We need to be in the light and walk in the light to enjoy the all-inclusive Christ as our God-allotted portion today.
When we are in the light, live in the light, and walk in the light, we enjoy the all-inclusive Christ as our portion, for He has been allotted to the saints in the light for their enjoyment.
Hallelujah, Christ is our portion for our enjoyment!
As we read the book of Colossians, we have the feeling that Paul had the good land before him when he wrote this book, for again and again, he spoke of the riches of the all-inclusive Christ, even saying that we have been allotted a portion with the saints in the light. Amen!
When we read the book of 1 Corinthians, however, we don’t see the all-inclusive Christ; we see some of the riches of Christ, for the believers in Corinth were not yet there in terms of their experience.
But in 2 Corinthians we see the good land in our experience, for in this book we see an autobiography of a person in spirit.
We need to realize that, just as the children of Israel were allotted a portion of the good land for them to live on, labour on, partake of, and be built up on so that they become part of God’s corporate expression and His kingdom on earth, so we also today were allotted a portion of the all-inclusive Christ.
Each believer in Christ has been allotted a portion of the all-inclusive Christ as the Spirit, the reality of the good land, and we need to live in Christ, walk in Christ, be rooted in Christ, live Christ, labour on Christ, grow in Christ, be built up in Christ, and be part of God’s house and His kingdom in Christ.
The realization of Christ in our experience is the Spirit; the blessing promised to Abraham is real to us in the Spirit who is joined to our spirit.
In our daily life, the Lord Jesus Christ as our good land can be our enjoyment.
As we enjoy Him with all His riches, we are built up together to be His house and to establish His kingdom on the earth.
For us to enjoy the unsearchable riches of Christ as the good land, we need to be in the light.
Light is God Himself. Christ is our God-allotted portion with the saints in the light.
We can enjoy Christ only in the light. If we’re in darkness, we cannot enjoy Christ.
Light is simply the presence of God.
When God came in to recover the earth and do a further work of recreation in Gen. 1-2, the first thing He took care of was light. He caused light to appear, for light is the basic factor of that restoration.
Similarly today we as the new creation need to live in the light, walk in the light, and be in the light, and we will enjoy the riches of the all-inclusive Christ as our rich portion with the saints in the light.
Be in the Light and Walk in the Light to Enjoy the All-inclusive Christ as our Portion
We all can remember the first time we heard the gospel; the light of the gospel shone upon us.
We may have heard of the Lord Jesus and the Bible, but one day the divine light shined on us and we saw Him.
We may have grown up as children in the church life or in a Christian family, but one day the Lord’s shining reached us.
When the Lord shines on us and in us, we get saved. When we touch Him, salvation and life come in.
Praise the Lord, by believing into the Lord and being baptized into Him we were transferred out of darkness into His marvellous light, and now we are in the kingdom of the Son of God’s love enjoying Him in the light!
The only way for us to enjoy Christ is in the light (Col. 1:12); God is light, and in Him, there is no darkness at all (1 John 1:5).
When we turn to the Lord and come into His presence, we come into the light, and we spontaneously begin to enjoy Him as our portion.
However, it is easy for us not to be in the light or to get out of the light.
We may even read the Bible according to our custom, but we may not be in the light, for we read the Bible without the Lord’s presence.
We need to read the Bible in such a way that we touch the Lord and remain in His presence.
We need to read the Bible not only with our eyes and with our mind but even more, with our seeking spirit, coming to the Lord as we read His word so that we may behold His face and look into His countenance (John 5:39-40).
May we be saved from the mere religious duty of doing this or that for the Lord, of reading the Bible and going to the meetings, and may we be brought into a living touch with the Lord day by day in His light.
Many things that are so helpful to us in our Christian life can extinguish the light, and we are in darkness.
But when we touch the Lord in a living way, when we repent and return to Him to be in the light and walk in the light, we enjoy the riches of the all-inclusive Christ as our portion.
There’s something sweet about the divine light.
When we see the Lord as light and touch Him as the light, our whole being is under His shining.
We will confess whatever He shines on, and we will repent for so many things. Then, His blood cleanses us from every sin, and we walk in the light, having fellowship with the Lord and with one another (1 John 1:7, 9).
Every dark part of our being has to be touched by the divine light.
Things happen in our life and our heart veers away from the Lord.
We are so busy with this and that, and we forget about remaining in the organic union with the Lord.
We need to take care of this and that, and we simply leave the Lord’s presence.
Without noticing, we get out of the divine light, and we live in darkness, think in darkness, do things in darkness, and just walk in darkness. Oh, Lord!
For example, when we argue, though we may be on the right side of the argument, we are in darkness.
We need to realize that arguing will bring us into darkness, whether we win the argument or not, and whether we convince the other person of “the truth” or not.
May we learn to stop speaking whenever we feel we’re about to argue.
May we return to the Lord, ask Him to forgive us for expressing the self, and seek to be in His presence, which is the divine light.
When we repent and confess, the light returns and we are able to continue enjoying Christ with His riches in the light.
He is our portion in a practical way whenever we are in the light and walk in the light.
If we want to fellowship with God and fellowship with one another, we need to walk in the light (1 John 1:7).
We cannot pretend in this matter. God is real, genuine, honest, and practical, and we can’t pretend before Him that we are in the light, when we actually are not.
There’s no room for pretense in this matter, for we’re either in the light enjoying the all-inclusive Christ or we are in darkness, devoid of the enjoyment of Christ.
We may be like the children of Israel in Isaiah’s time, so occupied with our own things and even with the things of religion that we lose sight of the Lord, having our heart turned away from Him.
We may have the Bible, the meetings of the church, and so many good and spiritual practices, but we may not be in the Lord’s living and instant presence.
We need to come back and walk in the light of the Lord (Isa. 2:5).
We need to repent and confess in order to be brought into the light of the Lord’s presence.
We may be perplexed to see that the evil people prosper and the righteous are being persecuted, and we may wonder about this in the Lord’s presence.
As long as we bring our perplexities and questions to the Lord, entering into His sanctuary to enquire of Him, we have His light, and we can walk in the light to enjoy the riches of the all-inclusive Christ.
When we are in the light and walk in the light, we enjoy Christ as our portion.
We are like a person who is saturated with the fatness of God’s house and who drinks the river of God’s pleasures (Psa. 36:8).
In His light, we see light, and with Him we enjoy the fountain of life (v. 9).
Christ is our portion of enjoyment in the light; we simply need to be in the light and walk in the light, and we enjoy all the riches of this all-inclusive Christ.
Lord Jesus, we repent and return to You. We confess our walking in the darkness and our doing things in darkness. We come back to You. We want to be in Your presence. Wash us and cleanse us with Your precious blood. Bring us into Your marvelous light in our experience. Oh Lord, we want to walk in the light of the Lord today so that we may enjoy the riches of the all-inclusive Christ! Make us those who are in the light, walk in the light, and live in the light. We want to be here, in the light of Your presence, to enjoy Your riches and be in fellowship with You and with one another. Oh Lord, we want to enjoy You with Your unsearchable riches as our God’s allotted portion in the light. How sweet You are to us as our portion in the light! Oh, Lord Jesus! We call on Your name and we want to remain in Your presence throughout the day so that we may be in the light and walk in the light to enjoy You as our portion!
Four Practical Ways to Walk in the Light to Enjoy the Unsearchable Riches of Christ
There are four simple and practical ways for us to be in the light and walk in the light in order to enjoy the unsearchable riches of Christ as our portion.
Many times we think we’re in the light, but we do not really enjoy Christ.
We may like the idea of reading the Bible and going to the meetings, but we don’t exercise our spirit from deep within to enjoy the riches of Christ.
We need to know how to turn to the Lord and be in the light, even walk in the light, so that we may enjoy the riches of Christ.
The first practical way to be in the light and walk in the light is to contact the Lord more and more in a genuine way.
We need to simply call on His name from deep within and pray to open to Him.
Our heart may be turned from the Lord, so we need to turn our heart to Him so that the veil may be taken away and we see the Lord with an unveiled face (2 Cor. 3:16-18).
When we contact the Lord more and more throughout the day, we remain in His presence.
We can call on the Lord as we go to work, do our chores, take care of things, and walk; in all things, we can maintain our fellowship with the Lord by contacting Him again and again.
We need to read His word with an unveiled face and an open heart.
The second way is to follow the inner anointing (1 John 2:27).
Christ is not only the word without but even more, He’s the anointing within, teaching us all things and giving us a sense of life and peace or of death when it comes to certain things.
As we fellowship with the Lord and follow the inner anointing, we will experience Him as the life within us in a practical way.
Many times we do things, speak things and go places without having the Lord’s inner leading.
We don’t check with the Lord within us, and we feel free to do and say things apart from the inner sense. Oh, Lord Jesus!
There are so many things that interrupt our fellowship with the Lord, and so many times we stop following the inner anointing.
When we return to the Lord and take care of the inner sense of life and peace by setting our mind on our spirit (Rom. 8:6), we will be in the light and walk in the light.
In the light, the Lord’s shining will be brighter and brighter, and we enjoy the riches of the all-inclusive Christ.
The third practical way to be in the light and walk in the light is to fellowship with others in a genuine way.
We need to learn to fellowship with the saints, open up to the fellowship, and come in the fellowship in a genuine way so that the Lord’s light may shine.
When we fellowship with an older brother concerning our situation, opening to him from within in a genuine way, we are saved from self-deception, and the Lord has a way to shine on us and in us.
The result is that we enjoy deeper fellowship with the Lord and partake of more riches of Christ.
But if we don’t open to fellowship, we may remain in darkness, and our whole being may be in darkness (Luke 11:35).
The fourth practical way for us to be in the light and walk in the light is to be in the meetings of the church.
When we come together with the saints, the Lord is among us, and He shines on us and in us.
We all can testify that so many times we came to the meeting and the Lord had a way to shine in us, expose our situation, and bring us out of darkness into light.
May we learn to practically return to the Lord, repent and confess, and be in the light and walk in the light so that we may enjoy the riches of the all-inclusive Christ in the light with the saints.
Lord Jesus, we want to have more and more contact with You today. Keep us contacting You in all things and concerning all things. We come to You by calling on Your name and in prayer to fellowship with You. We love You, Lord Jesus, and we love to be in the light and walk in the light. We want to fellowship with You and follow the inner anointing so that we may experience You in a practical way. Amen, Lord Jesus, bring our whole being into Your marvelous light. Keep us in the light. We want to be in the light and walk in the light. We come to You to fellowship with You. We come to the Body to fellowship with the Body. May Your living light shine in us and through us. May Your living light dispel and scatter our darkness. Make everything bright in us. Be our portion in an all-inclusive way in the light. Oh Lord, we want to be in the light to enjoy Christ as the portion of the saints! Amen!

To enjoy the riches of the all-inclusive Christ, we need to be in the light and walk in the light.
May we return to the Lord by repenting and confessing so that we come into His presence and walk in the light of the Lord to enjoy Christ as our portion.
Aaaaameeen!
Wow brother, whenever we are in the light spontaneously Christ becomes our portion!!
In the light we enjoy God and Christ because God and Christ are light!
In the light we enjoy the Lord’s presence when we read the Bible in a pray reading spirit!!
We cannot enjoy Christ is darkness neither can we have light without him.
May we be those in the light and enjoy the Lord’s presence

Amen brother. There is no room for pretense; we cannot deceive the Lord.
The only way we can enjoy & experience Christ as our rich good land is by being in the light.
If we have strayed into darkness, we must repent & confess before we can continue to enjoy the Christ who is life & light.
We must learn the lesson: abide in Christ and walk in the light of life.
This is the only way to be in the enjoyment.
Also, we must not neglect the assembling of ourselves, for in fellowship there is the shining of light.
May the Lord keep us in the church life and attending the meetings.
Without the fellowship of the Body, we will be in darkness and our inner condition will deteriorate.
At best, there will be simply a form of godliness which is void of practical reality.
Aamen, we are children of light, and we have this allotted portion of the good land, Christ who comes with the Father by the Spirit.
Praise the Lord, He is the all-inclusive One, the triune God who is light and our enjoyment of the good land. Hallelujah!
We are children of light, may we look away unto Jesus and walk in this light so we can shine on each other for the building and glorification of the body of Christ.
Amen and amen, Lord keep us in the Light throughout today.
Praise the Lord! 😃🙌🙋🏼
beloved saint, Today we have a God full of light and we do have communion with him.
We will be able to have communion with each other and the light of Jesus Christ illuminates us.
Dear brother, if we are to experience and enjoy God’s presence ourselves to be childen of light, we must be those who are in the light.
Even in our reading of the Bible it is possible to be in darkness.
The proper way to read the scriptures, for them to be a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, is to read with a seeking spirit to have the countenance of God as we pray-read His word.
God is light and in Him is no darkness at all!
Through pray-reading the word we receive life and this life is the light of men so that we may be persons of light reflecting as luminaries the light of Christ to the world in which we are walking.
5/14/24 Experiencing and Enjoying the All-inclusive Christ as the Good Land – a Land in Which We Do Not Lack Anything (Week 8, Day 2)
The All-inclusive Christ, typified by the good land, is immensely vast and rich. He is all-inclusive because everything that we need is in Himself. His riches are so unlimited and immeasurable. And the practical way to enjoy the unlimited riches of the All-inclusive Christ is firstly by being in our regenerated spirit and secondly by being in the light.
The All-inclusive Christ, Who embodies God and everything that He has, in now in our regenerated spirit. Therefore, the first practical way for us to enjoy His immeasurable riches is by turning to our regenerated spirit.
Secondly, we can enjoy His unlimited riches in a practical way by being in the light. We can be in the light when we are in God, in the Word of God, in Christ, in the life of Christ, in the fellowship with the believers, or in the church.
Acts 26:18 says, “To open their eyes, to turn them from darkness to light and from the authority of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.” When we heard the gospel, we received the Word of God into our spirit, which shined forth light, causing our eyes to be opened and realized our pitiful dark condition. We thus believed and received Christ as life, and transfered us from darkness to light and from the authority of Satan to God.
As a result of being transferred, the believers also have been delivered out of the authority of darkness into the kingdom of the Son of God’s love (Col 1:13). God is light, and Satan is darkness. Hence, the authority of darkness denotes the authority of Satan. Satan’s authority of darkness is the authority of evil in the air, in the heavenlies (Eph 6:12).
Matthew 12:26 indicates that Satan has his kingdom. The authority of evil, of rebellion, in the heavenlies is the kingdom of Satan, the authority of darkness. The kingdom of Satan is a system. Not everything in this system is evil in the eyes of men. On the contrary, many things, such as knowledge and philosophy, are considered good by men, but all these are also being utilized by Satan to distract us from the real enjoyment of Christ.
After speaking of the authority of darkness in Colossians 1, Paul goes on to mention ordinances, observances, philosophies, and the elements of the world, indicating that they are different aspects of the satanic authority. Satan uses different aspects of his authority to control people, to lord it over them, and to keep them under his rule.
Today, many believers in Christ fall into the snare of Satan ~ Satan uses many things to lure God’s people from remaining in the light. God is light, and Satan is darkness. If we are not in the light, we are in darkness for darkness is the absence of light. Therefore, if we are not in the realm of God, we are in the realm of Satan.
We need to turn and remain in our regenerated spirit to be one with God, with Christ, and with the life of Christ in order for us to be in the light. We must also enjoy the Word of God in order for us to be washed in the water of the Word and received more shining of the light of life.
Many believers in Christ are still wondering why the unbelievers are gaining more material riches than the believers (Psa 73:1-16). This shows us that some parts of our inner being, especially, our mind, are still in darkness.
It is only when we get into the sanctuary of God, the church meetings, that we receive the light on certain matters related to our current situation and that God would reveal to us in order for us to understand and realize of the unbelievers’ final end or destination ~ they will be cast into the Lake of Fire, to be cast down into ruins (Psa 73:17-18; Rev 20:14-15).
As believers in Christ, our goal is, not the material riches in this world, but gaining the Lord, as our real spiritual riches, in order for us to receive the reward as cokings with Christ in the Millennial Kingdom and as the corporate Bride of Christ for eternity.
We therefore need to continually join in the fellowship of the church so that we shall receive further revelations of our reward and our final destination by growing into maturity in the divine life. God has given us the many ways to be in the light ~ being in God, in the Word of God, in Christ, in the life of Christ, in the fellowship with the believers, or in the church so that we can truly enjoy the unsearchable riches of Christ in order for us to be able to cooperate with God in the fulfillment of His eternal economy.

[HWMR-Week 8 Day 2]
Amen, brother. Yes Lord, shine in us so we can enjoy the all-inclusive Christ
Praise the Lord saints. What a wonderful portion. With most enjoyable comments.
When we turn from the light, we are still in the good land, just not enjoying it, not enjoying Him. To be in the light we must turn to Him, pursue Him, pursue the light and enjoy Him.
The light is always available. It is we who walk away from it into the shadows of self, of busyness, of vain speakings and pursuits.
When we realize this, realize our condition, it is important to immediately repent and turn back to the light.
Let us pray for more enjoyment, more fellowship, and an increased desire to always be found in the light. And that through this sincere desire we can become His lamps to help illuminate a dark and perishing world. Amen saints. Love you all. James 1:17
