruling over us. On the other hand, He was judged by God, and He is judging us simply by looking at us.
He was judged and tried by God when He was on earth, and God’s trial and judgment made Him bright like polished bronze, shining and bright, even ready to shine and judge others by His shining. When we open to this One, we are shined on by Him and there is judgment.
Finally, the Christ who appeared to Daniel was in His strong speaking for judging people, as signified by the sound of His words being like the sound of a multitude. What a wonderful Christ!
Such a Christ appeared to Daniel for his encouragement and appreciation. Such a Christ needs to appear to us also.
Furthermore, Daniel received the revelation that the entire world situation is under the rule of the heavens by the God of the heavens in order to give Christ the preeminence, the first place, in everything (Dan. 2:34-35, 44-45; 7:9-10; 4:34- 35; Col. 1:15, 17-18; Rev. 2:4-5). What a vision! This Christ, the most precious One, needs to have preeminence in all things!
Lord Jesus, unveil us to see a vision of Yourself as the excellent Christ in Your supreme preciousness of God! Oh, what a wonderful Christ we have! Amen, Lord, may we see who You are as the God-man, even as the King and the Priest. Appear to us as the excellent Christ in His supreme preciousness. We want to see You so that we may be encouraged, consoled, and stabilised. We praise You for being a Priest in Your humanity to care for us, Your chosen people. We open to Your loving care; minister to us and dispense God into us more today. Appear to us as the King in Your divinity to rule over all the peoples. Set up Your throne in the centre of our being. Rule and reign in us. Oh, how precious and dignified You are! We praise You for being divine, full of life, and heavenly! Amen, Lord, we praise You for being willing to be judged and tried by God when You were on earth, and now You are like lightning, searching and judging us! We open to You and we allow You to infuse us with Yourself. Speak to us and judge anything in us that needs to be judged! We love You, Lord!
Redeem the Time to Enjoy Christ as the Supreme Preciousness of God to be Constituted with Him

The excellent Christ appeared to Daniel, as seen in Daniel 10; Daniel was not a regular person but someone who had an intimate relationship with God.
On the one hand, Daniel was in captivity in a pagan land, where he lived and served against his will. On the other hand, he loved the Lord, sought after God, prayed, and had an intimate relationship with God.
Those who are intimate with God can see a revelation of who He is. Abraham was such a one; he was a person who foreknew the move of God, because he was the friend of God (James 2:23). God had to reveal to His friend what He was about to do (Gen. 18:17).
Similarly, Daniel had an intimate relationship with God, and he saw visions and recorded prophecies, for he was a man of preciousness to God (Dan. 10:11, 19; 9:23).
We need to be such ones today. We are human beings, but we have been regenerated by God to have His divine life.
We need to redeem the time to enjoy Christ as the supreme preciousness of God so that we also may be constituted with Him to be men of preciousness, even preciousness itself, as God’s personal treasure (Dan. 9:23; 10:11, 19; 1 Pet. 2:7; Exo. 19:4-6).
We may be in captivity, we may be in a place where we are against our will, do things that we don’t like to do, and are not fully free outwardly; however, inwardly, we need to see a vision of the precious Christ, the most excellent One.
To God, Christ is the centrality and universality of His move. He is the centre of the Father’s plan. He is the Father’s beloved, and in Him the Father finds all His delight.
But what is this Christ to us? We need to have an intimate relationship with God, even be in HIs presence, live in the index of His eyes, and fellowship with Him, so that He may consider us His friend. We want to be those to whom God can reveal His supremely precious Christ.
In Daniel 10:7, we are told that only Daniel saw the vision of the excellent Christ; none of those with him saw this Christ.
This is because such a vision is personal and intimate; it is a spiritual vision, not seen with our physical eyes or sensed with our physical senses. If we live in the flesh and do not exercise our spirit, we cannot see Christ.
If we do not live in a personal, intimate, and close fellowship with the Lord, we cannot see a vision of the precious Christ. The physical view and even our mental apprehension or smartness avail us nothing in the matter of seeing Christ.
We need to exercise our spirit and redeem the time to enjoy Christ as the supreme preciousness of God. Under God’s mercy and with a spiritual view, may we see how dear and precious Christ is!
To those in the world, Christ is merely a human being, a historical figure who did great things and changed the world situation in His days, but they may not relate to Him that much.
But to us today, when we exercise our spirit to touch and see this One, we realise how precious He is.
May we see the vision of the excellent Christ! May we be unveiled to see Him and enjoy Him! We may be busy doing this and that during the day, but we need to take time and be with the Lord.
Even as we do all the things we need to do today, we still need to be with the Lord, open to Him, and allow Him to shine on us.
May we learn to redeem the time to enjoy Christ as the supreme preciousness to God.
When we see Him, we are infused with Him and He is constituted into us to make us men of preciousness, even preciousness itself, to be the personal treasure of God! Amen!
Lord Jesus, we want to learn to redeem the time today to enjoy Christ as the supreme preciousness of God. Unveil us, dear Lord, for us to see You in Your preciousness. We come to You as we are and we want to be in an intimate relationship with You. Oh Lord, we love You and we want to see You. Infuse us with Yourself. Grant us to see Your supreme preciousness. We exercise our spirit and do not rely on our eyes or our understanding; we simply come to You to touch You and see You! May we see the vision the excellent Christ! Grant us the mercy to see a spiritual view of how dear and precious Christ is! Lord Jesus, we treasure You and we appreciate You! Infuse us with Yourself and constitute Yourself into our being to make us men of preciousness. May we be made the same as You are to be preciousness itself, even to be Your personal treasure! How encouraged we are to see You, dear Lord, in Your supreme preciousness! How we appreciate You as the supremely precious One! We love You, Lord!

Life-study of Daniel, pp. 95-98, by Witness Lee
Dear brother, we need to see a vision of the supremely precious Christ in our spirit so that we may be constituted with Him and be men of preciousness, even preciousness itself, as God’s personal treasure.
Each one of us needs to see a vision of Christ, the most wonderful, supremely precious, and glorious One.
When we see Him, we appreciate Him, we are encouraged, consoled, and strengthened, and we give Him the first place in all things.
Amen, Lord Jesus we love You and open to be infused by Your preciousness.
We need the spiritual vision to see the Lord as Daniel saw Him.
May we have the vision for the Lord to appear to us so we can appreciate Him and be consoled, encouraged and stabilised by Him
As portrayed in Daniel, we must be people who redeem the time by spending time with the Lord to have an intimate relationship with God!
We must enjoy Christ as the supreme preciousness of God for us to be constituted with Him to be men of preciousness, even preciousness itself, as His personal treasure!
Thus, the Lord, in all His majesty and centrality for God’s move on earth, will appear to us for our appreciation, consolation, encouragement, and stabilisation!
May we see and enjoy the Lord in all His facets, as described in Dan. 10: 5-7. May we be those who, by dint of our spiritual constitution as people of preciousness, develop a spiritual view to see how dear and precious Christ is under God’s mercy!
Thank you Lord we are those who have seen a vision of Christ and are following this vision.
Aamen! Now we see with unveiled faces the Lord is our Joy, yes the most wonderful, and supremely precious glorious One.
He is the gladness of our heart, the good land with all the riches of Christ…as we are constituted with Him we become men of preciousness.
Amen, thank our Lord for attracting us
