Only when we are Built and Coordinated into the Building can we Serve the Lord

September 22, 2016 by aGodMan 6 Comments

1 Pet. 2:5 You yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house into a holy priesthood to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

As believers in Christ we are both living stones being built up into a spiritual house and a priesthood that is built up and coordinated into the building of God. In Exodus we see that the goal of God delivering His people from Egypt, bringing them across the Red Sea, giving them heavenly food and drink in […]

We need to be Built up to be God’s Dwelling Place to Serve Him as the Priesthood

September 21, 2016 by aGodMan 4 Comments

The priestly service is a work of being built up and of building. One aspect of our work is to be built up, and another aspect is to build. We are building by being built up; this is to genuinely serve God as priests. When we are built up into a priesthood, we can have work that is acceptable to God. #ExoCS4 msg. 5

In the building of God, the goal of God’s work and His heart’s desire, the living stones are the priests, and the building is the priesthood; for us to be the priesthood in reality, we need to be built up in God and with one another for God’s building. If we read the Old Testament […]

God Saved and Sanctifed us to Serve God as Priests: we are a Kingdom of Priests!

September 9, 2016 by aGodMan 5 Comments

In order for our service to have spiritual value and be acceptable to God, He must move through us and serve through us. This is the purpose of the altar. God is calling those who love Him and desire to satisfy His heart’s desire to offer themselves on the altar. Witness Lee

God saved us to serve Him: He delivered us from the usurpation of the world so that we may become a kingdom of priests, that we may serve God as priests. We need to see that God saved us to serve Him, and we need to choose to serve God, because if we don’t, by […]

The Blood of the Covenant Enables us to Serve God with the Divine Fire Indwelling us

September 8, 2016 by aGodMan 6 Comments

We praise and thank the Lord for giving us the blood of the covenant to enable us to serve the living God, and we want to allow the fire that comes from God to burn in us and on us in our service to Him. Without the blood of Christ freshly applied to our being, […]

Seeking to Recover the Dormant Saints and Abiding in the Lord to Bear much Fruit

August 6, 2016 by aGodMan 1 Comment

In order to minister life to others and recover the dormant saints among us, we must have the loving and forgiving heart of our Father God and the shepherding and seeking spirit of our Savior Christ (Luke 15:4-6, 8-9, 20-23). Witness Lee

The church is the increase of Christ, and the increase of Christ is by ministering life to others according to the law of increase. Everything in the church must be in the nature of life, with the content of life, and in the imparting of life; when we as the branches in the vine abide […]

Everything in the Church Life must be in the Nature of Life for the Imparting of Life

August 4, 2016 by aGodMan 3 Comments

Picking up a Burden to Care for People and being Genuinely Interested in them

August 3, 2016 by aGodMan 4 Comments

Prov. 11:25 The blessing soul will prosper, and he who waters will also be watered himself.

After we have an adequate contact with the Lord, allow Him to shine on us and expose us, and consecrate ourselves to Him, we need to pick up a burden to care for people and be genuinely interested in them to minister life to them. In order for us to minister life to others for […]
