Praise the Lord, we are in the process of being glorified until the Lord is transfigured in us and His divinity saturates our humanity at the time of His coming in His kingdom! Hallelujah!
At the time of the manifestation of the kingdom, our humanity will be glorified by the glorious divinity within us, for when the Lord comes back, He will not only come from the heavens but also from within us, and we will be transfigured to shine forth His glory. Hallelujah!
This week we have been enjoying many nuggets regarding Christ and the kingdom of God in the Gospel of Mark, focusing mainly on the matter of the kingdom as the subduing of rebellion and as the transfiguration of the Lord Jesus.
When God created man, He created him in His image and according to His likeness, and He wanted man to express Him in His image and represent Him with His dominion. Amen!
On the positive side, man is to express God in His image. On the negative side, man is to subdue the enemy so that he may bring in the kingdom of God on the earth.
The kingdom of God is the power to subdue rebellion.
Where the kingdom of God is, Satan is cast out.
When the Lord Jesus came to the earth, He came to establish the kingdom of God for the fulfilment of God’s eternal purpose.
He came to establish a realm in which God can carry out His purpose through the exercise of His authority.
Therefore, He preached the gospel of the kingdom, announcing the kingdom of God and telling people to repent for the kingdom.
When we believe into the Lord Jesus as we hear the gospel, we repent so that we as rebellious sinners may be saved, qualified, and equipped to enter into the kingdom of God. Amen!
In many cases in the gospel of Mark, we see that the enemy rebelled, and the Lord subdued him.
After the Lord spoke concerning the kingdom of God, He and the disciples were crossing the sea in a boat, and the enemy rebelled by bringing about a storm in order to stop the Lord from going on the other side, for he knew that the Lord will cast out demons there.
But the Lord rebuked the wind and told the sea to be silent, and the enemy was subdued. This is on the negative side.
On the positive side, the kingdom of God is the transfiguration of the Lord Jesus.
He took three of His most intimate disciples and was transfigured before them on the mountain – this is the coming of the kingdom.
The coming of the kingdom of God is the transfiguration of the Lord Jesus.
When the Lord is transfigured within us, when we are conformed to His image and He shines through us, that is the coming of the kingdom of God.
For the transfiguration of the Lord Jesus, we need to be willing to lose our soul life today for the Lord’s sake.
When we’re willing to lay down our soul life for the Lord’s sake and for the sake of the gospel, we will have a genuine revival, for the Lord will be manifested through us and the church will have a revival. Amen!
Christ’s Transfiguration is His Coming in His Kingdom – Our Glorification is the Coming of the Kingdom!
In both Mark 9 and Matt. 16-17 we see that the Lord was transfigured before His disciples, and this transfiguration was His coming in His kingdom.
He told His disciples that some among them will not die before seeing the Son of Man coming in His kingdom, and then He was transfigured before them.
We need to realize that Christ’s transfiguration was His coming in His kingdom.
When Christ was transfigured before His disciples, He was glorified before them.
What does it mean for Him to be glorified?
When Christ became a man, the glorious God was embodied in the flesh, and His divinity was incarnated in His humanity.
We don’t understand how this happened or how could this be, but somehow the unlimited, glorious, infinite God became a limited, lowly, finite man. He was a wonderful person, possessing both divinity and humanity.
However, His divinity was concealed within the shell of His humanity.
When others saw Him, they saw a man; however, within this man there was the very God. God was hidden in man, and He was concealed and contained in this man.
When others saw Him, they saw a man, but when He spoke and lived, others saw God manifested in Him.
Glory is God manifested, God expressed.
The Lord Jesus expressed God, but in a limited way, for He was limited by the flesh as the shell containing His divinity.
Others saw Him performing miracles and realized that He was someone extraordinary, but prior to His transfiguration, no one had ever seen the glory concealed within Him.
But one day, the Lord took Peter, James, and John on the mountain privately, and there He was transfigured before them.
His face was shining and the glory of God was expressed through Him. In an instant, the shell of His humanity was cracked open and others could see His divinity shining through His humanity. Wow!
Christ’s transfiguration means that His humanity was saturated and permeated with His divinity.
This was His glorification, which is equal to His coming in His kingdom.
We need to see that Christ’s transfiguration was His coming in His kingdom. In an instant, the Lord “unzipped” Himself and allowed the glory of His divinity to shine through His humanity.
He eventually was glorified fully through His death and resurrection, but on the mountain of transfiguration, He was instantly glorified for but a moment.
Before that time God was in Him, but His humanity was not in God’s glory.
When He was transfigured, the Lord’s humanity was thoroughly saturated with His glorious divinity. How wonderful!
John testified of this in John 1:14 when he said that the disciples beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten of the Father.
Furthermore, Peter also testified of this in 2 Pet. 1:16-18 saying that he was an eyewitness of the Lord’s majesty, for he testified the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Father testified that He is His beloved Son in whom He delights.
The Lord’s transfiguration impressed both Peter and John to such an extent that they testified of this even many years later.
The Lord’s transfiguration on the mountain was His coming in His kingdom.
Today we can participate in this, for Christ is being transfigured in us for the coming of the kingdom of God in us. Praise the Lord!
Lord Jesus, we praise You for being transfigured for Your coming in Your kingdom! Thank You for becoming a man and being willing to be limited and confined in the shell of humanity. Amen, Lord, thank You for becoming like us, in the likeness of the flesh of sin and concerning sin, yet without sin. Hallelujah, one day the Lord Jesus was transfigured on the mountain of transfiguration and that was His coming in His kingdom! Amen, Lord, be transfigured in us today! Grow in us unto maturity until You are transfigured in us to be expressed and manifested through us! Keep us in the process of being transfigured so that we may be glorified at Your coming when You return with Your kingdom! Amen, Lord, may we see that the coming of tthe kingdom of God is the Lord’s glorification, His transfiguration! Yes, Lord, saturate our humanity with Your divinity! Fill us, saturate us, and permeate us with all that You are until You are fully expressed through us!
We’re in the Process of being Glorified until His Divinity Saturates our Humanity for the Lord to be Transfigured in us at His Coming in His Kingdom
We may read the record in Matt. 16:28-17:2, Luke 9:27-35, and Mark 9:2-9 and may think that this is an amazing experience that the Lord had and Peter, James, and John witnessed, but it may have nothing to do with us.
However, we need to realize that we believers in Christ are in the process of being glorified today until the Lord is transfigured in us at His coming in His kingdom.
Even as the Lord was in this world so are we today.
He was a God-man, a man having God concealed in Him and being expressed through Him in a limited way, and we are God-men, having God concealed in us and being expressed through us.
We have the divine life and the divine nature within us, and Christ in us is the hope of glory (Col. 1:27).
On one hand, we are men living a normal life on earth; on the other hand, we have God in us.
On one hand, we have our natural humanity, and no matter how spiritual we may be, our humanity is still natural. But on the other hand, we’re in the process of being transformed.
As we set our mind on the things which are above, where Christ is, and we set our mind on our spirit, the Lord has a way of spreading in our being and saturate our mind, emotion, and will.
We are in the process of being glorified, for the Lord from our spirit spreads into every part of our inner being until He is transfigured in us at His coming in His kingdom.
Our humanity is not yet fully saturated with the Lord’s glory, but we’re in the process.
Our colleagues at work see a normal human being working with them, but at times we live Christ, and they are wondering about us, for there’s someone else being expressed through us.
We are a mystery to those around us who see us as both normal human beings as they are, but at the same time, the Lord is expressed through us.
Little by little and day by day, the Lord spreads in us, saturates us, and permeates us with all that He is.
We are in the process of being glorified little by little, day by day, until His divinity saturates our humanity for the Lord to be transfigured in us at His coming in His kingdom.
This doesn’t mean that we human beings “evolve into God” or that we become God in His Godhead; we are not speaking of us becoming an object of worship but rather, that we are becoming the same as He is.
Gen. 1:26 tells us we’re created in God’s image, and Rom. 8:30 further tells us that the Lord who predestinated us also called us, justified us and glorified us!
Wow, the Lord is glorifying us by saturating us inwardly with all that He is!
To be glorified is to be saturated with God’s glory.
We are transfigured not from without but from within.
Matt. 13:43 says that the righteous will shine forth like the sun in the kingdom of their Father.
Hallelujah, today we enjoy the Lord’s shining inwardly and we express Him to a certain extent, but one day we will shine even like Him!
At the time of the manifestation of the kingdom, our humanity will be glorified by the glorious divinity within us. Hallelujah!
When the Lord Jesus returns with His kingdom, if we remain in the process of being glorified, He will not just come from heaven but even more, He will come out of us! Amen!
When He fully lives Himself out of us, that will be the time of His coming (Matt. 16:27; 2 Thes. 1:10; Col. 1:27; 3:4). Praise the Lord!
This is what the Bible says, and this is what we believe! We believe that day by day the Lord is saturating our humanity with His divinity, and one day He will come both from the heavens and from within us to transfigure Himself in us at His coming in His kingdom! Hallelujah!
2 Thes. 1:10 says that when the Lord comes to be glorified in His saints, He will be marvelled at in all those who have believed.
The unbelievers around us will be shocked by our glorification, for they will see us not just as men but as God-men expressing God to the uttermost!
Our humanity will be saturated with the Lord’s divinity, and we will become a glorious people.
We will not just be spiritual, holy, pure, and clean; we will be glorious! Amen!
At the time of the full manifestation of the kingdom, we will fully enter into glory (Rom. 8:18, 21; Heb. 2:10; Phil. 3:21).
Amen, we want to be such ones, the overcomers who will fully enter into the Lord’s glory!
In the millennium the overcoming believers will be with Christ in the bright glory of the kingdom, whereas the defeated Christians will suffer discipline in the outer darkness (Matt. 13:43; 8:12).
May we all be in the light now, inwardly, allowing the Lord to rule in us and deal with any rebellion in our being, so that His kingdom would grow in us.
May we be those who cooperate with the Lord today so that, when He returns, He will come back from the heavens and from within us, being transfigured in us at His coming in His kingdom!
Lord Jesus, we want to cooperate with You today to the uttermost so that, when You come back with Your kingdom, we may enter into Your glory! Amen, Lord, saturate us more with Yourself. May Your divinity saturate our humanity. Spread in our being. We open to You. We want to live one spirit with You today so that You may be manifested in us. Live in us. Live Yourself fully in us. We just open to Your working within us. Saturate and permeate us with Yourself. Thank You for predestinating us, calling us, justifying us, and glorifying us! Hallelujah, we’re in the process of being glorified by the Lord until His divinity saturates our humanity for the Lord to be transfigured in us at His coming in His kingdom! Amen, Lord, may You be glorified in Your saints when you return! Make us Your overcoming saints, those who enter into Your glory at your coming! We want to be with You at your coming, entering into the bright glory of Your kingdom! Amen, Lord, do this in us and do this in all the saints!

The Lord today is working in us to saturate our humanity with His divinity so that He may transfigure us at the time of His coming with His kingdom.
In one sense, He will come from heavens and in another He will come from within us, glorifying us. Hallelujah. We are in the process of being glorified, transfigured!
Aaaaameeen! Christ’s transfiguration is His coming in His kingdom.
His coming was His transfiguration and His transfiguration was His glorification.
His glory was concealed within His humanity, but when He was transfigured before the disciples His humanity was saturated and permeated with His divinity!
We have the divine life and nature within us, but our natural humanity is still with us, still in the process of transfiguration and glorification by the growth of life within us.
Ameeen.
Amen, brother, our humanity needs to be saturated with God’s glorious divinity.
Amen, may we exercise our spirit today to be willing to lose our soulish enjoyments for the Lord to spread and grow in us. Keep us in our spirit Lord Jesus
Glory is God manifested & expressed. Christ’s coming in His kingdom is linked with His transfiguration.
One day, we too will have our humanity soaked with divinity.
At the present time, our divinity is hidden within our natural humanity.
Oh, how we long for the day when we will be transfigured from within.
We are waiting to become a glorious people. This is our hope/assurance.
Praise the Lord!🙌🙋🏼

Dear brother, in one sense the Lord will come from heaven but in another sense He will come out of us!
When Christ our life – who in God is presently hidden in us – is manifested – then we also will be manifested with Him in glory!
If we are saturated and permeated with Him in this age in our humanity, then we, as a glorified people at His coming, will receive the reward of the Kingdom as overcoming believers!
Having been predestinated, called and justified may we be those glorified with Christ as the hope of glory!
