Praise the Lord for the four great pillars in the Lord’s recovery! The truth brings in the divine life, life produces the church, and the commission of the church is to preach the gospel – which is the truth!
Everything starts with the divine truths in the Word of God, and everything is related to the truth. This is the reason we need to immerse ourselves and spend time to read the Bible, read the life-studies, read the ministry books, and study the Word of God, in all this time praying and opening to the Lord that He may shine on the Word and make it the living Word to us.
Preaching the high gospel, the full gospel
The commission of the church is to preach the gospel so that God’s desire would be fulfilled – “God desires all men to be saved and to come to the full knowledge of the truth” (1 Tim. 2:3-4).
The gospel we speak today is not the low and diluted gospel we hear in Christianity, nor is it the prosperity gospel. The gospel is the truth in the Bible – the entire Bible is the gospel, so our speaking of the truth is our preaching of the gospel!
More specifically, here are some examples of the high peak truth – gospel speaking:
The Triune God – the Father, the Son, and the Spirit – is dispensing Himself into us – the sinful, tripartite men – that our sins may be forgiven and that we may receive God’s life and have God Himself in us for our transformation into the sons of God, that we may express God in a corporate way!
God wants to enter into man and make sinners sons of God, the living members of the Body of Christ for the constitution of the church; the church is expressed in different localities so that the many sons of God may live the church life in the local churches as the procedure for God to obtain the New Jerusalem, the ultimate mingling of God and man!Christ today is the life-giving Spirit to impart life into every part of our being and make us sons of God, members of Christ, and the one new man, so that together with the other God-men believers we would express Him and shine Him forth for eternity! This is what satisfies God and this is what makes us happy, since we were created in God’s image and likeness!
These are just some examples of how high the gospel is, and for us to speak the high gospel for which every human being yearns we need to be constituted with the truth! Yes, we have the truth; yes, we have the divine life, and yes, we are the church – but for us to preach the gospel and to bring others to receive the divine life, we need to dig into the Word of God, be constituted with the truth, know the truth, and speak forth the truth in the Word of God!

No matter how modern, cool, or amazing things people have or invent – the advance of the technology and entertainment in the world today has not filled the emptiness within man; rather, it has enlarged it, since they try to be filled and happy with so many things when only One Thing satisfies – God Himself! Only the high truths in the Lord’s recovery can match the need of today’s hunger in the world – people are fed up with the low feel-good gospel in the Christianity. It is our commission and responsibility to learn the truth, diligently study the truth in the Word of God, and be constituted with the truth so that we may speak the truth to others!
The gospel is the truth – the gospel is not only a part of the truth, but the gospel is composed of all the divine truths in the Word of God. This is why we get saved every time we go to a home meeting – the truth in the Bible is being spoken and we are saved much more (Rom. 5:10)! As we go on with the Lord, we have a burden to speak to others about Him – for this, we need to spend time to get into the truth so that we may speak the truth as the gospel to people! This is our commission – to actively preach the gospel and teach the truth.

Lord, make us those who are diligent to get into Your word and gain the truth in the Word. Strengthen us to pay the price to be constituted with the truth. O, Lord, shine on the truth in the Word whenever we come to the Bible! Constitute us little by little with the divine truths in the Word so that we can also speak them! May we fulfill our commission of preaching the gospel by preaching the truth constituted into us!
