Overcoming Believers will Reign with Christ and Enter the Lord’s joy in the Kingdom

...Well [done,] good and faithful slave. You were faithful over a few things; I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your master. Matt. 25:21

The overcoming believers will be rewarded in the coming kingdom with feasting with the Old Testament believers, inheriting eternal life to have a fuller enjoyment of the divine life, entering into the Lord’s joy and saving their soul, and will reign with Christ and rule over the nations.

May we aspire to be the Lord’s overcoming believers today, those who will be rewarded at His coming with the kingdom with its blessings and joys!

If we want to enjoy Christ as the kingdom reward and the crown of righteousness, one thing stands between us and this: what do we love most today, what do we love and seek first.

Are we lovers of money, lovers of pleasures, lovers of the self, or are we lovers of God?

May we be those who are not occupied with money or pleasures but those who are filled and occupied with God.

May we be those who live in the mingled spirit every day, those who overcome the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony and by not loving our soul-life even unto death (Rev. 12:11).

May this be our testimony, that we do not love our soul life today but rather, we love the Lord, we lose our soul-life for His sake, and we give Him the first place in all things in our daily life.

When we come to the Lord to enjoy Him, Christ will become our righteousness objectively before God, and He will also be lived out of us subjectively.

We want to gain Christ as our reward, as our Christ of righteousness.

The apostle Paul is our pattern; he fought the good fight, kept the faith, and finished his course, and he loved the Lord’s appearing to such an extent that he was assured that the crown of righteousness was his when he met the Lord. Amen!

May we be those who not only believe into the Lord but even more, love the Lord, run the Christian race, fight the good fight of the faith, and keep the faith; may we be those who love the Lord and love His appearing today.

When we believe into the Lord, we are satisfied, and our need is met; however, when we love the Lord and give ourselves to Him, the Lord is satisfied.

The crown of righteousness is for those who have loved the Lord’s appearing. May we be willing to pay the price to love the Lord so that we may receive His reward.

May we receive not only the objective righteousness that covers us before God but even more, take Christ as our subjective righteousness and live Christ day by day as our subjective righteousnesses.

May we be those who are absolute for the truth and live Christ day by day, having Christ lived out of us as our subjective righteousnesses so that, when the Lord returns, He would reward us as His overcoming believers with the crown of righteousness.

In the Kingdom of their Father, the Overcoming Believers will Feast with the Old Testament Overcomers and will have a Joyful Inheritance

But I say to you that many will come from the east and the west and will recline [at table] with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of the heavens. Matt. 8:11One of the rewards of the overcoming believers in the coming kingdom is that they will feast with the Old Testament overcomers.

In Matt. 8:11 the Lord Jesus spoke of this when He said that, on that day, many will come from the east and the west and will recline at the table with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of the heavens.

If we believers in Christ live in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens today, we will be rewarded by the Lord at His return with the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens.

The overcoming believers will be rewarded by the Lord at His return with partaking of the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens.

In this manifestation, the overcoming believers will feast in the kingdom of their Father together with the Old Testament believers.

There will be a great love feast in the coming kingdom, and the New Testament overcoming believers will sit with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the other Old Testament believers to feast together for one thousand years. Hallelujah!

We want to be the Lord’s overcoming believers today, those who live in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens in our daily life, so that we will be rewarded with the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens at the Lord’s return.

In the manifestation of the kingdom, the overcoming Gentile believers (and we hope that we’re part of this group) will feast with the Old Testament believers, including David, Isaiah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Jeremiah, and so many others. Amen!

Furthermore, the kingdom that comes, the heavenly kingdom, will be an inheritance to the overcoming believers (see 1 Cor. 6:9-10).

The fact that this will be our inheritance as overcoming believers implies enjoyment.

We will enjoy the kingdom of the heavens in its manifestation in the coming age, and this will be such an enjoyment for us!

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? ... 1 Cor. 6:9a Establishing the souls of the disciples, exhorting [them] to continue in the faith and [saying] that through many tribulations we must enter into the kingdom of God. Acts 14:22The manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens will be a reward to the overcoming saints as their enjoyment with the Lord.

Not all believers will be enjoying the inheritance of the kingdom; only those who overcome will partake of this.

So many in that day will say to the Lord, Lord, Lord, did we not cast out demons in Your name? Did we not do works of power in Your name?

And the Lord will have to reject such ones, for He did not approve their works (Matt. 7:21-23).

Wow, we could be doing great works in the Lord’s name, yet the Lord may not approve us.

May the Lord have mercy on us today and may we cooperate with the Lord in our daily living so that we may live Christ as our righteousness, not remaining only in the enjoyment of the objective righteousness but going on with the Lord to have Him lived out of us as our subjective righteousnesses.

Our heavenly Father has prepared a kingdom for us to enjoy, the heavenly kingdom of God; however, only the overcoming believers will partake of this kingdom and inherit it for their enjoyment.

May we be such ones today. May we be the overcoming believers whom the Lord will reward with the heavenly kingdom after His coming.

Lord Jesus, we want to be Your overcoming believers today so that You may rapture us at Your return! Amen, Lord, we want to live in the reality of the kingdom of the heavens today, living under Your rule and authority so that we may be rewarded with the kingdom at Your return. Hallelujah, the overcoming believers will feast in the kingdom of their Father together with the Old Testament overcomers! Amen, Lord, we want to be there with You and with the overcoming saints in the Old Testament, feasting with You for one thousand years! Praise the Lord, the heavenly kingdom will be a joyful inheritance to the overcomers in the coming age. Yes, Lord, make us Your overcomers today. We are not here for ourselves. We are not here for pleasures, for money, or for the self; we are here to love You and to live You out as our righteousness. May we be those who cooperate with You in this age so that we may be Your overcoming believers who will inherit the heavenly kingdom in the coming age!

In the Heavenly Kingdom, the Overcomers will Enter into the Lord’s Joy and will Gain their Soul

And He said to them, Truly I say to you that there is no one who has left house or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God, Who shall not by all means receive back many times as much in this time, and in the coming age, eternal life. Luke 18:29-30One of the rewards that the overcoming believers will receive in the coming kingdom is entering into the Lord’s joy and gaining their soul, that is, receiving the salvation of their soul.

Today the Lord requires of us to follow Him and deny the self, lose the soul life, and take up our cross daily (Matt. 19:23-24).

If we do this in this age, if we are faithful and diligent to lose our soul life in this age for the Lord’s sake, we will inherit eternal life and have a fuller enjoyment of the divine life in the coming age (vv. 28-29).

We will inherit eternal life in the coming age (Luke 18:29-30), and the eternal life will be our enjoyment in the millennium and our full enjoyment for eternity. Amen!

To inherit eternal life is to be rewarded in the coming age with the enjoyment of the divine life in the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens.

Today we are learning to live by the divine life, enjoy the riches of the divine life, and express the divine life.

However, it is in part, and it is quite mysterious.

But on that day, in the heavenly kingdom as a reward to the overcoming believers, the overcomers will inherit eternal life and will enjoy it in a fuller way. Amen!

Also, to participate in the coming kingdom is to gain our soul life. In the heavenly kingdom the overcomers will enter into the Lord’s joy and thus gain their soul, save their soul, and enjoy the salvation of their soul (Matt. 10:39; 16:25-26; 25:21, 23; Luke 9:24; Heb. 10:39; 1 Pet. 1:5, 9).

This age is not the age for us to have enjoyment in our soul.

The world seems to offer us a lot of entertainment, amusement, and joyful things for us to partake of, but these things do not offer real joy to our soul.

Our soul is so much attracted to the things in this world, to the activities that are around us, to the things we can do and be involved in, and to the feelings and politics around us.

There’s an aspect in the world for each and every one of us, and our soul loves a particular aspect of the present age.

But if we learn to lose our soul-life in this age for the Lord’s sake, we will gain it at His coming back.

If today we lose our soul life and deny our soul its enjoyment in the world, we will gain the real enjoyment in the soul when the Lord returns with His kingdom.

As we live the Christian life today, we will have problems, sorrows, and sufferings in our soul, and we are learning to lose our soul-life for the Lord’s sake.

If we are one with the Lord today to lose our soul-life in this age, if we deny the soul its soulish enjoyment in the world today for the Lord’s sake, we will obtain the real and fuller joy in our soul in the heavenly kingdom.

This doesn’t mean that we need to deny every soulish enjoyment today and live like monks, somewhere in the desert, away from the world and its temptation.

Rather, it means that, as we live in this world today, we deny the soul its enjoyment in the worldly things around us for the sake of the Lord.

We choose to spend time with the Lord in His word instead of enjoying an extra portion of sleep and lingering in our bed.

He who finds his soul-life shall lose it, and he who loses his soul-life for My sake shall find it. Matt. 10:39 For whoever wants to save his soul-life shall lose it; but whoever loses his soul-life for My sake shall find it. Matt. 16:25We choose to call on the name of the Lord when we have some spare time, instead of doom-scrolling on our phone.

We know that we get down a black hole when we open certain apps on our phones, so we contact the Lord and use our phones by calling on the name of the Lord.

We choose to go to church meetings even though we feel tired and know we have so much to do at home.

Though our soul wants to do this or that, enjoying things in this world, we exercise our spirit and lose our soul-life for the Lord’s sake in this age.

Actually, as we exercise our spirit and contact the Lord, we obtain real enjoyment in spirit, and our enjoyment in the soul will follow.

We all can testify how much sweeter the Lord is than anything else this world has to offer, and how much more precious He is when we lose our soulish enjoyment for His sake!

However, if we are defeated believers today and allow the soul to have its soulish enjoyment in this age, we shall be punished in the coming kingdom age; we will not enjoy the reward but we will be disciplined by the Lord.

The defeated believers will involve the soul, for there will be the gnashing of teeth as a sigh of suffering in the soul.

May we choose to enjoy the Lord today, exercising our spirit, and losing our soul-life for the Lord’s sake so that, when He returns, He will say to us, Well done, good and faithful slave; enter into the joy of your master.

May we be those who today are faithful over a few things, those learning to lose our soul-life in this age for the Lord’s sake so that, when the Lord returns, He will put us over many things and bring us into the joy of our Master, thus obtaining the salvation of our soul.

Lord Jesus, we love You. We want to live an overcoming life today. Make us Your overcoming believers in our lifetime. We choose to enjoy You today. We want to be those who deny the soul its soulish enjoyment in this age so that we may obtain the salvation of our soul in the next age. Amen, Lord Jesus, we love You and we do not love our soul life. We choose to enjoy You and, for Your sake, we want to lose our soul-life in this age. Oh Lord, save us from being defeated believers, those who live in their soul and allow the soul to have its enjoyment in this age. Keep us in our spirit. Make our spirit the strongest part of our being. We want to live in our spirit, be in our spirit, and do all things in our spirit. Amen, Lord Jesus, we want to live by You and according to Your standard so that, when You return, You may reward us with the kingdom! Amen, Lord, we want to be welcomed by You into Your joy in the coming age! We want to obtain the salvation of our soul and have full joy and enjoyment in our soul with You in the coming age!

In the Heavenly Kingdom, the Overcoming Believers will Reign with Christ and Rule over the Nations

And he who overcomes and he who keeps My works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations; And he will shepherd them with an iron rod, as vessels of pottery are broken in pieces, as I also have received from My Father. Rev. 2:26-27One of the most amazing rewards given to the overcoming believers is that, in the heavenly kingdom, they will reign with Christ and rule over the nations (Rev. 20:4; 2:26-27). Wow!

Today we may not rule and reign outwardly but rather, we learn to reign over the self, the flesh, the old man, and the environment, living one spirit with the Lord and constantly losing our soul-life for His sake.

If we do this, if we allow the Lord to rule and reign in us in this age, He will reward us with ruling with Him in the coming age. Amen!

The reward for the overcoming believers is not just to give them a crown but to cause them to reign with Christ.

The overcomers will sit on the throne with the Lord, and they will reign with Him. Hallelujah!

In this age, we may be persecuted and even martyred (spiritually, psychologically, or even physically), but in the coming age, we will rule and reign with the Lord.

If we endure to the end today, if we allow the Lord to reign and rule in us, we will also reign with Him.

May we endure today.

May we reign with Him in the coming age. May we be the overcoming believers today who will be rewarded by the Lord with ruling over the nations.

The Lord Himself will give the overcomers the authority over the nations.

In the coming age and for eternity there will be the nations on the earth, and these need rulers; the overcoming believers will be the rulers of the the nations.

The prize to the overcomers in the millennial kingdom will be to rule and reign with Christ over the nations.

May we answer the Lord’s call today and overcome degraded Christianity today.

May we endure to the end, being one spirit with the Lord, and let the rule and reign in us.

May grace reign in us unto eternal life, and may we keep the Lord’s word until the end in this age.

How much we need the Lord’s mercy today to be His overcomers in this age so that, when He returns, He will reward us with the blessings and joys in the millennial kingdom!

Psa. 2:9 says that God gave Christ authority to rule over the nations; in the coming kingdom, Christ will give the same authority to the overcoming believers (Rev. 2:26-27).

Like the apostle Paul, may our eyes be set on the coming reward and lose sight of everything else, for we want to gain the Christ of God and be fully one with Him.

Like the Lord Jesus who had the joy set before Him and endured the cross and despised the shame, may we also endure the cross, lose our soul life in this age, and let Him rule and reign in us so that we may be His overcoming believers in this age.

Lord Jesus, we want to keep Your word to the end so that we may be Your overcoming believers in this age today. Amen, Lord, may we overcome and keep Your works to the end so that You may give us authority over the nations. Hallelujah, the overcoming believers will reign with Christ and rule over the nations in the coming kingdom, the heavenly kingdom! Amen, Lord, we aspire to be Your overcoming believers today. We do not want to live in and for ourselves; we want to live in You, for You, with You, and unto You. May we endure to the end today so that we may also reign with You. May we keep Your works and hold forth Your word to the end. We want to be with You where You are. We want to join You in Your ruling and reigning over the earth. Amen, Lord, You have all authority in heaven and on earth. We submit ourselves to You. We want to be one with You today. Keep us in our spirit, living one spirit with You in all things today. Amen, Lord, gain us as Your overcoming believers today, those who will be rewarded by You with the crown of righteousness at Your return, those who will rule and reign with Christ over the nations!

In the coming kingdom the overcoming believers will reign with Christ. Revelation 20:4b says, “They lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years” [cf. v. 6b]…In 2 Timothy 2:12a Paul says, “If we endure, we will also reign with Him.” These verses indicate that in the coming manifestation of the kingdom the overcoming believers will reign with Christ as His co-kings. In the coming manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens, the overcoming believers will rule over the nations. In Revelation 2:26 and 27 the Lord Jesus says, “He who overcomes and he who keeps My works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations; and he will shepherd them with an iron rod, as vessels of pottery are broken in pieces, as I also have received from My Father.” This is a prize to the overcomers of reigning with Christ over the nations in the millennial kingdom. This promise of the Lord strongly implies that those who do not answer His call to overcome degraded Christianity will not participate in the reign of the millennial kingdom. In Psalm 2:9 God gave Christ authority to rule over the nations. In the coming kingdom Christ will give the same authority to the overcoming believers.

It is so encouraging to see the rewards of the overcomers in the coming kingdom!

In the kingdom of their Father the overcoming believers will feast with the Old Testament believers, they will inherit eternal life and have a fuller enjoyment of the divine life, they will enter into the Lord’s joy and thus gain their soul, and they will reign with Christ and rule over the nations.

Amen, Lord, make us Your overcoming believers. Make us Your overcomers today so that we may inherit the blessing and enjoyment in the coming age with You and the overcoming believers!

Amen, brother,

It is our expectation and hope that the Lord will save us into His heavenly kingdom as a joyful inheritance where we will feast with the Old Testament overcomers; where will inherit eternal life and thereby have a fuller enjoyment of the divine life; where we will enter into the Lord’s joy and thus gain their soul; and where we will reign with Christ and rule over the nations.

Oh our Master King Lord Jesus may we be watchful in life and faithful in our service.

May we have a part in the first resurrection.

OH LORD JESUS..🙏🙏🙏

Hallelujah!

We have such an incentive to live an overcoming life. How clear and how living is the vision of God’s New Testament economy in our being?

God gave Jesus authority to rule over the nations.

In the coming kingdom age, Jesus will give the same authority to the overcoming believers from both the Old and New Testament.

We need to pray Paul’s prayer for God to open the eyes of our heart so that we may see and believe in the vision of His economy to the extent that it will direct & constrain our soul-life and our very self.

May we keep the Lord’s works until the end of this present age so that we may enter into the full enjoyment of the coming millennial age.

Amen! Make us your overcoming people, Father.

07/20/24 Receiving the Kingdom Reward of Christ as the Crown of Righteousness (Week 5, Day 6)

“The Lord will Save Me (from the Outer Darkness) into His Heavenly Kingdom: Part (2.) In the Heavenly Kingdom, the Overcomers will Inherit Eternal Life and Thereby Have a Fuller Enjoyment of the Divine Life”

In the kingdom of the Father, the overcoming believers will feast with the Old Testament overcomers. This is the Lord’s promise in Matthew 8:11: “I say to you that many will come from the east and the west and will recline at table with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of the heavens.” It will be in the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens that the overcoming Gentile believers will feast with the Old Testament overcomers, including Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

In 1 Corinthians 6:10, Paul mentions about inheriting the Kingdom of God in a particular way. After we believed into the Lord Jesus, we have already entered into the Kingdom of God in a general way. But when Paul mentions about the inheriting of the kingdom, he actually was referring to the Heavenly Kingdom in a particular way. When Paul uses the word to inherit, he was actually implying enjoyment. Thus, to Inherit the kingdom implies to enjoy the Heavenly Kingdom.

The New Testament reveals to us concerning the three stages of our enjoyment:

1.) In today’s church age, we can have the full enjoyment of the spiritual things and promises of God realized in our spirit. We can only enjoy the reality of all spiritual things and God’s promises in our regenerated spirit, in which case, we need to deny the self, lose our soul-life, and forfeit our soul-life (Mat 10:39; 16:25-26; Mark 8:35-37).

2.) In the coming age, the age of the kingdom, the Millennial Kingdom or the Heavenly Kingdom, we shall have a fuller enjoyment of all the spiritual things. We then can enjoy the reality of all spiritual things, not only in our regenerated spirit, but also in our soul. During the church age, the approving age, since we have denied the self, lost our soul-life, and forfeited our soul-life, during the kingdom age, we shall gain back (save, recover) our soul-life, and thus shall be able to enjoy the spiritual things and promises of God also in our soul (Mat 10:39; 16:25-26; Mark 8:35-37).

3.) In the eternal age, in eternity future, we shall finally have the fullest enjoyment of all the spiritual matters and God’s promises.

When the overcoming believers participate in the coming kingdom, the Heavenly Kingdom, they will inherit eternal life and thereby have a fuller enjoyment of the divine life (Mat 19:29). To inherit eternal life is to be rewarded in the coming age (Luke 18:29-30) with a fuller enjoyment of the divine life in the manifestation of the kingdom of the heavens. In the church life today, we are enjoying the divine life, the eternal life, but this enjoyment is realized only in our regenerated spirit. In the manifestation of the Kingdom of the Heavens, the overcomers will enjoy the eternal life in a fuller way, not only in our regenerated spirit, but also in our recovered soul-life.

“Lord Jesus, by continually enjoying all the spiritual things and promises of God in our regenerated spirit by denying the self and losing our soul-life, cause us to inherit Your Heavenly Kingdom so that we have a fuller enjoyment of these spiritual things and promises of God in a fuller way. Amen.”

On God’s side, He is dispensing. On our side, we should be receiving. Thank the Lord that He has an economy with His heart’s desire to dispense Himself in His Divine Trinity as the Father in the Son by the Spirit into us to be our life and nature so that we may be the same as He is for His fullness, His expression.

Thank the Lord that within us we have a spirit to open, receive, and retain God’s dispensing. Such dispensing results in an organism, the Body of Christ, which is the church of God as the new man in God’s new creation consummating in the New Jerusalem.

Lord do carry out Your intention with Your heart’s desire to dispense Yourself into us. Do strengthen us into our inner man. May we exercise our spirit strongly to cooperate with You. We want to experience Your rich dispensing today. 🙏🙏🙏

Amen, Lord Jesus dispense Yourself into us a little more today for the church, the Body of Christ.

Brother, God is not dispensing Himself into lifeless vessels; but into living vessels, with our taste, choice, will, thinking, etc. Through our cooperation, God will dispense His element, life, and nature into us for His expression.

God by your grace, we will be the glorified tripartite people.

Lord, cause me to live in the reality of the kingdom, honoring Your rule and authority. Thank You Lord. I really love You. You are my first love and my best love.
