Because the church has not attained to God’s purpose, God will choose a group of overcomers who will attain to His purpose and fulfill His demand; this is the principle of the man-child, and this man-child includes not only Christ as the unique overcomer but all the overcomers together with Him.
Hallelujah, we can be part of the man-child, the group of overcomers today who answer the Lord’s call and meet His need.
We need to come forward to the Lord in our spirit, that is, come forward to the Holy of Holies, to the throne of grace, and to God Himself.
Instead of shrinking back, we need to come forward to Christ and remain in our spirit.
When we come forward with boldness to the throne of grace, we receive mercy and find grace for timely help (Heb. 4:16).
He knows our condition. He knows our situation. He knows where we are and who we are.
He intercedes for us. We simply need to come to Him as we are, and He as the High Priest will minister to our needs.
He always lives to intercede; such a High Priest is what we need.
As we come forward to the Holy of Holies, to God through Christ, and to the throne of grace, we will be infused with Him.
As we come to Him to enjoy Him and touch Him, He transfuses Himself into us.
We will start to care for what He cares. We will think what He thinks. We will desire what He desires. We will simply love Him and be one with Him.
Our aspiration will be to be well-pleasing to Him. Amen!
May we be those who aspire to arrive at the high peak of the divine revelation, enter into the God-man living, and cooperate with Christ’s wonderful ministry of shepherding so that a new revival would come among us, a revival that will end this age.
The Lord wants to do a deeper work in us and among us; He wants not only to revive us and help us enjoy Him but even more, to be one with Him in His work, in His move.
He wants that His desire would become our desire.
When He infuses what He is into us, we will realize that His desire is to end this age. God’s eyes have left the church; His eyes are on the overcomers.
We see this in the book of Revelation – His call is to the overcomers, those who overcome and are part of the bride to bring Him back.
He wants to return for His bride.
On our side, we pray that the Lord would return soon; on His side, He is waiting for the bride to be prepared.
It is easy for the Lord to arrange the outward situation in the world; what is not easy is for the church to be built up and perfected so that the bride may be prepared for the Lord to return.
The Seed of the Woman, the Man-Child, will Fulfill God’s Purpose of Expressing and Representing God
In Gen. 3:15, after man fell and God came in, God promised that the seed of the woman will bruise the head of the serpent.
The seed of the woman is the Lord Jesus, but it is not only He Himself; it also includes the overcomers.
The Lord Jesus came as the seed of the woman and bruised the head of the serpent. On the cross, Christ has destroyed Satan, the one who has the power of death (see Heb. 2:14; 1 John 3:8).
He came as the seed of the woman; He was born of a woman and destroyed the one who has the power of death.
As the Lord was dying on the cross, destroying the devil, the serpent bruised His heel.
This means that Satan wounded the Lord on the cross by nailing His feet to the cross (Psa. 22:16).
Praise the Lord for Christ as the seed of the woman!
Many Christians know and believe that the Lord Jesus is the seed of the woman, but not many know that, according to the Bible, the overcomers are also included in the seed of the woman.
The woman in Gen. 3:15 is, on one hand, Eve, and on the other hand, it s a type of the people of God, including the virgin Mary, as signified by Eve.
When Eve bore her first son, Cain, she said, I have obtained a seed!
She believed the gospel and truly hoped that Cain would be that seed; however, Christ is the seed of the woman, and the man-child is included in this seed.
In Rev. 12 we can see a great woman about to deliver a man-child; this woman is a type of the people of God throughout the centuries.
She is about to deliver a son, a man-child, representing the overcomers, the stronger part of the woman.
The woman depicted in Rev. 12 and signified in Gen. 3:15 is a universal woman; within her there is a stronger part, the man-child, signifying the overcomers (Rev. 12:1, 2, 5).
In the Bible, the woman represents weakness, for the woman is the weaker vessel (1 Pet. 3:7). The man, especially the man-child, represents strength, the stronger part.
All the people of God throughout the ages are the woman, who is somewhat weak; the people of God take the position of a woman before God, who is the Man, the Husband.
However, within the people of God and among them there’s a stronger part, the man-child, the overcomers.
The man-child is part of the seed of the woman.
This man-child is not individual; on one hand, Christ is the man-child, and on the other hand, the overcomers are also part of the man-child.
The man-child is not individual, just as the woman is not individual; the man-child is corporate.
The man-child includes Christ Himself as the Head, the center, the reality, the life, and the nature of the man-child.
He is the unique Overcomer, and when we are one with Him and live because of Him, we also overcome, even as He overcame.
Even as the Lord Jesus is, so the overcomers are. What He does, that’s what they also do.
Psa. 2:8-9 prophesies that the Lord Jesus as God’s anointed One, will rule the nations with an iron rod.
Rev. 2:26-27 says that the overcomers in the churches will rule over the nations with an iron rod.
And Rev. 12:5 says that the man-child will rule the nations with an iron rod.
These are not “coincidences”; these are divine facts, showing us that the man-child in Rev. 12:5 includes both the Lord Jesus and the overcomers in the churches.
Rev. 20:4 says that Christ and the resurrected overcomers will reign as kings for a thousand years.
The man-child is not only Christ nor is it just the overcomers; it is both Christ and the overcomers, Christ joined to His overcomers, to be the corporate overcomer.
Hallelujah, Christ is the foremost overcomer (Rev. 3:21), and He’s the Head, the reality, the center, the life, and the nature of the overcomers.
Thank the Lord, throughout the ages, there has been a stronger part among God’s people, the Lord Jesus and His overcomers, who fight for God’s interest and stand for the Lord on the earth.
May we be such ones. May we come to the Lord and ask Him to make us His overcomers.
Lord Jesus, thank You for being the One who overcame! Hallelujah, Christ is the overcomer, and this One lives in us to make us His overcomers! Amen, Lord, we want to be God’s overcomers, part of the man-child! Make us part of the dispensational instrument that will end this age and will bring in the age of the kingdom. We take You, Lord, as our Head, our center, our reality, our life, and our nature. You are the Overcomer in us. Overcome in us. Make us Your overcomers. We want to overcome in You, with You, by You, and one with You. Lord, You are the leading overcomer, the foremost overcomer, and we want to be overcomers together with You! Amen, Lord, gain the overcomers today, those who live in the principle of the man-child, so that You may return and end this age! Come, Lord Jesus!
Trusting in God, Depending on God, and being Strong in God to be part of the Man-Child today
Christ is the foremost overcomer; however, although He was a man-child, He was born of a woman.
He is the seed of the woman, and He was born of a weaker vessel.
This means that He was born of a source that trusted in God.
The source of the man-child is not a man but something weak, a weaker vessel, that trusts in God.
If we want to be part of the man-child today, we need to realize that we are weak, even weaker, and we need to trust in God.
On one hand, the man-child is strong and, once he is born, there is war in the heavens; on the other hand, the man-child lives in the principle of depending on the Lord for everything.
This is how the Lord Jesus lived while on earth; He did not take Himself as the source, nor was He strong in Himself and for Himself.
Rather, He depended on God, He trusted in God, and He took God as His source.
It should be the same with us today. Today we are the overcomers who follow in the Lord’s footsteps; we need to be those who depend on the Lord.
Even the leading brothers in the church life need to realize that their source is the weaker vessel, and they need to trust in God and depend on God.
We need to come to the Lord again and again and seek Him, enjoy Him, contact Him, and trust in Him.
Our trust should not be in ourselves but in the Lord. He knows how weak we are, and we depend upon Him.
Apart from the Lord, we can do nothing (John 15).
If we have such an attitude toward the Lord, we will truly be the woman before God; then, we are qualified to be part of the man-child.
The Lord Jesus trusted in the Father in all things; He did not do His own will, He did not speak His own words, and He did not do His own work but rather, He depended on the Father in everything.
Even when there seemed to be a good outward opportunity for Him to do this or to go there, He still checked with the Father.
His timing was not according to the outward opportunity but according to the Father’s leading.
We need to realize that, on one hand, we are the woman, a weaker vessel depending on the Lord in all things.
On the other hand, however, we are the seed of the woman. Our source is a life of trusting in God; when we trust in God, we can be strong.
We are not strong in ourselves but strong in God.
The Lord Jesus was not a person strong in Himself; He was strong in God, for He trusted in God.
Paul was not strong; rather, he was weak and trusted in the Lord in all things. He lived in the index of the Lord’s eyes and did all things in his mingled spirit, being one spirit with the Lord (2 Cor. 12:3; 1 Cor. 6:17).
Christ, the unique Overcomer, has come into us to be our life, our center, our reality, and our nature, so that He may make us part of the man-child.
The enemy, however, hates this; he is afraid of the man-child, and he fights with all his might to devour this man-child.
May we be those who trust in the Lord, depend on Him, and are strong in Him, so that we may be qualified to be part of the man-child today!
May we take Christ as our center, life, reality, and nature to be the overcomers today, living Christ as the unique overcomer!
Lord Jesus, we depend on You. We do not rely on ourselves. We don’t trust our own understanding. We simply come to You as we are and we take You as our life, center, reality, and nature. You are everything to us. We want to abide in You and be one with You. Our trust is in You. Our strength is in You. We are so weak in ourselves, Lord, but we are strong in You, for You are our strength. We want to live one spirit with You today. You have overcome, and You were given to sit on the throne with Your Father. Amen, Lord, live the same kind of life in us today. Make us Your overcomers today. We take You as our Head. We take You as our center. You are our life and reality. Be the Overcomer in us. Reproduce Yourself in us.

Amen! How good it is to see that God has a need in this age – He needs the overcomers!
And when we see His need, we simply give ourselves to Him, trusting in Him and not in ourselves, relying on Him and not on ourselves, so that He may gain what He is after.
Amen brother we are weak and can do nothing without the Lord. Hallelujah He is the Head, the centre, the reality, the life and the nature of the man-child!
