Our Christian Life is a Life of Receiving the All-inclusive Spirit through Faith

April 18, 2020 by aGodMan 1 Comment

This only I wish to learn from you, Did you receive the Spirit out of the works of law or out of the hearing of faith? Gal. 3:2

Today our Christian life as believers in Christ is a life of receiving the Spirit through faith; our spiritual blessing for eternity is to inherit the Spirit, the consummation of the processed Triune God as our inheritance. Praise the Lord! God promised Abraham two things: a seed (in whom all the nations will be blessed) […]

Our Believing into Christ is our Appreciation of Him as a Reaction to His Attraction

May 20, 2016 by aGodMan 2 Comments

Faith comes out of the hearing of the word; when we come to the living Word (Christ) in the written word (the Bible), He becomes the applied word (the Spirit) of faith to us. When man hears Christ, knows Him, appreciates Him, and treasures Him, He causes faith to be generated in man, becoming the faith in man that enables man to believe in Him. Witness Lee

Having heard the word of the truth, the gospel of our salvation, we believed into Christ and now are entrusted with the gospel to speak to others the living word of God for them to receive Christ as their Savior and life. The gospel we have been given has a solid, firm, and unshakable foundation: […]

God’s Covenant with Abraham: Receiving the Life-Giving Spirit as the God’s Blessing

October 8, 2015 by aGodMan 1 Comment

To receive the Spirit we need to have an ear to hear what the Spirit says to the churches (Rev. 2:7; cf. Heb. 5:11-14); the measure of the Spirit that can be dispensed into our inward parts depends on the measure of our hearing (Luke 10:38-42). Crystallization-Study of Exodus (2), msg. 6

Our God is a covenanting God, and we are His covenanted people. Even though man fell, God came in to preach the gospel and promised that the seed of the woman will destroy the serpent; this seed of the woman is Christ and also the man-child, the overcomers. This covenant God made with Adam was […]

God uses Satan to Glorify Himself and Carry out His Salvation for His Chosen People

March 6, 2015 by aGodMan 3 Comments

God used Pharaoh to glorify Himself and to carry out His salvation for His chosen people. Pharaoh’s opposition created an environment that made the passover, the exodus, and the crossing of the Red Sea possible. In the same principle, God uses Satan’s opposition for the accomplishing of His people’s salvation. (Exo. 14:4, footnote 1, Recovery Version)

God didn’t just want to deliver His people out of Egypt; His complete salvation included the passover, the exodus from Egypt, and the crossing of the Red Sea. After the people of Israel crossed the Red Sea, Pharaoh had no more ground to do anything, and the people of Israel were unto God, serving Him […]

Our Christian Life is a Life by Faith, a Life of Things Unseen and Hoped For

March 21, 2013 by aGodMan 2 Comments

Without faith we cannot realize God's economy, for God's economy is in faith (1 Tim. 1:4).

Today in the church age we are in the age of mystery, and the age of mystery is the age of faith. Everything related to God and to the spiritual things are matters of faith and can be substantiated by faith. If we don’t have faith, if we don’t believe, we don’t see or have […]
