May We Exercise our Spirit & Live in Spirit until the Mystery of God is Finished

But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel when he is about to trumpet, then the mystery of God is finished, as He has announced the good news to His own slaves the prophets. Rev. 10:7

At the sounding of the seventh trumpet, the mystery of God is finished; today we live in an age of mystery, for everything related to God, Christ, our salvation, and our being the church is a mystery, which can be seen, enjoyed, and lived out only in our spirit.

Lord Jesus, thank You for unveiling us to see the mystery of God, the mystery of Christ, and the great mystery, Christ and the church. May we remain in our spirit today so that all things related to God and Christ and our salvation would be made real to us. Amen, Lord, keep us turning to our spirit throughout the day. Be so real to us in our spirit. May we be in reality the mystery of Christ, the church, to manifest Christ on this earth. Hallelujah, one day the mystery of God is finished! Praise the Lord! Amen!

In chapter 10 of Revelation, we see two main things: Christ coming to take possession of the earth and the fact that the mystery of God is finished. The book of Revelation is the revelation of Jesus Christ and the things which must take place at the end of this age, and this revelation is given to us in spirit.

We need to exercise our spirit when we read the book of Revelation, otherwise, what we get are events, judgments, seals, bowls, the Antichrist, the beast, and a city called New Jerusalem.

When we exercise our spirit as we read this book, however, we will enjoy Christ, we will enter into the experience of Christ, and we will also express Christ so that we may be the Lord’s overcomers today who bring Him back.

On the one hand, it is good to know what will take place at the end of this age, for this will give us a clear view of the events leading up to the Lord’s coming and the coming of the New Jerusalem.

On the other hand, what we need is not more knowledge of the events, the judgments, and the outward things that will take place; what we need is to experience, enjoy, and express Christ so that we may be produced as His overcomers.

What the Lord is looking after today is those who give Him the ground in their being for Him to carry out His economy.

He will do this and that, He will judge, He will arrange the world situation, and He will accomplish many things, for the seven Spirits of God are working to arrange the world situation for the Lord’s coming.

However, He cannot do much outwardly unless we match Him inwardly; we need to give Him the cooperation He needs so that He may gain a group of overcoming saints who are the beachhead for Him to return, possess the earth, and bring in the kingdom of God. May we be such ones today!

At the Sounding of the Seventh Trumpet, the Mystery of God is Finished!

And confessedly, great is the mystery of godliness: He who was manifested in the flesh, / Justified in the Spirit, / Seen by angels, / Preached among the nations, / Believed on in the world, / Taken up in glory. 1 Tim. 3:16

In Revelation 10:7 we are told that, in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to trumpet, then the mystery of God is finished, as He has announced the good news to His own slaves the prophets.

Wow, the mystery of God will be completed, finished, at the time of the sounding of the seventh trumpet! This is very interesting.

When Christ came, the age of mystery began; we are now in the age of mystery, also called the age of grace and the age of the church. But when the seventh angel is about to trumpet, the mystery of God will be finished. Praise the Lord!

If we read the Bible carefully, we see that there are different dispensations, different ages in which God relates to His people in a particular way.

...unto the full knowledge of the mystery of God, Christ. Col. 2:2 And He answered and said to them, Because to you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of the heavens... Matt. 13:11 ...make known in boldness the mystery of the gospel. Eph. 6:19In the dispensations from Adam to Moses and from Moses to Christ, that is, in the Old Testament, everything was unveiled and manifested; there was no mystery.

In the Old Testament, people clearly saw who was the people of God, and when God blessed His people, everyone saw it.

They felt God’s presence outwardly, and as long as they kept the law and pleased God, God was with them.

It was a clear-cut situation; if they obeyed God and served Him, God delivered them from their enemies, but if someone sinned or the congregation worshipped idols, God withdrew His blessing and protection.

The prophets even heard God’s voice outwardly, and Moses spoke to God face to face. But then when Christ came, the mystery began, for here was a man who was not talking to God outwardly but had God mingled with Him inwardly. Christ is the first God-man, and He was God manifested in the flesh (1 Tim. 3:16).

Wow, God didn’t just speak to man outwardly or lead man through signs and outward events but He was mingled with man! Amazing yet mysterious!

In the person of Jesus Christ we see a God-man – God mingled with man. The entire Triune God was incarnated in Jesus Christ; it was not only the Son of God who was incarnated but the entire God was incarnated.

John 1:1 says that in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Verse 14 further says that the Word became flesh; not just the Son of God but the entire Triune God – the Father, the Son, and the Spirit – was incarnated in the person of Jesus Christ.

This is truly mysterious. God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, and taken up in glory! Hallelujah!

By faith in Christ, when we hear the gospel, repent, and believe into the Lord Jesus, we mysteriously receive the divine life to become children of God, those born not of the flesh or of the will of man but of God (John 1:12-13).

By faith, we enter into the mystery and we become a mystery. Everything today related to God, Christ, the economy of God, and our Christian life is a mystery.

Christ is a mystery (Col. 2:2), the church is a mystery (Eph. 3:4-6), the kingdom of the heavens is a mystery (Matt. 13:11), the gospel is a mystery (Eph. 6:19), the indwelling of Christ is a mystery (Col. 1:26-27), and the coming resurrection and transfiguration of the saints as the end of this dispensation is a mystery (1 Cor. 15:51-52).

All these are mysteries, and these mysteries were hidden in the times of the ages (Rom. 16:25; Eph. 3:5; Col. 1:26) but revealed to us in spirit.

Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel, that is, the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which has been kept in silence in the times of the ages. Rom. 16:25The way we can live in this age of mystery a life for the fulfilment of God’s eternal purpose is in our spirit. After this age of mystery, however, in the dispensation of the millennial kingdom and in the new heaven and new earth, everything will be unveiled, and there will be no more mystery.

At the trumpeting of the seventh trumpet, the mystery of God is finished.

Today we still live in the age of mystery, and we need to exercise our spirit and be in our spirit in order to be the mystery of Christ, the church, even to be part of the great mystery, Christ and the church.

But one day the mystery of God is finished, and we will see all things clearly.

When the seventh trumpet is sounded, the good news that God announced to His own slaves, the prophets (Isa. 2:4; 11:1-10, 65; 65:17-20; 66:22) will be fulfilled: the kingdom will come in its manifestation (Rev. 11:15).

When the kingdom comes in its manifestation, all things will be clear, and there will be no more mystery.

Then, in the new heaven and new earth with the New Jerusalem for eternity, there will be no more mystery (Rev. 21:1-3).

Today we’re in the dispensation from Christ to the millennial kingdom, and everything is a mystery; one day, however, the mystery of God is finished! Praise the Lord!

Lord Jesus, unveil us to see that we are now in the age of mystery. Hallelujah, God Himself became a man, for the Triune God was incarnated to be a human being, a God-man, who is God mingled with man. Wow, what a mystery, that God and man should mingled be! God became man so that He may make man God in life and nature but not in the Godhead – what a mystery! Amen, Lord, thank You for regenerating us with Your life in a mysterious yet wonderful way to make us children of God, those born of God! Amen, Lord, we want to enjoy You as the mystery of God today so that we may become the mystery of Christ. Hallelujah, great is the mystery of godliness: God manifested in the flesh! Oh, what a mystery it is for us to be the church, the kingdom of God, preaching the gospel so that Christ may indwell many human beings! Amen, Lord, keep us in our spirit today until the mystery of God is finished! Keep us in the corporate expression of Christ until we see You face to face and there is no more mystery!

Exercise our Spirit and Live in the Spirit to See, Enjoy, Experience, and Express Christ in the Age of Mystery

Which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in spirit. Eph. 3:5

When unbelievers read the Bible, they may prefer reading the Old Testament, for it is clear when God blesses man, does things for man, speaks to man, and is among His people.

They may especially love the psalms, which are poetic expressions of the seekers of God who poured out their heart before God either to complain or praise God. Young believers also identify themselves with these loving seekers of the Lord in the Old Testament.

In Christianity today, many love the utterances in the Old Testament, for they seem so real and practical. But when we come to the New Testament, everything seems to be so mysterious.

In the New Testament, we see not only the Gospels, the four biographies of the first God-man Jesus Christ, but also the book of Acts and the Epistles, concluding with the book of Revelation.

In the Epistles, we are told things such as Christ is in you as the hope of glory, when Christ is manifested, you also will be manifested with Him in glory, we are transformed into the image of Christ, our outer man is decaying and yet our inner man is renewed, and being conformed to the death of Christ by the power of His resurrection.

All these are mysterious matters; we can’t pinpoint certain experiences that clearly show how we enjoy and experience this.

However, we need to realise that, before the mystery of God is finished, we today need to exercise our spirit and live in the spirit so that we may see, enjoy, experience, and express Christ in this age of mystery.

The mysteries in this age of mystery are made known to us in spirit (Eph. 3:3-9).

When we exercise our spirit, we see God, we enjoy God, and we experience God. This is inward; even though things may take place outwardly, our experience and enjoyment of God is inward.

In the Old Testament, before the age of mystery, when someone was prosperous in God’s people, it was because God blessed him due to his keeping the law and pursuing God.

But in the New Testament, we see the apostle Paul who was in prison for a long time, yet even there he enjoyed and experienced Christ, and he blessed all God’s people throughout the ages with some marvellous writings.

For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Col. 3:3 For we are a fragrance of Christ to God in those who are being saved and in those who are perishing. 2 Cor. 2:15For us to know God today, for us to live in the mystery of God, we need to exercise our spirit. When we exercise our spirit and walk according to the spirit, the righteous requirements of the law are spontaneously fulfilled in us (Rom. 8:4).

When we walk according to the spirit, contacting the Lord within and living Christ without, we express Christ and we manifest Him.

Others see a normal human being with nothing out of the ordinary about him, but there’s a fragrance of Christ, which for some is from death unto death, while for others is from death unto life (2 Cor. 2:15).

We come together in Christian gatherings not to plan and do great works for God outwardly but to enjoy Christ and partake of His riches in spirit.

We come together in conferences, blending meetings, trainings, and all kinds of Christian gatherings not to do things that change the world outwardly but for us to enjoy Christ corporately so that we may be His corporate expression on earth. This is mysterious.

We pay a high price to travel to distant places simply to visit the saints there, spend time with them, and exercise our spirit to be built up with them; this is a mystery.

May we exercise our spirit day by day and may we live and walk according to the spirit so that we may live in the mystery of God and become part of the mystery of Christ, the church as the corporate manifestation of God in the flesh.

May we turn from seen things to unseen things, for our life is hidden with Christ in God (Col. 3:3).

Lord Jesus, we exercise our spirit today. We call on Your name and we pray-read Your word with the exercise of our spirit so that we may live in the mystery of God today! Hallelujah, before the mystery of God is finished, we today are mysterious people living in a mysterious way by living and walking in our spirit! Thank You, Lord, for regenerating us with Your life to make us God-men, children of God! Keep us in our spirit today. Keep us exercising our spirit throughout the day. May we see that our life is hidden with Christ in God. May we remain in our spirit, in the organic union with You, so that Christ may live in us and we may express Christ. Live in us today, dear Lord. Be expressed through us. May we be the corporate manifestation of God in the flesh. Hallelujah, God’s economy is in faith, and we can exercise our spirit of faith to see God, enjoy Christ, experience Christ, and express Christ! Amen, Lord, we love You, the unseen One, and we praise You for being our life and our everything!

[In Revelation 10:7] we see that the completion of God’s mystery will be at the trumpeting of the seventh trumpet. When the seventh angel is about to trumpet, the mystery of God will be finished. In the dispensations from Adam to Moses and from Moses to Christ, everything was unveiled, manifested, and there was no mystery. It will be the same in the dispensation of the millennial kingdom and in the new heaven and new earth—everything will be unveiled, and there will be no more mystery. But in the dispensation from Christ to the millennial kingdom, everything is a mystery. The incarnation of Christ, as the beginning of this dispensation of mystery, is a mystery (1 Tim. 3:16). Christ Himself (Col. 2:2), the church (Eph. 3:4-6), the kingdom of the heavens (Matt. 13:11), the gospel (Eph. 6:19), the indwelling of Christ (Col. 1:26-27), and the coming resurrection and transfiguration of the saints as the end of this dispensation of mystery (1 Cor. 15:51-52) are all mysteries that were hidden in the times of the ages (Rom. 16:25; Eph. 3:5; Col. 1:26)…At the trumpeting of the seventh trumpet, not only God’s judgment of wrath upon the earth but also the mystery of God are finished.

Dear brother, we live today in an age of mystery, for everything related to God is a mystery. Christ’s incarnation, Christ Himself, the church, the kingdom, the gospel, the indwelling Christ, and the coming resurrection and transfiguration of the believers, all are mysteries.

But at the sounding of the seventh trumpet, the mystery of God is finished! May we remain in our spirit to see Christ, the church, and all the mysteries in this age of mystery.

Oh Lord, amen, our spirit! Keep us in our spirit. Keep us contacting You in spirit and living in the mingled spirit so that we may be part of the mystery of Christ, the church!

We should be a mystical people. Today, is the age of mystery.

Not just Christ but the entire Triune God has been manifested in the flesh. How can this be? It’s a mystery realised in faith and through faith.

Some attempt to explain God by logic & reason, but only in faith can we please God.

We should boldly proclaim the gospel of the kingdom everywhere in faith. Amen and amen!

We live today in the dispensation where everything is a mystery. This age of mystery – age of grace – spans from the incarnation of Christ to the end of the millennial kingdom full of the mysteries of God.

The incarnation of the entire Triune God, Christ Himself, the church, the kingdom of the heavens, the gospel, the indwelling of Christ, the coming resurrection and transfiguration of the saints as the end of this dispensation of mystery are all mysteries that were hidden in the times of the ages

At the trumpeting of the seventh trumpet, the mystery will be over! Christ will be manifested, and the whole earth will recognize Him!The kingdom in its manifestation will come, and the good news will be fulfilled, and there’ll be no more mystery. We can substantiate the mystery today only in faith.

Increase our faith today, oh Lord! Amen, Lord! Keep us focused in our spirit on Christ, who defines God’s mystery in faith to us and Who alone, is able to complete God’s mystery!

Dear brother, today since the incarnation of Christ till the millenial Kingdom everything is a mystery. We are in the age of the church, the age of grace and as Christ is the mystery of God even we – too the world – are a mystery.

In fact the incarnation of Christ to some is a mystery, being the incarnation of the Word of God – the entire God (not ony the Son)- the Father, the Son and the Spirit in Christ manifested in the flesh!

But at the seventh trumpet the mystery of God is finished. Hallelujah! And so, just as everything from Adam to Moses was unveiled, so also from the millennial Kingdom to the new heavens and new earth for eternity there is no longer a mystery.

Praise the Lord everything will be unveiled and we too will be manifested with Him in glory! Amen! Lord keep us in our spirit that we would live in this age of ministry until it is finished!

In the dispensations from Adam to Moses and from Moses to Christ, everything was unveiled, manifested, and there was no mystery. Also in the dispensation of the millennial kingdom and in the new heaven and new earth, everything will be unveiled, and there will be no more mystery. BUT, Amen in the dispensation from Christ to the millennial kingdom—the church age, the age of grace—everything is a mystery. However at the trumpeting of the seventh trumpet, not only God’s judgment of wrath upon the earth but also the mystery of God are finished.
Then the good news that God announced to His own slaves the prophets will be fulfilled; that is, the kingdom in its manifestation will come and the new heaven and new earth with the New Jerusalem will follow.
Oh Lord may we have this view. May we be governed, encouraged, and supplied by this vision. 🙏🙏🙏
