Receive the Life Dispensing to Grow and be Soaked with God’s Holy Element to become Holy

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2 Cor. 13:14

The church as the dwelling place of God grows by life dispensing, the dispensing of the Divine Trinity, and all the building is becoming holy to be as holy as God is through our being soaked and saturated with God’s holy element to be a holy temple in the Lord. Hallelujah!

Ephesians 2 gives us a clear view of how the church comes into being and how the church is built up to be the holy temple in the Lord, the dwelling place of God.

Here we see that we were saved by grace, we were raised up together with Christ and seated together with Him in the heavenlies.

Though we were dead in sins and offenses, God not only had mercy on us but even more, raised us up, seated us with Christ, and made us one with Christ. This is wonderful.

Even more, we were made members of the Body of Christ to be part of God’s building, the holy temple in the Lord.

We were not saved so we go to heaven and enjoy life with God forever and ever. We were saved to be part of God’s building.

We may be satisfied with going to heaven, but God is not satisfied; He wants to gain a corporate expression on earth, a building for Himself, a dwelling place where He can express HImself and have a family.

May we not focus only on our interests, our benefits, and our needs but focus on God’s interests, God’s desires, and His need and benefit.

God saved us not merely for ourselves to gain this or that but for Him to gain a building. The building of God is the centre.

This building, the church as the Body of Christ, is so important that, when Christ was crucified, we were crucified with Him, and when He was raised and seated in the heavenlies, we were raised and seated in the heavenlies with Him.

We were ascended with Christ and seated with Him in the heavenlies for the building of god, the church. Hallelujah!

And the church is the temple of God, the building of God, that grows and is becoming holy, even consummating in the New Jerusalem as the holy city of God.

Today God is building Himself in Christ by the Spirit into us and He is building us into Himself so that He may gain a dwelling place, the church as the building of God and man.

In this corporate building of God and man, God can dwell and man can dwell, and God can be at home while man is at home in God. Praise the Lord!

We now have access to the Father in Christ through the Spirit, and we are daily under the dispensing of the Triune God so that we may grow and arrive at a full-grown man, at the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Praise the Lord!

In this article, we want to see how the church grows by God’s dispensing and how the building of God is becoming holy in the Lord.

Receive the Life Dispensing to Grow: the Church Grows by the Divine Dispensing of the Divine Trinity!

That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit into the inner man, that Christ may make His home in your hearts through faith, that you, being rooted and grounded in love. Eph. 3:16-17All the building of God is growing into a holy temple in the Lord (Eph. 2:21).

This is an organic building, a living building, a building that is composed of living beings and that grows.

The building of God is growing; it has been growing for many centuries and it is still growing today. We as the church are growing as a holy temple in the Lord.

Our growth is not in and of ourselves but in the Lord and of the Lord.

We need to grow in life by receiving the daily supply of grace, being daily under the divine dispensing, so that we may grow with the growth of God.

The fact that the temple is still growing indicates that, at least from our point of view, the building of God is still not complete; we still need to grow, the temple still needs to grow, and there’s a need for growth.

And this building is “all the building”, referring to the universal church, not the local church.

The universal church is growing, spreading, increasing, and being enlarged. How does the church grow? It is by the dispensing of life, the dispensing of the Divine Trinity.

The church grows by life dispensing; the church grows by the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity.

All the saints as the members of the Body of Christ are under the divine dispensing; as we enjoy the grace of the Lord, the fellowship of the Spirit, and the love of God, we grow, and all the building is growing.

The threefold God – God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit – is dispensing Himself into us as life and as our life supply.

We see this in many verses in the New Testament, especially in Eph. 3:16-17.

The Father is strengthening us with the riches of His glory through the Spirit so that Christ may make His home in our hearts, with the result that we are rooted and grounded in love, we apprehend with all the saints how vast and immeasurable Christ is, and we become the building of God.

The goal of God’s dispensing of life, of Himself, into us, is the church as the building of God.

But holding to truth in love, we may grow up into Him in all things, who is the Head, Christ, Out from whom all the Body, being joined together and being knit together through every joint of the rich supply and [through] the operation in the measure of each one part, causes the growth of the Body unto the building up of itself in love. Eph. 4:15-16 I planted, Apollos watered, but God caused the growth. So then neither is he who plants anything nor he who waters, but God who causes the growth. 1 Cor. 3:6-7We simply need to remain open to God’s dispensing. We need to live a daily life under the divine dispensing.

Simply by telling the Lord that we want to remain open to Him throughout the day, He has a way to dispense Himself into us.

As long as the processed and consummated Triune God is dispensing Himself into us as life, we are nourished and grow (Eph. 4:15-16).

As long as we remain open to the life dispensing of the Triune God, we will grow with the growth of God, for His life in us will grow.

And organically, spontaneously, and automatically, we will function as members of the Body of Christ, each having a certain portion and a certain measure for God’s building.

In the churches today we should care for the genuine growth through the dispensing of the divine life (1 Cor. 3:6-7; 2 Pet. 1:5-7).

We need to pursue growing in life by enjoying the life dispensing so that we may arrive unto maturity and grow with the saints into a holy temple in the Lord.

May we remain in this process of enjoying the life dispensing from the Triune God and may we grow together with the saints in the church as a holy temple in the Lord.

Lord Jesus, we open to Your divine dispensing today. Dispense Yourself into us a little more today. Cause us to grow in life. We come to You, Lord: give more of Yourself to us and give us the growth in life! Keep us under the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity so that we may grow in life and so that the building of God may grow. Oh Lord, we care for the genuine growth through the dispensing of the divine life. Keep us and keep all the saints open to Your dispensing today. Save us from our own effort, struggle, and striving; keep our being open to Your fine, continual, constant life dispensing so that we together may grow into a holy temple in the Lord!

All the Building is becoming Holy: Separated unto God and Soaked with God’s Holy Element

In whom all the building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord. Eph. 2:21

On one hand, the building of God is growing, and on the other hand, it is growing into a holy temple in the Lord (Eph. 2:21).

We are not just growing in life by receiving the life dispensing; we are also being sanctified to be a holy temple in the Lord.

How are we becoming holy? First, we become holy by being separated unto God positionally.

When we were saved, God operated in us to separate us from anything that is common and unholy.

However, many Christians today are saved but not separated; they are Christians, but not many people around them know or can tell that they are Christians, for they are not separated unto God.

Being sanctified is being separated unto God and also being saturated with God’s holy element.

And the God of peace Himself sanctify you wholly, and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thes. 5:23Positionally, sanctification is being separated unto God; dispositionally, sanctification is being saturated with God’s holy element.

We need both the positional separation unto God and the dispositional sanctification by our soaking up God.

It is relatively easy and quick to be separated unto God, but being saturated with God’s holy element takes a long time.

We need to daily come to the Lord in His word and partake of His holy nature through His promises to soak up God in our being.

Being sanctified dispositionally requires time. God wants not only to separate us unto Himself but also to work Himself into our being so that we may be as holy as He is holy.

Therefore, He uses all things, situations, matters, and people around us to make us willing to be sanctified.

Our wife or husband, our brothers and sisters, and even our workmates are used by the Lord to cause us to be more open to the working of His holy element into our being.

In the church life we are learning to open to the Lord and soak up His holy element into us, for there we are in the process of being sanctified.

The church life is a life of soaking up God. Whether we’re willing or unwilling, we’re being oaked with the divine element.

First, we’re separated unto God, and then we are being saturated with God’s holy element; eventually, we will become one with God.

God is working Himself with His holy life and nature into our being to the extent that our whole being, spirit, soul, and body, will be fully sanctified and preserved complete at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thes. 5:23).

Our spirit is holy because God as the holy One dwells there; our soul is being sanctified by the addition of the holy element of God into our being; our body will be redeemed when Christ returns to be made into the same image of His glorious body.

From within to without, we will be the same as He is – we will be holy. Now we’re in the process of becoming holy.

We are in the process of receiving God’s element, for God makes us holy by imparting Himself – the Holy One – into our being so that our whole being may be permeated and saturated with His holy nature (Eph. 1:4; 1 Thes. 5:23).

God has chosen us for the purpose of saturating us with Himself; He wants to work Himself into our being. Then we shall be holy, just as He is... I have been in this process more than fifty years, and I am still in it, still soaking up God day by day. Sometimes my wife or the brothers and sisters help me to soak Him up. They help me to be willing for this, even when in myself I am not willing. Thus, whether I am willing or unwilling, the Lord causes me to be saturated with Him and to soak Him up. Many of us who were in Christianity for years can testify that while we were there, we did not undergo very much of this saturation. But since we came into the church life, we have been more and more soaked with God. The church life is a life of soaking up God. Whether we are willing or unwilling, we are being soaked with the divine element. Life-study of Ephesians, p. 28, by Witness LeeGod is holy; this is one of His top attributes. When He works Himself into us, His holy nature becomes ours, and we become partakers of the divine nature, the holy nature of God.

As we daily partake of the divine nature by being in the Word of God with a prayerful attitude and keeping our being open to His sanctifying work, we will grow into a holy temple in the Lord.

But if we bring anything common, natural, or worldly into the church, God Himself will stand against us, for such things mar and damage the temple of God.

For us, God’s chosen ones, to be holy is to partake of God’s divine nature and have our whole being permeated with God Himself; this makes our being holy in God’s nature and character, just like God Himself (2 Pet. 1:4; Eph. 5:27; Col. 1:22).

May we be those who daily partake of the divine nature of our holy Father.

May we spend time with Him in His word, allow His word to speak to us and operate in us, and even speak the word of God to be sanctified both positionally and dispositionally.

And may we have an attitude of being open to the Lord with much prayer, asking Him to sanctify us, to keep our being open to Him, and to make us holy in God’s nature and character.

Our destiny is the New Jerusalem: we will become the holy city, being fully sanctified unto God and saturated with God’s holy element and nature.

May we cooperate with His sanctifying work today!

Lord Jesus, impart Yourself as the Holy One into our being so that our whole being may be permeated and saturated with Your holy nature. Sanctify us, Lord, by separating us unto Yourself and saturating us with Your holy element. We sanctify ourselves: we set ourselves apart for You, and we leave anything common and worldly to be with You and with Your saints. Amen, Lord, impart Your holy element into us. Keep us soaking up Your life and nature. Keep our being open to Your divine dispensing, the life dispensing, and the dispensing of Your holy element into us. May we be those who partake of God’s divine nature and have our whole being permeated with God! Amen, Lord, make our whole being holy in God’s nature and character until we become the holy city, New Jerusalem!

From today’s message I enjoyed the following:

  1. The need to be separated to God,
  2. The need to be taken over by God,
  3. The need to be possessed by God,
  4. The need to be Saturated with God and one with God through mingling.

All these processes are to fulfill the purpose of God so as to bring the new Jerusalem with its full growth.

Praise the Lord for this wonderful revelation.

Amen brother. The church life is a life of soaking up God.

The temple is not complete. It’s necessary for us to be separated to God, to be taken over by God; to be possessed by God, and to be saturated & one with God.

Eventually, we shall be just like Christ.

amen brother we have been sanctified positionally, now we need to be made holy dispositionally

we need to be taken over, possessed, saturated with God’s holy nature and be one with God, and the only way we can become saturated with God’s holy nature is by us being open to his dispensing, to his filling day by day,

whether we want to or not the Lord can use some tools for us to be filled with him so we may day by day be open to this dispensing so that we can become his holy temple

Through the threefold dispensing of the Triune God we have been sanctified positionally and are in the processs of being sanctified dispositionally so that the church as God’s building would grow into a holy temple where He dwells.

As saints we were chosen to be separated, soaked and saturated by God – to be made holy – to be the same as He is.

Such a process takes place in the church and among the ones whom God has placed us.

Even if we are unwilling He will work out our willingness to work more of Himself into to sanctify us spirit, soul and body for His building.

O Lord Jesus we want to be soaked and saturated by You today for the growth of the church as Your building! Amen! Lord Jesus grow in thrugh the Divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity!

Praise the Lord Brother. We thank the Lord that we were chosen in Him before the foundation of the world to be Holy and without blemish before Him in love.

May we be those Lord, who are separated unto you in our position outwardly but also separated unto you inwardly in our disposition.

You have chosen us for the purpose of saturating us with Yourself, we say Thank You today for working Yourself into our being but not only today but all the days of our life the issue being that eventually You gain your building, the New Jerusalem which is called the Holy city.

A city that not only belongs to God and is for God but a city possessed by God, saturated with God and is one with God.

Lord for this purpose we give you our spirit and soul and Body to be preserved complete without blame at Your coming back. Hallelujah we shall be Holy. Amen

We are made holy dispositionally as the Lord dispenses Himself into us and inhabits us.

We can not only choose holiness, but God makes us holier day by day if we fellowship with Him.

For us, God’s chosen one, to be holy is to partake of God’s divine nature and have our whole being permeated with God Himself; this makes our being holy in God’s nature and character, just like God Himself.

Thank you Father for making Yourself so available.
