God wants to dispense Himself into us – it is so easy to receive Him! (2011 winter school of truth)

Wow! This year was my 4th Winter School of Truth. Time has really gone fast – I remember the first time I went and I was so excited. This year was no exception as I couldn’t wait to see all the young people again and to enjoy the precious time together – which I always treasure, as I’m in a locality with no other young people.

The topic for this year was The Two Spirits – the divine Spirit and the human spirit. I really enjoyed the matter that God has an eternal purpose – to have people to express Him, and to have man made in His image as the Body of Christ. The way He fulfills this purpose is through His economy. This economy is to dispense Himself, in Christ, into His chosen and redeemed people so that they can be the church, the Body of Christ as the expression of God!

The way He dispenses Himself into us is by passing through a process (Incarnation, Human Living, Crucifixion, Resurrection, and Ascension) to become the life-giving Spirit! Then He comes into our human spirit when we receive Him by simply calling “Oh Lord Jesus!” to regenerate us to make our spirit “the mingled spirit”! In this way, we can fulfill God’s eternal economy! Praise the Lord that it is so easy to receive Him! We just have to simply call ‘Oh Lord Jesus!’ and He will come into us.

This Winter School I also enjoyed the matter of having a personal time with the Lord because if we don’t have a daily, intimate, personal time with Him, we will quickly slip back into our old worldly ways. Therefore, it is especially important to maybe just get up 10 minutes earlier or maybe in the morning when walking to school to pray to Him, confess our sins, and tell the Lord that we love Him. Although this may sometimes seem like “a chore” to us, eventually we will enjoy it so much that we look forward to spending this time with Him!
