Enjoy & Experience the Ministering, Freeing, Transforming, and Transmitting Spirit

And being confident of this, I know that I will remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy of the faith. Phil. 1:25

In order for us to become ministers of the new covenant, we need to experience the Spirit as the ministering Spirit, the freeing Spirit, the transforming Spirit, and the transmitting Spirit, with the result that we’re filled with the Spirit to overflowing! Amen!

In 2 Corinthians, we see that Paul was a minister of a new covenant, and both he and those with him enjoyed and experienced the all-inclusive Spirit in many aspects and many ways. Praise the Lord, today we as believers in Christ can and should experience the all-inclusive Spirit so that we can be ministers of the new covenant!

As we read the book of 2 Corinthians and see the many aspects and functions of the Spirit, we need to pray over these matters and ask the Lord to make them real to us.

It is not enough to know. It is not enough for us to have a solid knowledge of what the Spirit is, what the Spirit does, and what the Spirit wants to do in us; we need to respond to the Spirit’s work and give Him access to our being.

In order for us as believers in Christ to be constituted as the ministers of the new covenant, we need to know the Spirit, enjoy the Spirit, and pray over the Word of God until all the aspects of the Spirit become part of our experience.

In 2 Corinthians, we see the anointing Spirit, the sealing Spirit, the pledging Spirit, the writing Spirit, the life-giving Spirit, the ministering Spirit, the liberating Spirit, the transforming Spirit, and the transmitting Spirit. In situation after situation, Paul did not rely on himself but enjoyed the all-inclusive Spirit.

We need to enjoy the Spirit who anoints us; He is the inner anointing, always moving and speaking in us so that we may have the elements of God added to our being.

We need to experience the sealing Spirit, the Spirit who works in us to conform us to the image of God and to seal us to be His possession and inheritance. We need to experience the pledging Spirit, the Spirit as the pledge; the all-inclusive Spirit is the foretaste today so that we may inherit Him in full in the future. Praise the Lord!

We need to enjoy and experience the inscribing Spirit, the Spirit as the living ink inscribing us with all that Christ is so that we may be living letters of Christ.

We need to experience the life-giving Spirit, the Spirit who gives life to us, so that we may be full of life inwardly and minister life to others outwardly.

Hallelujah for the all-inclusive Spirit! In this article we want to see our need to experience the ministering Spirit, the liberating Spirit, the transforming Spirit, and the transmitting Spirit.

Experience the Ministering Spirit Imparting all that Christ is to us to make All Christ is and Has Real to us

How shall the ministry of the Spirit not be more in glory? 2 Cor. 3:8

2 Cor. 3:8 speaks of the ministry of the Spirit, which has more glory than the ministry of the law. The life-giving Spirit we enjoy today is the ministering Spirit.

The ministering Spirit imparts all that Christ is into us and makes all that Christ is and has real to us (2 Cor. 3:8; John 16:13-15).

The Spirit is ministering Christ to us all the time, for the Spirit is of reality, guiding us into the reality of all that Christ is and has.

As long as we open to the Lord and turn to our spirit, the Spirit moves in us to guide us into the reality of Christ, and we simply know the Lord more, appreciate Him, and are filled with Him.

Also, the ministering Spirit is producing us to be persons who have the ministry of the new covenant.

As we enjoy the ministering Spirit, we are produced to be persons ministering Christ to others.

We cannot become ministers of the new covenant overnight; this is a lifelong matter, for it takes many years for us to have Christ wrought into us.

If we look at the apostle Paul, he had to go through many things, including many sufferings, persecutions, and difficulties, in order for him to be constituted a minister of the new covenant. He was enjoying the ministering Spirit, who made him and constituted him a minister of the new covenant.

The ministering Spirit is working in us and on us, even working in our environment to work something of Christ into our being.

Once something of Christ is wrought into us, nothing can take it away. As we experience Christ through all kinds of sufferings, difficulties, and trials, the ministry of Christ with us is enriched, strengthened, and uplifted. Then, whatever comes out of our mouth as we speak will be our very being, our constitution.

But when He, the Spirit of reality, comes, He will guide you into all the reality; for He will not speak from Himself, but what He hears He will speak; and He will declare to you the things that are coming. He will glorify Me, for He will receive of Mine and will declare [it] to you. All that the Father has is Mine; for this [reason] I have said that He receives of Mine and will declare [it] to you. John 16:13-15 To be a minister of the new covenant doesn’t mean that we have to go to a seminary or a theological school to learn a lot of doctrines and learn how to speak in a convincing and eloquent way. Rather, our every person is the ministry, for we cannot minister something unless we are constituted with that thing.

When we are constituted with all that Christ is, when Christ is wrought into our being through all kinds of situations and sufferings, we can minister Christ to others, for the ministering Spirit has wrought something of Christ into our being.

It’s not just our word that is the ministry – it is our very being, our God-constituted person. Day by day, we can receive the supply of the ministering Spirit by exercising our spirit to pray and call on the name of the Lord (Gal. 3:5a; Col. 4:2; Rom. 10:12-13).

As we enjoy the riches of Christ by calling on His name, the ministering Spirit supplies us, and we have something of Christ to minister to others also.

The ministering Spirit ministers Christ into us and also ministers Christ to others through us (Phil. 3:25).

It is not just for ourselves; the Lord as the Spirit ministers to us and dispenses what God is into us not just for our personal enjoyment but even more, for others to be also supplied. Hallelujah!

May we remain under the inner working of the ministering Spirit and cooperate with His operation in us so that we may be produced and constituted as ministers of the new covenant who minister Christ into others! May we allow the ministering Spirit to work Christ into our being so that we may minister our God-constituted being to others as our new covenant ministry!

Lord, we open to Your inner operation as the ministering Spirit. Impart all that Christ is into us and make all that Christ is and has real to us. We just open, Lord, and we call on Your name. Oh Lord Jesus. We love to call on Your name and enjoy all Your riches. May You as the Spirit of reality guide us into all the reality of what Christ is, has, and has accomplished. Amen, Lord, may the ministering Spirit produce the ministry of the new covenant in our being by working Christ into our constitution! May Christ be wrought into us day by day! Oh Lord, as we go through sufferings, trials, and difficulties, we want to keep our being open to You so that Christ may be wrought into us and constituted into our being! May our inner being be reconstituted with Christ so that we may have something of Christ to minister to others also! Yes, Lord, have a way to constitute us as ministers of a new covenant, ministers not of the letter but of the Spirit!

Experience the Freeing Spirit to be Freed from the Bondage of the Letter of the Law and Enjoy Real Freedom

And the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Cor. 3:17

2 Cor. 3:17 speaks of the freeing Spirit, the liberating Spirit; whenever the heart turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away, and we are freed, even enjoy real freedom!

There’s such liberty in us whenever our heart turns to the Lord! Many times we are veiled, for our heart is not turned to the Lord, but rather, it is turned toward other things.

It is so easy as believers in Christ to simply focus on other things, even on good things such as the commandments of the law or the regulations the Bible states.

Many Christians today are veiled by these things, just as the Galatians were veiled (Gal. 2:4; 5:1). The law was not given for us to keep it; the law was given to show us a picture of Christ, a portrait of who God is.

Now that we see what Christ is and who God is, we need to exercise our spirit and enjoy the Lord as the reality of all that God is!

When we turn our heart to the Lord, the freeing Spirit operates in us to free us from the bondage of the law! We don’t know how much we’re under the bondage of the law until we truly turn our heart to the Lord.

We may not keep the law in the Old Testament, but we may have our own man-made law, even a spiritual law based on the word of God.

We may take many aspects of God’s word and make them ordinances and laws to us, and we are veiled. Oh Lord Jesus!

But whenever our heart turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away, and we enjoy the freeing Spirit! Oh, whenever our heart turns to the Lord, we are freed from the bondage under the law!

If we still think that the Christian life is hard, for we need to do so many things and keep so many rules and regulations, we still need to turn our heart to the Lord! We can be freed whenever we turn our heart to the Lord!

In Paul’s time, there were these Judaizers, believers in Christ who kept the law and who wanted to impose the law on others also, for they thought that, since the law was given by God, all Christians should keep it. They were veiled, and they were laying veils on other believers also.

Today we need to be unveiled to see the face of our precious and dear Lord Jesus Christ. We need to be unveiled by turning our heart to the Lord so that we may be freed from bondage under the letter of the law and enjoy real freedom in Christ!

This freeing includes full satisfaction, with a rich, supporting supply of the full enjoyment of Christ (John 4:14). When we’re freed by the freeing Spirit, we have true rest, without being under the heavy burden to keep the law (Matt. 11:28-30). Praise the Lord!

Lord Jesus, we want to enjoy the freeing Spirit today! Praise the Lord, whenever the heart turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away, and we enjoy real freedom! Amen, Lord, we turn our heart to You! We turn our heart from everything and everyone else unto You so that any veils may be removed from our eyes! Liberate us, Lord Jesus, from the bondage of the letter of the law. Praise the Lord, where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom! Amen, Lord, we turn our heart to You to enjoy real freedom. We want to enjoy full satisfaction with a rich, supporting supply of the enjoyment of Christ! Hallelujah, we can enjoy true rest, without being under the heavy burden to keep the law! Lord, we turn our heart to You. Keep our heart fixed on You. Keep us turning our heart to You throughout the day. May we discover the secret of turning our heart to the Lord so that we may enjoy real freedom!

Experience the Transforming Spirit to be Metabolically Changed in our Inner Being into the Image of Christ

But we all with unveiled face, beholding and reflecting like a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord Spirit. 2 Cor. 3:18

Whenever the heart turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away; then we, with an unveiled face, behold the Lord and reflect Him, and we are inwardly changed into His image by the transforming Spirit (2 Cor. 3:18).

The transforming Spirit operates in us to dispense the divine life, nature, essence, and element into us so that we may be metabolically changed in our inner being. Amen!

On the one hand, we need to turn our heart to the Lord. On the other hand, as our heart is turned to the Lord, we behold Him face to face, and we reflect what we behold.

When we see the Lord’s face, when He shines on us and we are infused with what He is by beholding Him, we will also reflect Him.

When we behold the Lord with an unveiled face, we will mirror Him, for the transforming Spirit operates in us to transform us into the image of Christ from one degree of glory to another degree of glory. This is altogether from the Lord Spirit, who is the transforming Spirit.

How much we need to be unloaded and emptied so that we may see the Lord face to face and receive freshly something of Christ into our being! So many times we know the Lord is in our spirit, ready to infuse us with what He is, but our heart is turned away from Him.

We need Him as the ministering Spirit and the freeing Spirit to operate in us so that we may turn our heart to the Lord, and then He as the transforming Spirit operates in us to transform us into His image.

On the one hand, the liberating Spirit frees us from the bondage of the law; on the other hand, the transforming Spirit changes us inwardly and metabolically so that we may be transformed into the image of Christ.

The transforming Spirit dispenses the divine Being of God into us so that we may be metabolically changed in our inner being.

When we believers in Christ turn our heart to the Lord to behold and reflect the glory of the Lord with an unveiled face, He infuses us with the elements of what He is and what He has done. He just infuses us, as long as we turn our heart to Him and behold Him.

Thus, we are being metabolically transformed from one degree of glory to another degree of glory to have His life shape by His life power with His life essence.

The work that the transforming Spirit does in us is an intrinsic work and an organic work.

The transforming Spirit doesn’t just perfect us outwardly so that we look like Christ; even more, the Spirit infuses us with what Christ is and has done so that we may be metabolically changed into the image of Christ. Transformation is not an outward change but an inward, metabolic change.

On the negative side, our old element is discharged; on the positive side, we are infused with the Lord’s new element. The discharge of the old element and the addition of the new element causes us to have an inward, metabolic change so that we may be transformed into the Lord’s image. Praise the Lord!

Lord Jesus, we open to You as the transforming Spirit. Transform us into Your image. We turn our heart to You to behold You and reflect You. We want to behold and reflect the glory of the Lord with an unveiled face. Oh Lord, fully unveil us and infuse us with what You are! We open to Your infusing us with the elements of what Christ is and what He has done. Thank You for operating in us as the liberating Spirit to bring us into real freedom and as the transforming Spirit to transform us into the image of Christ! Hallelujah, as we behold Christ face to face, we mirror Him, for we are being transformed into His image from one degree of glory to another degree of glory! Hallelujah, this is altogether from the Lord Spirit!

Experience the Transmitting Spirit who Transmits all that Christ is with all the Riches of God into us for our Participation

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2 Cor. 13:14

The last aspect of the Spirit seen in 2 Corinthians is in the very last verse of this book – the transmitting Spirit.

2 Cor. 13:14 is not just a benediction but even more, a transmission. Paul concludes the book of 2 Corinthians with, The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

God the Father as love is the source, the fountain; Christ as grace is the spring, the course; and the Spirit as the fellowship is the river, the flow, to transmit all that God is into us.

Paul concludes his marvelous epistle to the Corinthian believers by telling them that the transmitting Spirit is continually transmitting the love of God and the grace of Christ by means of the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. God is love, and this love is being transmitted as grace to us by the Spirit who is the Transmitter.

God as love is the source, but this is hidden, just as a well is hidden under the ground.

God as love is embodied in grace; when God as love comes to us, He reaches us as grace. Love is something deep in the heart of God, but grace is the expression of His love.

Grace comes out of love, and this grace is transmitted into us by the Spirit.

Just as the Triune God is not three separate persons or entities but work together as one, so love, grace, and fellowship are one thing in three stages to transmit the Triune God into our being. hallelujah!

The Spirit transmits Christ into us, and Christ is the embodiment of God. We need to know, enjoy, and experience the transmitting Spirit who transmits all that Christ is with all the riches of God into us for our participation.

God is love, and this love is being transmitted as grace into us by the Spirit, who is the Transmitter. The Spirit is the fellowship, the communication, the circulation, the transmission, of the grace of Christ with the love of the Father, transmitting the divine riches into our being for our enjoyment. Hallelujah!

May we remain under the divine transmission day by day so that we may be constituted ministers of the new covenant.

May we experience the transmitting Spirit to enjoy all that God in Christ is to us so that we may participate in all the riches of Christ!

As we remain under the divine transmission, we are constituted with the Triune God, and we minister this Triune God who has been wrought into us into others also.

Hallelujah, the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit is with us all today! Amen, Lord, keep us open to Your divine transmission in Your Divine Trinity! May we see that the transmitting Spirit transmits all that Christ is with all the riches of God into us for our participation. May we simply remain open to the divine transmission today and day by day! Amen, Lord, we open to You today! We open to Your divine Transmission! Hallelujah, God is love, and this love is being transmitted as grace into us by the Spirit who is the Transmitter! Amen, Lord, we keep our being open to You today so that the transmitting Spirit would transmit all the divine riches into our being for our enjoyment!
