As the Corporate Seed of Abraham, we must Walk in the Steps of that Faith as our father

Know then that they who are of faith, these are sons of Abraham. Gal. 3:7

Christ is the seed of Abraham, the son of Abraham, and because we’re in Christ and Christ is in us, we believers in Christ are the corporate seed of Abraham enjoying the all-inclusive Christ as the life-giving Spirit as our portion and walking in the steps of our father Abraham! Amen!

This week we come to the last week on the HWMR on, God’s Economy in Faith, and the title for this week is, Walking in the Steps of that Faith of Our Father Abraham. Amen!

It is easy to read and mentally understand that God’s economy is in faith, but this includes and implies so much that it demands our prayerful consideration.

If we are not in the sphere, the element of faith, if we don’t live by faith or walk by faith, we can’t really have the reality of God’s economy, which is in faith.

We want to be those who have the reality of God’s economy in our living for the building up of the Body and the preparation of the bride of Christ to bring Him back.

We want to see what it means for us to walk in the steps of that faith of our Father Abraham.

First, we want to see a vision of what it means for Christ to be the seed of Abraham and how we as believers in Christ are the corporate seed of Abraham.

It needs to become the truth in our being, the vision that Abraham is our father and we are his spiritual descendants.

The divine light has to shine on us and cause the facts in the Bible to become real to us, even to be a vision in our being, so that a vision of these divine facts would be televised into our being.

May we look to the Lord that He would enlighten the eyes of our heart to see and bring us into the experience of being the spiritual descendants of Abraham and walking the same steps of that faith as our spiritual father Abraham.

Christ in Resurrection became the Transfigured Seed of Abraham to be the Spirit Dispensing Himself into us as the Blessing of Abraham

But to Abraham were the promises spoken and to his seed. He does not say, And to the seeds, as concerning many, but as concerning one: "And to your seed," who is Christ. Gal. 3:16

Christ is the Triune God-man (Col. 2:9) to be the seed of Abraham, the son or descendant of Abraham (Gen. 12:7; Matt. 1:1; Gal. 3:16).

As believers in Christ, we are in Christ and Christ is in us, and we are one with Christ and even of Christ to be the corporate seed of Abraham, the descendants of Abraham.

On one hand, Christ is the seed of Abraham as Gal. 3:16 says, for it clearly says that the seed is only one, Christ.

But on the other hand, because of being joined to Christ and even being in Christ, the believers in Christ become the corporate seed of Abraham.

...the last Adam [became] a life-giving Spirit. 1 Cor. 15:45b And the Lord is the Spirit... 2 Cor. 3:17 In order that the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Gal. 3:14In resurrection, Christ as the last Adam in the flesh became the life-giving Spirit; He was transfigured, pneumatized, to become the spirit of life to dispense Himself into us (1 Cor. 15:45; Rom. 8:2) for the building up of the church as the Body of Christ.

The resurrected Christ as the life-giving Spirit is the transfigured seed of Abraham; He is the transfigured descendant, son of Abraham, and He dispenses Himself as the Spirit into us to make us the sons of Abraham, the corporate seed of Abraham.

Now we as believers in Christ are those who can receive and inherit the consummated Spirit as the blessing of Abraham (Gal. 3:6-7, 14, 16, 29).

This is amazing! The Triune God has now become our all by being processed and consummated to become the all-inclusive, life-giving Spirit, the transfigured descendent of Abraham!

The Spirit is the Son’s transfiguration coming to us to be our life, the full supply.

Amen, amazing fact, our spirit with the Spirit mingles and in oneness joins thereby.

The life-giving Spirit as the transfigured seed of Abraham, is dispensing Himself into us to make us sons of Abraham, the corporate seed of Abraham.

Now we are those who can receive and inherit the consummated Spirit as the blessing of Abraham.

This is wonderfully mysterious and so real to us in our experience, for Christ as the life-giving Spirit has come into us to make us the sons of Abraham according to the Spirit.

We are the heavenly sons of Abraham according to faith, and we have the right to receive and inherit the blessing of Abraham.

And together we constitute the corporate seed of Abraham, the unique seed of Abraham, who inherits the good land as the promised blessing.

The physical aspect of the blessing that God promised to Abraham was the good land (Gen. 12:7; 13:15; 17:8), which is a type of the all-inclusive Christ as the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit. Amen!

Christ as the life-giving Spirit is the blessing of Abraham (Gal. 3:14), the reality of both the seed of Abraham and the good land promised to Abraham.

Christ as the life-giving Spirit is the blessing of Abraham (Gal. 3:14), the reality of both the seed of Abraham and the good land promised to Abraham; our blessing today is God Himself, who is embodied in Christ and realized as the Spirit to be dispensed into us for our enjoyment. In the gospel we have received the greatest blessing, which is the Triune God - the Father, Son, and Spirit - as the processed, all-inclusive, life-giving Spirit dwelling in us in a most subjective way for our enjoyment; oh, what a blessing that we can enjoy such an all-inclusive One as our daily portion! 2022 spring ITERO, outline 8Our blessing today as believers in Christ and sons of Abraham, the corporate seed of Abraham, is God Himself, who is embodied in Christ and realized as the Spirit to be dispensed into us for our enjoyment.

As the seed of Abraham, the son of Abraham, Christ is qualified to inherit the blessing of Abraham, which is the good land, a type of the all-inclusive Christ.

Christ is everything – He is the promise to Abraham, the son of Abraham, and the good land and the blessing.

This requires a revelation; we need to be unveiled and shined on to see a revelation of God being embodied in Christ, and He as the last Adam is the seed of Abraham.

As such a One, Christ went through death and resurrection to become the life-giving Spirit, the transfigured Son of Abraham, to dispense Himself into our spirit and make us the sons of Abraham, the descendants of Abraham! Amen!

When we heard the gospel and received it, we received the greatest blessing, which is the Triune God – the Father, the Son, and the Spirit – as the processed, all-inclusive, life-giving Spirit dwelling in us in a most subjective way for our enjoyment.

Hallelujah, what a blessing it is for us to be able to enjoy such an all-inclusive One as our daily portion!

Thank You, dear Lord Jesus, for coming as the Triune God-man, the seed of Abraham, and being resurrected to become the life-giving Spirit, the transfigured seed of Abraham, to dispense Yourself into us! Hallelujah, Christ as the life-giving Spirit is dispensing Himself into us to make us the many sons of Abraham, the corporate seed of Abraham! Oh, what a blessing that we can enjoy such an all-inclusive One as our daily portion! Hallelujah, Christ as the life-giving spirit dispenses Himself into us to make us the corporate seed of Abraham, and He is the blessing of Abraham for us to enjoy and partake of! Praise the Lord for such a glorious gospel and a marvellous fact!

As the Corporate Seed of Abraham, we must Walk in the Steps of That faith of our Father Abraham

And if you are of Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, heirs according to promise. Gal. 3:29As believers in Christ, we are the corporate seed of Abraham, for the transfigured seed of Abraham dispensed Himself into us to make us the descendants of Abraham.

As the corporate seed of Abraham, we are repeating the history of Abraham, that is, we are learning to walk in the steps of our father Abraham (Rom. 4:12).

Abraham is the father of circumcision, which is the earthly descendants of Abraham; but he is the father of faith before he was circumcised, so he is also the father of those among the gentiles who believe.

When Abraham believed in God, his faith in God was accounted to him as righteousness; this was before he was circumcised.

Circumcision was evidence, a manifestation that he had believed in God for his justification, which was accounted to him as righteousness.

Abraham became the father of faith (Rom. 4:16; Gal. 3:7-9, 29), and he is also the father of us all who believe.

Genesis tells us that Abraham had two kinds of descendants – those likened to the dust of the earth (13:16) referring to the people of Israel, and the stars of the heavens (15:5) referring to the believers in Christ.

The earthly, physical descendants of Abraham are as the dust of the earth, and we, the New Testament believers in Christ, are as the stars of the heavens (22:17-18).

We are like stars of heaven – we are the real stars, not the “Hollywood stars” on which you can walk, but stars in the heavens, heavenly bodies, filled with Christ as the divine light.

And we are learning to live in ascension to be intensely living and intensely shining in this dark age.

As the father of all those called by God, Abraham was the first of a new race chosen by God. We are now part of a new race, a chosen race.

We were born into the fallen Adamic race, but we have been reborn into the called-out Abrahamic race.

Whoever is of faith, as Abraham was, is a member of this new race and a son of Abraham. This is remarkable.

We need to pray over this and ask the Lord to give us a real spirit of wisdom and revelation to see this.

Abraham’s living by faith is presently being repeated among us today; the Christian life and the church life today are the harvest of the life and history of Abraham (Heb. 11:8-19).

In Heb. 11 we see the faith people, the people who are part of the new race, the descendants of Abraham.

The world is not worthy of these faith people who are the constituents of the holy city, New Jerusalem.

And we are part of such a people, the descendants of Abraham, the faith people.

And the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which [he had] in uncircumcision. Rom. 4:12 Therefore [the inheritance is] out of faith that [it might be] according to grace, so that the promise may be certain to all the seed, not to that which is of the law only, but also to that which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all. Rom. 4:16Like Abraham, we dwell as foreigners in this land, for our home is not here – we are looking for a city which has foundations, and we live and walk by faith.

And when we come together, we are faith people who are encouraged by the fellowship of the faith in one another.

We are learning to live by the divine life, which is the life-giving Spirit in our spirit, for Christ is the Spirit in us and with us.

When we are in trouble and when we feel low, He is the Man in the glory whose life is for us; He’s strong and in vigour, how buoyant is He!

Because of this buoyant One in us, we can boast that we are kept from falling. He is our top blessing.

He is in us with both His divinity and humanity, and He is constantly supplying us with all that He is.

Hallelujah, we can now walk in the same steps of that faith of our father Abraham because the consummated Spirit lives in us and supplies us with Himself as the unique blessing. Hallelujah!

Just like Abraham, we had the Lord’s appearing; He appeared to us, called us, and made us men of faith; now we can live and walk by faith, living in the same steps of our father Abraham.

Hallelujah, we believers in Christ are the corporate seed of Abraham repeating the history of Abraham as we live in faith and by faith! Amen, Lord, thank You for coming in us as the consummated Spirit to be the blessing, the all-inclusive supply for us to live the Christian life. We give ourselves to You, Lord, to walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham. May our Christian life and church life be the harvest of the life and history of Abraham. We want to repeat the same living by faith as Abraham did. Appear to us. Infuse us with Yourself as life and everything so that we may live and walk by faith!

The Savior we need today is the One who can enter into us. We need the life-giving Spirit who dwells in our spirit and who is one spirit with us (6:17). When we fall into the “water” [of our troubles], He falls in with us… Praise the Lord, we do have a buoyant One within us. The third stanza of Hymns, #505 expresses this thought: “There’s a Man in the glory / Whose Life is for me. /… He’s strong and in vigor, / How buoyant is He!” Where is Christ buoyant? He is buoyant in our spirit… Because of this buoyant One, I can boast that I have been kept from falling. The life-giving Spirit as the seed of Abraham and as the consummation of the processed Triune God is the top blessing. As such a One, He can be in us with both His divinity and His humanity. How wonderful this is! The totality of what He is, is called the Spirit. The good land given to Abraham was a type of this Spirit. The Spirit is the blessing God promised Abraham. (Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991-1992, vol. 1, “The Central Line of the Divine Revelation,” pp. 400-401)

Christ as the Spirit is the seed of Abraham for us, as believers in Christ and Abraham’s seed, to inherit the consummated Spirit as our divine inheritance, our spiritual blessing for eternity!

Hallelujah, we are no longer merely descendants of our parents but we are the seed of Abraham, part of the family of faith!

Amen, Lord, may Abraham’s living by faith be repeated among us today in the church life!

Amen. May the Lords appearing to us be a daily experience that we may walk in that Faith of Abraham our Father.

It was God’s appearing to Abraham continually that caused Faith to well up in Abraham to the point that he believed that God is able to raise the dead.

What a great appearing this is that Abraham was happy to sacrifice his only son believing in God to raise him from the dead.

May we also live out such a Faith believing nothing is impossible to and for God. Amen
