As believers in Christ, we can cooperate with the inner operating Triune God as the law of the Spirit of life by switching on this law in many ways, as seen in Rom. 8; today we need to walk according to the spirit and live in spirit, and we need to set our mind on the things of the Spirit by setting our mind on the spirit. Praise the Lord! Amen!
We need to realize that, when we were born again and the divine life came into us, the Triune God has been installed in us as the law of the Spirit of life.
God is no longer in the heavens and we are down here on earth, trying to please Him and do what He says; God is in us as the law of the Spirit of life.
We can liken this to a physical building in which the electrical installation is set up, and all we need to do to operate the lights, the appliances, the video, the sound, etc, is to flip the switch.
It would be pointless for someone to call the power plant and ask them to give them some electricity to operate their machinery or appliances when electricity has already been installed and all they need to do is turn on the switch.
This shows us what happened to us at the time of our regeneration. God has been installed in our being.
He is not in us only as our life or as our person; He has been installed in our being as a law, an automatic law that functions once the “switch” is flipped on.
When we switch on the law of the Spirit of life, the Triune God operates in us in a spontaneous, automatic, and effortless way.
This is why the Bible doesn’t tell us that we need to try harder to do things for God or to please God but simply walk according to the spirit, mind the things of the Spirit, and do everything in the mingled spirit.
Once we set our entire being on our spirit, where Christ is, we activate the law of the Spirit of life, and God simply does everything in us. Praise the Lord!
Once we fulfill the requirements needed for the law of the Spirit of life to work in us, it simply works.
Romans 8 tells us seven ways we can switch on the law of the Spirit of life so that we can activate it in our being.
We can walk according to the spirit, set our mind on the spirit, put to death all the practices of the body, be led by the Spirit, and witness and groan in the spirit. Hallelujah!
If we simply exercise our spirit and walk according to the spirit, setting our mind on the things of the Spirit, the law of the Spirit of life operates in us effortlessly and spontaneously to constitute us with God, shape us in the image of Christ, and make us functioning members of the Body with many spiritual functions. Amen!
Cooperate with the Inner Operating Triune God as the Law of the Spirit of Life by Walking According to the Spirit – Living in the Spirit
Romans 8:4 tells us that the righteous requirement of the law is fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the spirit.
This is the first way that we as believers in Christ can cooperate with the inner operating Triune God as the law of the Spirit of life.
Rom. 8:2 tells us that we in Christ Jesus have been freed from the law of the sin and of death by the law of the Spirit of life, and later in v. 4, we are told of how we can activate this law.
When we walk according to the spirit, when we not only exercise our spirit to contact the Lord but even more, we habitually walk according to the spirit, we activate the law of the Spirit of life.
We need to ask the Lord to cause us to walk according to the spirit, and we need to choose to walk according to the spirit day by day.
Walking according to the spirit is not something that happens naturally; it may happen by accident, but we need to know that we have to walk according to the spirit, and we need to do this.
Many times we check with the Lord in our daily life concerning some things, and His answer is No; when we heed to the inner anointing and say Amen to the Lord’s answer, we walk according to the spirit.
When we follow the Lord’s inner leading by means of the small, tender voice in our spirit, we activate the law of the Spirit of life, and we are conformed to the image of Christ.
For us to know the Lord’s will and to walk according to the spirit is to call on the Lord’s name and pray-read His word.
We can pray-read the word of God and know the Lord’s will, and throughout the day we can say amen to the Lord’s inner operation and speaking according to His word.
The secret of experiencing Christ is to be in the One who empowers us to do all things, and the secret of being in Him is to be in our spirit (Phil. 4:12-13, 23).
When we experience Christ as the One who empowers us, He can do all things in us, and we can do all things in Him.
The secret of being in Christ as the One who empowers us is to be in our spirit.
It is God who operates in us both the willing and the working, as long as we switch on the law of the Spirit of life.
The practicality of living in Christ is for us to live in our spirit. In the book of Romans, the apostle Paul stresses that whatever we are (2:29; 8:5-6, 9), whatever we have (vv. 10, 16), and whatever we do toward God (1:9; 7:6; 8:4, 13; 12:11) must be in our spirit.
May we learn what it means to be in our spirit and may we be in our spirit day by day, even moment by moment.
How can we be in our spirit? How can we live in our spirit?
In order for us to live in our spirit, we need to take time to behold the Lord.
We need to pray to fellowship with Jesus, even to bathe in His countenance.
We need to be saturated with the Lord’s beauty and radiate His excellence.
This is the way to live in spirit and walk according to the spirit – contacting the Lord, beholding Him, and enjoying Him to reflect Him (2 Cor. 3:16, 18; Psa. 27:4; cf. Matt. 6:6; 14:23; Exo. 33:11a; 34:4).
In today’s world where everything tries to grab our attention and consume our time, even to usurp us to the extent that we have no more attention or energy for the things of God, we need to take time to behold the Lord.
We need to spend time with the Lord, opening to Him, enjoying Him, and beholding Him.
If we look at the countenance of His face by praying over His word, we are infused with what He is, and the expression of our face will change to match His face.
May we come to the Lord to be saturated with Him, soaked with Him, and filled with Him so that we may radiate Him to others.
In order for us to live in our spirit, we need to pray without ceasing (1 Thes. 5:17; cf. John 20:22; Lam. 3:55-56; Rom. 10:12-13).
It is not easy to pray all the time, but it is easy and it should be our habit that call on the name of the Lord to enjoy His riches all the time.
In order for us to live in our spirit, we need to remain in the fellowship of the divine life to walk in the divine light (1 John 1:2-3, 6-7).
May we come to the Lord in the light to let Him shine on us, and may we confess our sins as His light exposes them.
As we do this, as we confess our sins under His shining, we walk in the light, and the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from every sin.
May we habitually walk in the divine light by remaining in the fellowship of the divine life in all things and at all times.
Lord Jesus, we want to cooperate with the inner operating Triune God as the law of the Spirit of life by switching on this law today! Amen, Lord, we want to walk according to our spirit today so that the righteous requirement of the law may be fulfilled in us! May today be a day of walking according to the spirit and living in the spirit. We simply want to abide in You, dear Lord, as the One who empowers us to do all things. We choose to be in our spirit today. We choose to be one with You in all things. Oh Lord, may we practically live in Christ by living in our spirit! May whatever we are, whatever we have, and whatever we do toward God be in our spirit! Amen, Lord, we come to spend time with You to behold You! We pray to fellowship with You in all things. We want to bathe in Your countenance and be saturated with Your beauty so that we may radiate Your excellence! Oh Lord, keep us beholding and reflecting You today! Keep us contacting You in spirit so that we may live in spirit, walk in spirit, and do all things in our spirit!
Switch on the Law of the Spirit of Life by Setting our Mind on the Spirit to Mind the Things of the Spirit
Rom. 8:5-6 gives us the second way for us to cooperate with the inner operating Triune God as the law of the Spirit of life is minding the things of the Spirit by setting our mind on the spirit.
As believers in Christ, we need to realize that our mind is very important; where we set our mind and what we set our mind on determines where we are and what we are.
If we set our mind on the things of the flesh, we are fleshly people like those around us, but if we set our mind on the things of the Spirit, we are spiritual people and we switch on the law of the Spirit of life.
We need to learn to take heed to our spirit, paying attention to the sense of our spirit, in order not to grieve the Spirit and not quench the Spirit (Mal. 2:15-16; Eph. 4:30; 1 Thes. 5:19).
We believers in Christ are different from those around us – we do not mind the things of the flesh but the things of the Spirit by setting our mind on the spirit.
The Spirit within us speaks to us, wants us to do certain things and not say other things, and we learn to heed the spirit.
May we not grieve the Spirit nor quench the Spirit but may we take heed to our spirit.
We can set our mind on the spirit by setting our mind on God’s words, which are spirit and life (John 6:63; Isa. 55:8-11).
The Lord’s thoughts are not our thoughts, and His ways are not our ways.
As the heavens are higher than the earth, so His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts.
How can God’s highest thoughts and higher ways be dispensed into us?
Just as rain comes down and the snow from heaven and does not return there until it waters the earth and makes the bare ground sprout forth so that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so will the Lord’s word be, which goes forth from His mouth.
The Lord’s words are like rain and snow, watering us and protecting us, even killing the germs in us.
When it snows, it covers the earth, kills the germs and bugs, and then waters the earth.
When we exercise our spirit in coming to the Lord’s words, His words become spirit and life to us to both supply us, nourish us, and cause us to grow, and also to kill any germs in us.
May we learn to come to the Lord in His word day by day so that we may set our mind on the things of the Spirit and be renewed in our mind.
To set our mind on the spirit, to mind the things of the Spirit, is also to be one with the Lord to care for the church with all the saints in the inward parts of Christ Jesus (Phi. 2:21; 1:8). Amen!
When we are one with the Lord in living the Christian life and church life, we will care for the church with all the saints even as the Lord does.
When we take heed to our spirit and pay attention to the sense of our spirit, we will care for the saints in the inward parts of Christ Jesus.
His inward parts become our inward parts, and we think of the church and of the saints as the Lord does.
May we set our mind on the spirit day by day by setting our mind on God’s words to receive spirit and life.
May we set our mind on the things of the Spirit and not mind the things of the flesh.
We do have to take care of all kinds of things for our human existence, but we do not set our mind on the things of the flesh.
We need to work, study, and do many things, humanly speaking, but we set our mind on the things of the Spirit by setting our mind on our spirit.
Lord Jesus, we exercise our spirit to switch on the law of the Spirit of life by setting our mind on the spirit! Amen, Lord, we refuse to set our mind on the things of the flesh; we choose to set our mind on the things of the Spirit! We want to take heed to our spirit. We turn to You. Keep us in our spirit. May the law of the Spirit of life be activated in us so that we may be conformed to the image of Christ and be produced as members of the Body with many functions! Oh Lord, we want to pay attention to the sense of our spirit so that we may not grieve the Spirit nor quench the Spirit. We set our mind on our spirit by setting our mind on the word of God! Amen, Lord, we come to You in Your word. We want to mind the things of the Spirit. May we be one with You in our daily living today. May we be one with You to care for the church with all the saints in the inward parts of Christ Jesus! Amen, Lord, live in us today! Be expressed through us!

Dear brother, the law of the Spirit of life has been installed in our spirit and we simply need to activate it by switching on the law of the Spirit of life. Amen!
This means we need to walk according to the spirit; set your mind on the spiritual things; put to death all the practices of the body; be led and cry; witness and groan.
Amen.
Yes, to be free in Christ Jesus our Emancipator, we need to switch on the inner law of life by setting our mind on the spirit, through unceasing prayer, maintaining fellowship with Him that we may walk according to the spirit, putting to death the practices of the Body!
Amen dear brother!
To walk, live, act, have our being, meditate& muse,pray-read on the Word and groan……”Oh Lord Jesus”
Hallelujah!😃🙌
Amen. Lord operate in us today.
In our daily life we should be those walking according to the Spirit, by spending time with the Lord in our spirit and not in a religious way.
Eventually, our mind would be set on the Spirit, which allows us to kill the practices of the body and receive life.
Aaaaameeen! Dear brother, remain in the touch of the Lord today!!!
When the righteous requirements of the law might be fulfilled in us, the law of the Spirit of life works in us spontaneously and unconsciously.
The requirements are:-
1) walk according to the spirit, (walking means: to live, to have our being, to move, to act, to walk in spirit daily)
2) set your mind on the spiritual things, (to think about Him, meditate His word and muse, by pray-read)
3) put to death all the practices of the body,(when we set our mind and walk in spirit accordingly, we will spontaneously kill our body)
4) be led by the Spirit as sons of God, (when we walk, set our mind on the spirit and put to death the practice of the body, we are led by the Spirit)
5) to cry to the Father in the spirit of the sonship, (Cry either, Lord Jesus “0 or Abba Father would be a kind of spontaneous thing)
6) to witness that we are the children of God, and
7) to groan for the full sonship, the redemption of our body. (We do not know what to say, but a kind of sensation within us concerning God’s interest)
Praise the Lord.
