The Spirit Himself Witnesses with Our Spirit that We are Children of God

Romans 8:16 is such a precious and rich verse in the Bible, showing us that the Spirit is with our spirit, witnessing with our spirit that we are children of God. First of all, this shows us that God went through a process to become “the Spirit”, and now God as Spirit is in and […]

We Worship the Enthroned Christ but we Enjoy the Indwelling Christ as our Everything

In Colossians we see a high revelation of Christ as our life and our everything. In his completing ministry, Paul shows us an all-inclusive Christ as the reality of all the positive things, and especially in Colossians we see that this Christ is our life. Somehow, the Christ who fills all in all, the one […]

The Real Significance of Prayer: Contacting God in Our Spirit to Absorb God!

What is the real significance of prayer? Is prayer the utterance of our need for help from God? Is prayer merely us praying to the Lord by opening our heart and telling Him everything? Is prayer a conversation with God? Is prayer a monologue in which you talk and you hope that God is listening? […]

we are joined to the Lord as one spirit, and now we live a life in our mingled spirit

Just as the branches in the vine absorb all the riches of the vine and bear fruit, so we as branches in Christ the vine absorb all the riches of Christ! We have been rooted and grounded in Christ, we are one spirit with the Lord, and we need to remain here in this organic union absorbing all the riches of Christ into our being. In this organic union, in this eternal kiss between God and man in our mingled spirit, we are made one with God and we are blended together in life organically to be one spirit! the focus of God’s economy is the mingled spirit, the Spirit mingled with our spirit

What God desires throughout the whole Bible is that He would be joined to man, and in the New Testament we see that this joining is possible by God becoming the life-giving Spirit coming into us to join Himself to our human spirit. The union of God and man is a matter entirely of the union of the two spirits. How does this union occur? This is a great mystery which we cannot explain or comprehend – but the divine Spirit (the processed and consummated Triune God) is joined to our human spirit to become the mingled spirit in us! Praise the Lord! [continue reading a sharing inspired from the morning revival today on, the focus of the Bible – the mingled spirit!]

being in the light and guarding ourselves from any lie, vanity, or idols trying to replace God!

Vanity of vanities, says the Preacher; vanity of vanities; all is vanity. “No matter how good, excellent, marvelous, and wonderful a thing may be, as long as it is of the old creation, it is part of the vanity of vanities under the sun” – only the new creation, God mingled with man and man walking in God as the light, is reality!

The mystery of godliness: the church is God manifested in the flesh, Christ living in us!

This is what really touched me and enlightened me this morning, “The great mystery of godliness is that God has become man so that man may become God in life and nature but not in the Godhead to produce a corporate God-man for the manifestation of God in the flesh (Rom. 8:3; 1:3-4; Eph. 4:24).” The way God is expressed in man is not by man doing his best to imitate or copy God but by God coming into man and bringing divinity into humanity. God has redeemed us, and now God imparts Himself into us to be our life within and our living without!
