In the book of Zechariah, we see that the seven lamps of the lampstand are the seven Spirits of God, the sevenfold intensified Spirit, as the seven eyes of Jehovah, the seven eyes of the redeeming Lamb, and the seven eyes of the building stone for the full expression of the Triune God and the rebuilding of the house of God. Wow, Hallelujah!
This is so mysterious yet so wonderful and real!
Haggai and Zechariah were two prophets at the time of Ezra and Nehemiah, and they spoke the word of God faithfully to His people to encourage them and strengthen them to return to the work of the building of the house of God.
The people of Israel who returned from captivity started to build the house of God, the temple, in Jerusalem, under the leadership of Zerubbabel (the governor) and Joshua (the high priest), but they became somewhat discouraged and disheartened.
On one hand, there were the attacks of the enemies around them and on the other hand they focused on their own houses, taking care of their own things.
So the building work of the house of God stopped for a few years.
Yes, they have returned to the good land, and they were there to build the house of God, but they ceased to build the house of God for a while.
So the Lord sent Haggai and Zechariah, each with a particular word, to both rebuke and encourage the disheartened people of Israel that they may rise up, go up to the mountain, bring wood, and build the house.
This is not merely a history of the people of God that took place many years ago; this is a type of what is happening today.
Today many of the people of God have become disheartened and discouraged, and instead of building the house of God, they focus on their own house and their own possessions.
Many may say that today is not the day to build the house of God, for they have so many other necessary things that they need to focus on and take care of.
But the Lord is speaking in a fresh way today that we would return to the work of building up the church.
He desires to gain the church as the house of God built up and completed so that His glory would return to the church.
May we be under the Lord’s shining and infusing, and may we be warned, rebuked, encouraged, and strengthened by the Lord’s word to continue building up the church as the house of God so that He may return quickly and be among us with His glory.
The Lord desires to return, and all the nations want the Desire of the nations to return; however, He cannot return unless His house is built and completed.
May we be like Zerubbabel, who was made by Jehovah as a signet ring (Hag. 2:32), that is, His representative, one trusted and loved by the Lord.
Christ is the reality of Zerubbabel, for He is the One whom God loves and trusts (Matt. 3:17; 17:5; John 3:35; 17:2).
As such a One, Christ is qualified to take care of the building of God’s house, the church (Matt. 16:18).
And we can cooperate with Him for God’s building to hasten His return.
The Seven Lamps of the Lampstand are the Seven Spirits of God for His Expression and the building of the House of God
The book of Zechariah reveals that the seven lamps of the lampstand (4:2; Rev. 4:5) are the seven Spirits of God, the sevenfold intensified Spirit (1:4), as the seven eyes of Jehovah (Zech. 4:10), the seven eyes of the redeeming Lamb (Rev. 5:6), and the seven eyes of the building stone (Zech. 3:9) for the full expression of the Triune God and the rebuilding of the house of God.
In Zechariah chapter four, we see the seven lamps of the lampstand, and in Rev. 4:5 we see that the seven lamps are simply the seven Spirits of God, the sevenfold intensified Spirit.
It is not seven Spirits that are distinct and separate but one Spirit that has been intensified sevenfold to be the seven eyes of Jehovah.
The seven eyes of Jehovah are the seven Spirits of God, and the seven eyes of the Lamb are also the seven Spirits.
The seven eyes of the building stone in Zech. 3:9 are the seven Spirits of God.
These seven Spirits of God, the sevenfold intensified Spirit, are for the full expression of the Triune God and the rebuilding of the house of God.
John 1:29 says that Christ is the Lamb of God coming to take away the sin of the world.
Revelation 5 however says that the redeeming Lamb has seven eyes.
We may think of the Lord as the Lamb of God as being a white little animal with a little tail, so gentle and cuddly.
But Christ as the redeeming Lamb has seven eyes, being freshly slain, standing next to the throne of God; this Lamb is definitely not cuddly and cute, but it is a fierce Lamb with seven eyes.
The seven eyes of the Lamb are the seven Spirits of God.
In Zechariah, we also see the stone, the stone for God’s building, the building stone.
And on the stone for the building, there are seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God. Hallelujah!
These seven Spirits are the seven lamps of the lampstand, being before God’s throne to burn and shine and run to and fro to accomplish God’s administration and carry out His economy.
Just as our eyes are part of ourselves, even we ourselves, so the seven eyes of the Lamb are part of Christ; the seven Spirits are fully one with Christ and are Christ Himself.
In order for God to carry out His administration in this universe and for Him to gain the building up of the church, Christ as the Spirit has been intensified sevenfold to be the seven Spirits of God.
Today in our experience what we need for God’s building is more experience of the sevenfold intensified Spirit.
We need the intensified experience of the sevenfold intensified Spirit in all the churches in the Lord’s recovery.
As the church, we are the reproduction of Christ and the reprint of the Spirit.
Today Christ who is the embodiment of God is no longer in the flesh but, through death and resurrection, He has become a life-giving Spirit (1 Cor. 15:45).
He is in us today as such a life-giving breath, life-giving Spirit, to impart all that God is into us.
And He has been intensified sevenfold to do the building work of God.
He has been intensified not only for us to be more spiritual, powerful, or full of strength, but so that the building of the church would be carried out.
The last Adam became a life-giving Spirit, who is now the sevenfold intensified Spirit.
This Spirit is the Spirit of life (Rom. 8:2).
The function of the seven Spirits is to impart the divine life into us, the people of God, for the building up of God’s eternal habitation, the New Jerusalem.
May we open to His shining, searching, infusing, and transfusing so that we may be built up in and as the church, the building of God for His corporate expression.
Thank You, Lord, for coming into us as the life-giving Spirit to impart the divine life into us for the building up of the church as the Body of Christ. Amen, Lord, we praise You for being the seven Spirits of God as the seven lamps of the lampstand, the seven eyes of the Lamb, and the seven eyes of the building stone. Hallelujah, Christ as the Spirit has been intensified sevenfold to build up the church as the house of God and to carry out God’s administration on the earth. Amen, Lord, give us the experiences we need for us to experience the sevenfold intensified Spirit in all the local churches in the Lord’s recovery today for Your building! Intensify Your organic salvation in us and intensify the work of the building up of the church!
Christ is the Lamb of God for Redemption and the Stone for God’s Building
The book of Zechariah is truly amazing, having so many wonderful types and figures of Christ for God’s building.
The stone set before Joshua in Zech. 3:9 typifies Christ as the stone for God’s building (Psa. 118:22; Matt. 21:42).
When Christ was dying on the cross, Jehovah engraved the stone, for Christ was engraved, cut, by God.
And by this one act and in this one day, Jehovah removed the iniquity of the land. Praise the Lord!
Jehovah’s removing the uniquity of the land in one day indicates that the Christ on whom God has worked will remove the sin of the land of Israel in one day – the day of His crucifixion.
Hallelujah, through His death on the cross, Christ as the Lamb of God took away the sin of the world (1 Pet. 2:24; John 1:29).
On one hand, Christ is the Lamb of God to take away the sin of the world; on the other hand, Christ is the building stone for God’s building.
Christ was engraved on the cross; He became the crucified Christ.
The stone, Jehovah, and the Lamb are one; Christ is the redeeming Lamb and the building stone, and He is also Jehovah.
Christ is the Lamb-stone – He’s the Lamb for redemption and the stone for God’s building (Rev. 5:6; Zech. 3:9).
As the stone for God’s building, Christ is everything in God’s building.
In God’s building Christ is the foundation stone to uphold the building, the cornerstone to join together the Gentile and Jewish members of His Body, and the topstone of grace to consummate everything in God’s building (see Isa. 28:16; 1 Cor. 3:11; Eph. 2:20; 1 Pet. 2:6; Zech. 4:7).
He is the Lamb-stone, Jehovah-Lamb-Stone, and He has three aspects in God’s building.
First, Christ is the foundation stone to hold up the entire building; second, He is the cornerstone to join together all the stones in God’s building; and third He is the topstone of grace to consummate everything in God’s building. He is the entire building of God.
When He was on earth, He was rejected as a stone by the Jewish builders, but with God, it is most precious and has become the cornerstone! Hallelujah!
The fact that Christ, the Lamb of God, is the building stone with seven eyes reveals that the seven eyes of Christ are for God’s building (John 1:29; Zech. 3:9; Rev. 5:6).
We need to open to the searching, infusing, and judging of these seven eyes today.
Our spirit is the lamp of Jehovah (Prov. 29:27), and the Spirit of God has come into us through regeneration to fill our lamp with light; we are now one spirit with the Lord (1 Cor. 6:17).
May we learn to open the inward parts of our soul to the Lord so that He may come in, saturate us with His life, and make us stones suitable for God’s building.
As He shines on us and in our being, we can apply the blood of Christ to any sins, trespasses, and iniquities, and we can simply allow Him to infuse us with Himself as the building element.
May we not close up our emotion, mind, and will to the Lord.
May we open all the inner chambers of our being to Him, not only go through the activities and things we do in the church life.
There may be some doors to our inner being.
We may love the Lord and pay the price in many ways, but there still be some doors in our being that are locked toward the Lord.
May we learn to open and allow HIm to come in, not being afraid of His shining, searching, and infusing.
The more we enjoy and experience Christ as the Lamb of God for redemption and as the building stone for God’s building by opening to the infusing, searching, judging, and transfusing seven eyes of the Lamb, the seven Spirits of God, the more we are built up as the church to be His house, His dwelling place on earth.
Hallelujah, Christ is the Lamb for our redemption and the stone for God’s building! Thank You, Lord Jesus, for coming as the Lamb of God to take away the sin of the world. Thank You for being willing to be cut, engraved, on the cross, so that You may remove the iniquity of the land in one day. We open to You today. We open to the shining, searching, and infusing of the seven eyes of the Lamb, the seven Spirits of God. Lord, we open the doors of our inner being. Come into our mind, emotion, and will. We welcome You in our thoughts, our desires, our plans, and our decisions. Infuse us with Yourself. Expose anything that does not match You and remove any impurity and sin. Work Yourself into us, Lord, and make us stones in God’s building, those built up in Your habitation for Your corporate expression!

The church as the lampstand has seven lamps, which are God’s seven Spirits… We are told in Proverbs 20:27, “The spirit of man is the lamp of Jehovah.”
Within us, we have two lamps, the Spirit of God [John 4:24] and our human spirit… Before we were saved, our spirit was a broken lamp. After we repented, the lamp was restored and began to give forth light…With regeneration this lamp also had another lamp come into it.
This was the Spirit of God. It is because of these two lamps that there is so much shining within us. The two become one, for “he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit” (1 Cor. 6:17).
Man’s spirit, Proverbs 20:27 goes on to say, searches all the innermost parts of the inner being, or as Darby’s footnote says, “all the chambers of the soul.”…The spirit is searching the chamber of your emotions and of your mind and of your will.
The inward parts of our soul may not be open. When we pray, we are afraid to open our emotion, for example, to the Lord. After we reach a certain point in our praying, we close up because we are unwilling to open some inner chamber to Him.
We may faithfully attend all the meetings, read the Word, and spend time in prayer. Yet there is a door within that is locked…We tell the Lord that there is no way to open that door, even though we love Him and have paid a price in other ways.

Rev. 1:4, part of footnote 5 on, “seven Spirits”, Recovery Version Bible
In Zechariah we see the seven eyes of the stone and the seven eyes of the Lamb, which are the seven Spirits of God.
He wants to search us, infuse us, and transfuse Himself into us for God’s building.
But we need to learn to open all the inner Chambers of our being.
O what mercy, o what grace, o what glory 🙏🏾
Amen Lord 🙏
We love You and open to You, our Stone Redeemer. ❤️🔥
How marvellous it is that we have two lamps: the Spirit of God and our human spirit.
Before we were saved our spirit was a broken lamp.
Now, the lamp (Spirit) of God is in our spirit and the two have become one.
By the function of God’s sevenfold intensified Spirit, our regenerated spirit searches the chambers of our emotions, mind & will.
The lamp of the Lord patiently searches chamber by chamber and transfuses & infuses all the golden nature & life of God into every inward part of our soul.
Hallelujah! Christ is being formed in us in order that God’s house may be built…
Amen, wow, praise the Lamb-Stone, the Lamb is for redemption, and the stone is for building.

Prov. 20:27
Heb. neshamah; translated “breath”, in Gen. 2:7, Man’s spirit is God’s lamp within man. The light shining within man’s regenerated spirit is God Himself (1 John 1:5). Just as a lamp contains light and expresses it, man’s spirit was created to contain God and express Him. In order for the divine light to shine into man’s inward parts, “God’s Spirit” as the “oil” must soak (mingle with), “man’s spirit as the wick” (cf. Rom. 8:16) and “burn” together with man’s spirit (Rom. 12:11).
