Dwelling in God’s House by Praising Him and Having the Highways to Zion in our Heart

September 16, 2016 by aGodMan 6 Comments

The highways to Zion signify our intention to enter into the church as the house of God and are the blessed highways for seeking the incarnated Triune God in His consummations, typified by the furniture in the tabernacle (Heb. 10:19-22). On the one hand, we have entered into God; on the other hand, we are still on the highways to enter into God. The highways to Zion in our heart mean that we need to take the way of the church internally, not externally; when we are deeply in the inner life, we will certainly be in the way of the church; the highways to Zion will be within our heart (cf. 1 John 1:3-4). Witness Lee

The goal of God’s salvation, provision, and revelation as seen in the book of Exodus is His building, the tabernacle; as believers in Christ, we need to go on with the Lord and experience Him as reality of all the furnishings of the tabernacle so that we may be part of His building, His heart’s […]

Christ as the Angel of Jehovah was Sent by God to Care for us, Lead us, and Serve us

November 9, 2015 by aGodMan 3 Comments

Heb. 4:7 He again designates a certain day, today, saying in David after so long a time, even as He has said before, "Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts."

In Exodus (and in many other books of the Bible) we see the title, “The Angel of Jehovah” being ascribed to a person who comes to call and send God’s people, care for them, admonish them, and do many things for them. On the one hand it is God Himself who loves and cares for […]

Being Pure in Heart under the Skylight to Receive Light from the Lord in this Age

September 19, 2015 by aGodMan Leave a Comment

In God’s economy and in God’s church there is only one window, one revelation, and one vision. We need to serve God according to the vision of the age, which comes through the ministry of the age. Witness Lee

God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from every sin (1 John 1:5, 7). How can we see God (who is light)? It is by […]

Only in God’s Light we see Light: We see what God Sees, the True Condition of Things

September 15, 2015 by aGodMan 2 Comments

The Bible as the word of God is a very special book – it is very different from any other book in the world. In the Bible we have the Word of God, and we can see the divine light. The Bible reveals God as light, and the word of God is a realm of […]

Fighting for Our Birthright and being One with Christ to Redeem Other’s Birthright

October 1, 2014 by aGodMan 1 Comment

All the believers in Christ have the birthright to enjoy God, express God, and represent God. However, not all believers enjoy and exercise their birthright. Rather, there are many Christians who do not know about their birthright; there are many believers who are defeated, who have lost their birthright, and who live in spiritual poverty. […]

Since God Loved us and Selected us, we should Cast Ourselves on Him and Trust Him!

September 8, 2014 by aGodMan 1 Comment

God’s selection depends on His sovereign mercy; as those who have been chosen by God, we should cast ourselves upon Him and trust that He will bring us to the point where we are pleasing to Him (quote from, Watchman Nee).

In the life of Jacob we see that he was chosen by God, dealt with by God, and broken by God so that he would enter into the reality of the dream he saw at Bethel in Gen. 28. First he saw the dream, and the dream of the house of God – God being […]

Seeing the Pattern of the Lord Jesus as a Man of Prayer in the Gospels

January 21, 2013 by aGodMan 11 Comments

Seeing the Pattern of the Lord Jesus as a Man of Prayer in the Gospels [in the picture: Matt. 6:46-47, Christ was a Man of Prayer]

For God to accomplish His will, He needs a people on the earth that would pray His will for Him to do it. God doesn’t need only “prayers once in a while, when we remember or when we are reminded by others” – God needs men of prayer. With Daniel as a man of prayer […]
