Being a Christian Student on the Campus – every moment we can choose to love the Lord!

November 24, 2011 by Christian Student 1 Comment

How do we balance the Christian life and church life with our student life? I too, was wondering what’s the answer to this question. As students, I think, we all go “through this tunnel” and we all “cross this bridge”. Sometimes I struggle between trying to figure out whether I should go to the meetings, the Bible studies, etc. or whether I should stay home and study [continue reading online[

being a Christian student on the campus – the Lord gives grace when burdens increase

November 17, 2011 by Christian Student 1 Comment

Persecution from unbelievers, the height of worldly pursuits, and the center for liberal ideology make college campuses a very difficult place for young people who love the Lord. However, if we look to the Lord and continue to care for His purpose, all of these trying situations are taken care of. All young people have goals and aspirations for their futures, but if we are not one with Him, there never will be peace. If we are one with Him, He will supply us all our needs and we will be at peace no matter the circumstance.

Being a Christian student on the campus – balancing our studies and our Christian life

November 16, 2011 by Christian Student 5 Comments

Over the years, I’ve realized that if I just give the Lord the time and go to some meetings in a consistent way, He honors this and takes care of me. In reality, our education is for the Lord – and our whole life is for the Lord – and He knows we need to take care of these practical things. Yes, the Lord wants us to take care of them in a proper way, but our life with Him is more important than any outward schooling, habit, practice, station etc.

the reigning of Christ will be in righteousness and in justice, by which peace will be ushered in

November 2, 2011 by aGodMan 2 Comments

Today we as believers in the Lord need to learn to submit to the Lord’s throne – we need to set Him as the King in righteousness in our being. As Matt. 6:33 says, we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all the other things that we need will be added to us. The reality of the kingdom today is in the church life – here we learn to live out the righteousness expressed by keeping the new law of the kingdom. In other words, in the church life today we learn to live out Christ as our righteousness. When we live out Christ as our righteousness in the church life, we have peace!

This year’s Poland Conference was unveiling, revealing, exposing, nourishing, transforming, and perfecting. Even though – at first – I was jetlagged, extremely tired and unmotivated, the Lord managed to galvanise my spirit so that I could take in the words spoken by the brothers! This was my first Poland Conference and to top it off, […]

Every day as we read the Bible we discover more aspects of Christ – all the positive things in the universe point to Him as the reality. What we see and even what we are – and it is positive – is just a shadow; Christ is the reality. I never thought that the gospel […]
