The Lord’s Recovery must Spread to Europe and be Rooted here before the Coming of Antichrist

If we have the proper view and see things with God’s eyes, the way He sees things, we will realize the world situation is the indicator of the Lord’s move on earth. Events don’t just happen, countries don’t just change their regime, presidents don’t just get elected, and wars don’t just take place; rather, God is moving, and the human history is the outward shell for the inward divine history.

As believers in Christ, we need to exercise our spirit, live in spirit, and cooperate with the Lord to live daily in the divine history within the human history so that we may be part of the Lord’s move.

The Bible doesn’t leave us in darkness concerning some things that will take place at the end times but it shows us that there’s a mystery of lawlessness that is operating among the nations, and this mystery will consummate in the man of lawlessness, the antichrist (see 2 Thes. 2:3-10).

Within us and among us, the believers in Christ, the mystery of godliness is taking place – God manifested in the flesh (2 Tim. 3:15-16), but outwardly and in society, the mystery of lawlessness is working among the nations, and this lawlessness will culminate in Antichrist.

There are some specific things that the Bible speaks concerning Antichrist, such as:

• Antichrist will be the power of Satan, the embodiment of Satan; he will persecute and seek to destroy God’s people – both the God-fearing Jews and the Christ-believing Christians (see Dan. 8:24; Rev. 12:17; 13:7).
• Antichrist will demolish and desolate the temple of God and the city of God,a nd he will cast truth down to the ground (see Dan. 9:27; 8:12).
• Antichrist will have sharp insight to perceive things and will speak things against the Most High (Dan. 7:8, 20, 25).
• Antichrist will wear out the saints of the Most High (Dan. 7:25).
• Antichrist and Satan want the souls of men to be the instruments for their activities in the last age (Rev. 18:11-13; 2 Tim. 3:5; cf. Zech. 12:1).

Antichrist will be a man of the soul: he will be the embodiment of Satan, exercising his soul and completely neglecting his spirit, and he will receive all authority and worship on earth. Such a man will appear soon – according to the Bible, we are right at the time when Antichrist will be manifested, and when the building of the temple starts, we don’t have long until he comes.

We need to be those who exercise our spirit, pray in the Holy Spirit, keep ourselves in the love of God the Father, and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ (Jude 1:20) so that we may be raptured before such a person comes.

As believers in Christ we need to be the overcomers of today who reject ourselves, exercise our spirit, and live by the divine life within us, so that we may be spiritual men and not soulish men, and we may be shown mercy to be the Lord’s overcomers.

The Ten Kings signified by the Ten Toes in Dan. 2 will be under Antichrist in Europe

In Daniel 2 we see the vision of the great human image with its interpretation; the head of gold signifies the Babylonian empire (full of glory and riches and splendor), the breast and arms of silver signify the Medo-Persian empire, the abdomen and thighs of bronze signify the Grecian empire, the legs of iron signify the Roman Empire, and the feet part of iron and part of clay signify the continuation of the Roman Empire – part autocracy (iron) and part democracy (clay).

Today we are at the feet of this great human image, and there are “ten toes” which signify ten kings who will be raised up before the great tribulation in the revived Roman Empire. These ten kings will be in Europe, and they will be one with Antichrist, giving him all their authority and power, and together they will be one to oppose God and persecute His people, both the Jews and the believers.

These ten kings will rise up in Europe, being signified by the ten toes of the great image seen by Nebuchadnezzar in his dream (Dan. 2:42) and they will submit themselves and their kingdom to Antichrist (Rev. 17:17).

In the consummation of the fulfillment of the vision concerning the great human image in Daniel 2, Europe is more vitally crucial than any other country or race, because it is here that the two feet of the great human image are, and it is here that Christ will come as a stone cut without hands to crush the entire human government.

We need to see and be clear concerning what the Bible tells us about the end times, realizing that Antichrist is coming, and the ten kings over Europe will give him all their authority, and together they will persecute God’s people and will rise up in open rebellion against God Himself. Oh Lord Jesus! Before such people rise up, may the Lord gain a solid expression in Europe!

Here where Christianity was rooted and from where it was spread all over the earth, the high and complete gospel needs to be preached so that men would be saved, regenerated, renewed, transformed, and built up into God’s corporate expression, so that God would have many lampstands all over Europe shining for Him! Oh, may the Lord gain His overcomers in Europe!

Lord Jesus, cause us to see a clear vision of the divine history within the human history so that we may realize that ten kings will be raised up in Europe and they will give their authority to Antichrist to openly rebel against You and persecute Your people. Lord, before such a person is manifested in Europe, may You gain a solid expression here! Gain Your overcomers all over Europe! Gain shining lampstands in all the major cities in Europe! Lord, establish Your recovery in Europe, and further Your move in the land of Antichrist!

The Lord’s recovery is what the Lord is doing today to fulfill His heart’s desire to gain a group of people who are open to Him, who allow Him to work Himself into them, and who are willing to be built up into His corporate expression on earth.

The Lord’s recovery has spread to the Far East in countries such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Japan, etc (see this link) and it has been brought into the USA in the 1960s, where it has spread and it is spreading (see this link).

The whole world is open to the Lord’s recovery in the matter of the divine truth in the Bible, because people are hungry for the divine truth and the proper practice of the church life in oneness.

The Lord’s recovery has taken root in the United States and in the Far East, but there’s a great lack in Europe; Europe is vitally crucial in the consummation of the fulfillment of the vision of the great human image in Daniel, but the Lord’s recovery is not yet established here.

It is here, in Europe, that Antichrist will arise, and it is here that the ten kings will give him all their authority; here, in Europe, the Lord needs to move and establish His recovery, so that before Antichrist rises and is crushed by the Lord, there would be a strong testimony of the Lord in Europe.

We need to see this as a basis to understand the Lord’s mind. Before this crushing transpires, the Lord’s recovery must spread to Europe and be rooted there. The spreading of the truths of the Lord’s recovery will be a preparation for the Lord’s coming back to bring the recovery and restoration not only to Israel but also to the entire creation.

Of the three influential factors in today’s world, the Far East and the United States have been occupied and taken by the Lord’s recovery. Europe still remains as a region in which the Lord’s recovery needs to be rooted and grow. I hope that we would bring this fellowship to the Lord and pray. We should tell the Lord, “Lord, these days are the consummation of the age. Lord, in these days rekindle my love toward You.” (Witness Lee, The World Situation and the Direction of the Lord’s Move, pp. 17-19)

The United States, Europe, and the Far East are the three influential factors of the present situation of the world; the Lord’s recovery has taken root in the USA and the Far East, but what about Europe? Today the Lord is doing a lot in Europe, and He is gaining local churches all over this continent so that He may obtain golden lampstands for His shining.

We need to cooperate with the Lord for His ultimate move and bring this matter to Him, opening to Him whether we should MOVE to Europe or not; if He doesn’t physically send us to Europe, we should be sendable before Him and pray one with Him for His move so that many would go and give themselves for the Lord’s move.

We all can either go, pray, or give, so that the Lord would establish His move to Europe. As one who is married to a sister who is from North America I can testify that Europe may not be the most convenient, easy-to-live, or pleasant place to live outwardly, but the Lord is moving here in an intensified way, and He wants to gain His overcomers in this continent.

It is our privilege to be joined to the Lord for His move in Europe, to give Him our first love here, and to be produced and help produce His overcomers before Antichrist comes.

Now with the mass migration of the refugees from the Arab-speaking countries there’s a great need for many who speak either German, Arabic, or Farsi to move to Germany and be part of the Lord’s move.

Read some of the reports from Germany: the Lord is really moving, and even though it’s not in the news, the Lord’s move is solid and strong in Europe as the saints labor in one accord. Here’s some testimonies:

– Refugees: “In the past week, we brought together many of our Farsi-speaking saints from various camps into a home to sing. At this gathering, we realized that many of them already knew each other back in their country. In fact, they lived on the same street and worked closely in their respective businesses. Although one of the brothers had already been saved back in his country, none of the others knew. Believing into Christ is by necessity a very secret matter in the Middle-east. We praised that Lord that in His sovereignty and mercy He saved us all and brought us to Germany to enjoy the Lord openly!”

– Campus: “On campus, we met again with the young Middle-eastern student that wanted the Bible in English. We brought him the Bible this week and showed him the footnotes. He asked if Jesus is God and we affirmed it to be so! By the end of the appointment, he prayed to receive the Lord!”

– Local Germans: “In our personal Bible distribution in the local community, we met a local German student in the city library, who is interested in the Word. After some sisters read through John 1 with her, she connected verse 1 with verse 14 on her own. She was amazed that it is possible to read and consider the Word in that way. She had only moved from another part of Germany 3 days ago and was happy to meet with the sisters again.”

Lord Jesus, these days are the consummation of the age, so we give ourselves to You for Your ultimate move in Europe! Oh Lord, rekindle our love toward You. We want to give You the first place. Establish Your recovery in Europe and gain many Europeans for the church life. Lord, may the gospel of the kingdom be preached in Europe so that lampstands may be raised up in all the major cities in Europe! Bless Your move to Europe. Gain a solid testimony in Europe! Release many to Pray for Your move, Give themselves to You, and Go to Europe for Your move!
