May we be the Lord’s overcomers in this age by finding grace in the sight of God daily and even moment by moment.
No matter how low man fell, there were always some who found grace in the eyes of the Lord to be His overcomers; though the flesh as the presence of Satan is with us, we also have grace as the presence of God with us, and by finding grace with God we can overcome. Hallelujah!
May we be those who continuously, day by day, moment by moment, receive the flow of the Spirit of grace in our spirit.
There is a continual dispensing going on: God is continually transmitting Himself into us from the throne of grace, and on our side, we want to continually receive the grace of God in our spirit.
The apostle Paul was a pattern to us in this matter; even when he was in prison, he still received the bountiful supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ continually, and this supply caused him to more than overcome.
Therefore, he testified that for him to live was Christ, and he magnified Christ in his living.
No matter where we are and what our situation is, even when we’re in suffering and persecutions, we need to turn to the Lord, contact Him, and simply come before Him to receive mercy and find grace.
He is indeed our bountiful supply; all that we need, He is, and all that we need, He bountifully supplies.
God desires that we as men created in His image and according to His likeness would continually receive and enjoy God as grace so that we become part of His corporate expression manifesting His wisdom and displaying the unsearchable riches of His grace to the entire universe.
He will gain this: He will gain the New Jerusalem as a corporate manifestation of all the riches of God’s grace and mercy.
Today we have the privilege to enjoy God and receive His divine dispensing to become part of His masterpiece.
If we look at ourselves and see our failures, sins, shortcomings, defects, and weaknesses, we may not think that we’re part of God’s masterpiece, but when we look at the Lord and find grace in His eyes, we forget about ourselves and just enjoy Him for the fulfilment of His purpose.
We shouldn’t shake our head and say that’s impossible for us to become part of God’s masterpiece, His poem; rather, we need to turn to the Lord in spirit and come to the throne of grace so that right now we would experience Him as the grace that we need.
We need grace; we need much grace, and grace is with our spirit. As soon as we turn to Him, we enjoy and experience Him.
The situation around us may not change much, and the suffering may still be there, but grace as the very presence of God is with us, and He in us can bear it, make it, work it, and live the Christian life.
On one hand, we are in the body suffering and being under trials; on the other hand, the bountiful supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ as the Spirit of grace is with us to meet our needs and do everything in us and for us.
Wow, what a wonderful Christian life we have!
Finding Grace in the Sight of God to be His Overcomers in this Age Today
When Satan heard that God was going to destroy man from the face of the earth in Gen. 6 because man became flesh, he must have been quite glad, for he wants man to be destroyed.
But praise the Lord, in the midst of that evil and perverse generation, there was one man who found favour (grace) in the sight of Jehovah; Noah found grace in the eyes of God, and he became an overcomer.
Whenever someone finds grace in the sight of God, no matter how degraded and corrupted the situation is, he becomes an overcomer, and God has a way to change the age.
God is never defeated; it may seem that, outwardly, there is no one on His side, and no one is for the fulfilment of His purpose, but He has His people through whom He can do things, change the age, and bring in the next age.
In the midst of apparent defeat in the days of Noah, there was one who found grace in the eyes of the Lord.
Similarly, if we read history along with the Bible, we will see that, in every generation, when Satan has done his best to damage man and the situation among men to the uttermost, there has always been one man or a few people who found grace in the eyes of God.
These ones became those who turned the age.
They may have been some hidden ones, some whom the world did not appreciate or exalt, but they found grace in the sight of God and became His overcomers in that age.
Especially today in these last days, as we live at the consummation of this age and we sense the Lord’s desire to end this age, we need to be those who find grace in the sight of God; we need to come to the throne of grace and enjoy grace with our spirit to be His overcomers in this age today.
Though the situation around us is degraded to the uttermost, though the word is corrupted and full of immorality, evil, and perverseness, we can come to the Lord to find grace in His sight and be His overcomers today.
In Daniel’s time, for example, the children of Israel were taken into captivity and it seemed that everything was lost; however, Dan. 1:8 starts by saying, But Daniel (Dan. 1:8, 9; 9:23; 10:11, 19).
Hallelujah, there was a, But Noah…and now there is a, But Daniel! In this age today may there be a, But I found grace in the sight of God!
God desires to gain His church, the Body of Christ, so that He may obtain the bride for whom He would return, but the church has fallen lower and lower until it has deviated from God’s proper goal.
Satan did his best and is still doing so much to damage the situation, corrupt society, and cause the degradation of the church, but God is still looking for those who are willing to come to Him and find grace in the sight of God.
Hallelujah, among all the defeats, God today has raised us up and He has raised up the local churches to change the age!
He has recovered us to His original intention and has brought us on the genuine ground of oneness to do one thing: build up the church as the Body of Christ to be the bride of Christ for Him to return and rapture.
We are here not for ourselves; we have been shown mercy by the Lord and we are finding grace in His sight to be the overcomers who turn this age and bring in the age of the kingdom.
Lord Jesus, grant us the mercy to be the overcomers of today who come to the throne of grace day by day and cooperate with You to end this age! Amen, Lord, we set our eyes on You and Your purpose; we come to You as we are, and we touch the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace. May we be those who find grace in the sight of God and who live by grace so that You may gain Your overcomers. Hallelujah, though Satan does his best to damage man and delay the fulfillment of God’s purpose, we can be those who find grace in the sight of God to be His overcomers who end this age and bring in the age of the kingdom! Praise You, Lord, for bringing us into the church life in the local churches, standing on the ground of oneness, to build up the church as the organic Body of Christ to be the bride of Christ for Him to return!
Being the Overcomers by Enjoying Grace as God’s Presence to Face the Flesh as Satan’s Presence in us
God is working throughout the ages to obtain a masterpiece, a poem, a corporate entity that expresses Him with His life, manifests His glory, and represents Him with His authority.
However, Satan is also working to obtain his masterpiece, which is the flesh; our flesh, the totality of our fallen human being, is the masterpiece of Satan.
The flesh is the meeting hall of Satan, sin, and death; these three continually meet and dwell together in the “hall” of our flesh, and their meeting is never dismissed.
As we see the purpose of God and His heart’s desire, an aspiration rises in us to be His overcomers today, those who find grace in the sight of God and end this age.
But we realize that the flesh is here, and the flesh is stronger than we are, for Satan is in our flesh.
Therefore, we are forced again and again to turn to our spirit, where grace is.
Grace is God Himself enjoyed by us and helping us to face the situation of the flesh; when we turn to our spirit and come to the throne of grace, we find grace in the sight of God, and grace meets our every need.
The Lord is faithful to bring in situations, people, things, and matters that expose us and show us how much we still live and rely on the flesh.
This forces us to turn to the Lord, for our only hope is His grace in our spirit.
Grace is God Himself, the very presence of God, which we enjoy to become everything to us and to do everything in us, through us, and for us (John 1:14, 16-17; Rev. 22:21).
In a sense, though the flesh is such a negative thing that overpowers us, we need the flesh, for the flesh is the very factor that compels us to come to the throne of grace.
We can’t deal with the flesh by ourselves, for Satan in our flesh is much stronger than we are.
All we can do is run to our spirit and come to the throne of grace.
Although there’s nothing we can do, there’s a place we can go: we can come to the throne of grace in spirit!
The flesh is the very presence of the devil in us, and grace is the very presence of God in our spirit.
For us to face the presence of Satan in our flesh, we need the presence of God in our spirit.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ as the bountiful supply of the Triune God is enjoyed by us through the exercise of our human spirit (Heb. 10:29; Gal. 6:18; Phil. 4:23; Philem. 1:25; 2 Tim. 4:22).
The only way for us to overcome the flesh and be the Lord’s overcomers in this age is to come to the throne of grace and enjoy God as grace.
God is greater than Satan, and Satan is greater than us; when we come to God by coming to the throne of grace, we enjoy the very presence of God with our spirit, and this makes us more than overcomers.
How much we need the Lord as grace! We need His presence with us all the time, for in ourselves we succumb to the flesh, but when He as trace is with us and we enjoy Him, the flesh is overcome.
We should forget about trying to deal with Satan and defeat our flesh and simply come to the throne of grace in our spirit to receive mercy and find grace so that we may be the Lord’s overcomers in this age.
God is wise; in His wisdom, He allows the flesh to be with us, for if He were to take it, not many of us would be desperate to seek His grace.
But because the flesh is here with us, we are desperately seeking His grace by coming to the throne of grace so that His grace would be sufficient for us and His grace would abound to us.
May we not lose heart when we see the flesh being exposed by the Lord again and again; may we simply turn to our spirit and enjoy grace with our spirit so that we may grow in life unto maturity and be the Lord’s overcomers in this age.
Lord Jesus, we aspire to be Your overcomers, those who come forward to the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace to overcome the flesh and live Christ for the fulfillment of His purpose! Amen, Lord, we come to You again and again. Thank You for exposing what we are in the flesh; we do not want to live in the flesh but in the spirit, where grace is. We need Your grace! We need Your presence. Be everything to us, Lord, and do everything in us, through us, and for us. Make us those who enjoy the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ as the bountiful supply of the Triune God through the exercise of our human spirit! Amen, Lord, keep us enjoying Your grace with our spirit until we are fully one with You to be Your overcomers in this age!

– Noah’s life was one that surely changed the age, / When he found the grace of God; / He was not afraid to stand against the world, / So he built the ark of wood. / Would you choose to be a living overcomer, / Be a person not ashamed to be a Jesus lover, / One who eats the tree of life, / And drinks the living water? / Would you choose to be a living overcomer, / To leave the world and consecrate / To be today’s age-turner? / I give myself to You for Your return. Halleluiah for our “friend” the flesh brother! The flesh is the very thing that compels us to come to the throne of grace. We need the presence of God — but we also need the presence of the flesh. Adam & Eve didn’t have to contend with the flesh. Consequently, they were blind to their need for God to stand with them in order to defeat Satan. In the midst of all the crookedness around us, God is raising up the local churches to change the age. One day, we will reach a turning point when the man-child will be fully formed and Satan will be crushed to dust. In the meantime, we must in faith keep turning to the grace in our spirit where we can find the timely help that need to overcome the enemy. It will not be great & spectacular miracles that finally vanquish the enemy. It will be the many small victories that the saints experience day-in-day-out that will crush & eradicate the flesh, and break the yoke of Satan
Amen Lord for grace to be and do everything for us! May we be kept enjoying You as grace, to help us to face the situation of the flesh and reach maturity in the divine life to express sonship! We want to depend on grace only! Help us O God!
Hallelujah for But Noah Hallelujah for But Daniel Hallelujah for But the local churches Praise the Lord we are part of the Corporate But, that the Lord is using to turn the age. In all things we give thanks to the Lord. Even though our flesh is the meeting hall of Satan, sin and death, what an ugly and corrupted meeting hall we have in our flesh, God has allowed this. Even though there is nothing we can do, there is somewhere we can go Hallelujah we can go to, approach the throne of Grace and say to the Lord “
Amen! Yes Lord, we depend on Your grace! Lord Jesus be everything to us today !
As Satan is present with us in our flesh so God Himself is present with us as grace. It is through grace that we can stand against our flesh. Without the flesh we may not receive or enjoy much grace but our flesh serves to compel us to come to the throne of grace so that we may find grace for timely help. Hallelujah!
Hallelujah! We depend on His grace!
Grace is God Himself enjoyed by us and helping us to face the situation of the flesh … If it were not for the flesh, probably God would not have to give us so much grace… According to Hebrews 4:16, we may find grace to meet our timely need. What element causes us to need grace? It is mainly the flesh … As I passed through all the human experiences, I came to realize how much we are in the flesh. Although I do not like to be in the flesh , the flesh is here. Once I got mad at the Lord and said to Him, “Lord, why don’t You take away my flesh?” Eventually He showed me that, in a sense, I needed the flesh, for the flesh is the very factor that compels me to come to the throne of grace. I cannot do anything with this flesh. All I can do is go to the throne of grace. Although there is nothing that we can do, yet there is somewhere that we can go—the throne of grace.
