Our Christian life is for the church life, and our church life is for the building up of the Body of Christ. Hallelujah for Christ as the portion of the saints, and Hallelujah for the church life! On this page, we are listing some of the conferences in the church life in the Lord’s recovery in 2023. Since we live in Europe, many of these are related to Europe. 2023 started with the easing of the lockdowns around the world and, praise the Lord, we can meet in person to enjoy the Lord corporately. We are very pleased to announce that brother Ed Marks will travel to New Zealand to give an in person blending conference on the long weekend of 4-6 February 2023 (Waitangi Day weekend). Brother Ed has wanted to travel to New Zealand for many years and now an opportunity has opened up for him to travel here and be with us. This conference will consist of messages in the mornings and evenings. Translation into the Chinese and Korean languages will be provided. We are pleased to announce that there will be an English-speaking Conference for all the churches and saints from the 3rd to the 5th of March 2023. This conference will be held at Eden Residence. This conference is open to all English-speaking saints as well as those who desire to learn to use this language in preparation for the spread of the Lord’s recovery throughout the English-speaking world. 14-16 April 2023 – 2023 Next Generation Conference
We are so thankful to the Lord for another opportunity to host a conference with our Brother Ricky Acosta on April 14-16 regarding raising up the next generation for the church life. Unlike years past when all saints have been encouraged to attend the entire conference, the burden for this time is primarily for parents of children and young people ranging from newborn through high-school age. Other caregivers, such as grandparents, are also encouraged to attend as well as married couples who plan to have children in the future. All saints are encouraged to attend the last session of the conference on Lord’s Day.

The topic for EYPC is, The Significance, Preciousness, and Enjoyment of the Birthright in God’s Economy. For young people aged 13-19 (those aged 20-22 are encouraged to attend to help serve). Adults are needed to shepherd the young people or to serve in the many activities during the conference – it would be wonderful if parents would come to serve in this way, particularly fathers as we are often short of brothers.
The Family conference topic is, Precious, Purpose, Prepared. The European Family Conference (which includes a schedule of family activities such as singing, stories, family talks, crafts, games, workshops, and informal times of fellowship) takes place concurrently.
Pray for: serving ones be burdened and released for this time. May the Lord meet the particular the needs of the young people and open up The Significance, Preciousness, and Enjoyment of the Birthright in God’s Economy to them.

Topic: The Kingdom of GodIn church history the first special move was the Reformation. God used Luther in this dispensational move. The Brethren were also used. Darby, Groves, and Grant were His instruments. After the Welsh revival, a new move of God began. Both Evan Roberts and Mrs. Penn-Lewis knew about spiritual warfare; they knew how to deal with Satan. The truth of the kingdom began to be known in 1924. When Evan Roberts was seen after an absence of ten years, he said, “I have been praying kingdom prayers.” Every time God wants to make a dispensational move, He must obtain His instrument.
Are we at the end of the age? If we are, the kingdom will soon begin. If a dispensational move is near, then God needs an instrument. General work is no longer adequate. The children of God lack a vision; they do not see the seriousness and intensity of the situation. Now is a matter of dispensation. Just being a good servant of the Lord is no longer good enough; this is not of great use to God. Please note that we are not saying that it is of no use. What are we doing to close this dispensation? What are we doing to bring in the next age? This is a special time, so there is the need of special Christians to do a special work. (The Glorious Church, pg. 157)

Praise the Lord for the Conference in Karachi on 18-19 November 2023 on the topic of, Preparing ourselves for the Lord’s return! Hallelujah, the Lord had a way to speak to us through the brothers, and the saints were encouraged to prepare themselves for the imminent return of the Lord. The 2023 Iberian Peninsula Conference will be held in Hotel Meliá Costa del Sol, Bajondillo 11, Paseo Marítimo, 29620, Torremolinos, during the weekend of 1-3 December 2023. We are pleased to announce that this year´s Iberian Peninsula Conference will take place in Torremolinos (Malaga), Spain. 1-3 December 2023 – University Students Conference in Germany
The 2023 fall University Students Conference in Germany was held on 1-3 December 2023 at Gut Elim – Gut Elim 1, 34537 Bad Wildungen, Germany. Wonderful university conference at Gut Elim in Germany. There were over 200 saints from German speaking countries coming to this conference for 3 days. Probably this is the first time after the remodeling of our blending center (Gut Elim) to carry out such a conference.

Subject: The Book of Genesis Part 2
The upcoming conference will be the second part of the book of Genesis, focusing on the life of Abraham. It will be held on December 22-27, 2023 in different conference locations. As of now we have more than 12 locations, and we would like to invite young people from all regions to join and for churches to open conference locations (if possible). A conference location should at least have 50 participants, not including serving ones. The conference is open to all young people who are grade 10 and above (senior high school & college students).

The 2023 winter training will take place in Anaheim, California, USA.

26 December 2023 – 1 January 2024 – Summer School of Truth in New Zealand
Dear saints, We are anticipating another precious and encouraging time with our high schoolers at this year’s Summer School of Truth which will take place in Ngaruawahia from 26 December 2023 – 1 January 2024. This year we would like to refine the registration process by introducing an application requirement. Every high schooler, serving one and any day visitors wishing to attend the Summer School will need to first apply and then once approved, proceed to register for Summer School.
All applications must be submitted by Thursday 30 November and all successful applicants must then register by Monday 11 December.

27 – 31 December 2023 – Winter School of Truth 2023 in the UK
The Winter School of Truth is a residential conference for young people aged 11-18. This year, the conference will be held in multiple locations:
Doncaster (North): Serving the Midlands, North of England and Scotland.
London (South): Serving the South and the East of England, and Wales
Additionally, the Winter School will take place in Ciudad Real, (Spain), Dublin, (Ireland), and Someren, (The Netherlands). The London Winter School of Truth is hosted by the church in London and will take place from 27 to 31 December. The event comprises two sections: Juniors (school years 7-11) at Woodland Camp and Seniors (school years 12-13) at Bower House. This year’s subject will be “Two Spirits”, the third topic in a six-year cycle.
The nature and goal of the WST: First Timothy 2:4 says that God desires all men to come to the full knowledge of the truth and Second Timothy 3:16 says that the scriptures are God-breathed and profitable for teaching. Although it is a “school” in name, the nature of the teaching is not like a secular school where the emphasis is on the acquisition of knowledge. Instead, its emphasis is the experiential apprehension of the truth. This can be likened to a restaurant that not only presents the menu but serves the food listed as dishes for enjoyment.The goal is for young people, through this kind of teaching, to taste and see the Lord as the reality of all the truths in the Word. This is carried out in a loving family atmosphere, where the young people are nurtured to grow in the Lord and receive the love of the truth.
Daily activities: Each day includes small group and large meetings, study sessions and testings, with much singing and enjoyment all centred around the Bible. Throughout the week young people are encouraged to develop their personal relationship with the Lord and corporate pursuit with companions. There are also times for recreation including team-building projects, games and sports as well as an opportunity for some to join a Bible distribution in the local area. The last night of the conference concludes with a delightful graduation for young people who are in their final year of secondary school.Full details and registration: Church in London.
